In the past year and a half I have purchased these shoes for my husband three separate times at Zappos as he is not able to find 12.5 reg width in any store where we live. He works for UPS and is on his feet all day long (8+ hours). These shoes are the only ones that support his feet and stand up to the extreme wear and tear of daily use! Please do not stop carrying these shoes.

Great for Cross Training - I have tried a number of fitness shoes for spinning, weight training, treadmill and other fitness center equipment. The Air Monarch III provides me the most support and comfort for this 62 year old body. This is my 2nd pair. Will not buy any others.

Lower cost alternative to new balance mw845 in size 15 4E - I normally wear new balance mw 845 to work every day. I bought the nike's to wear on my day off and to just give me a change. I have had them for about a month so far and they feel good. I don't know if they would hold up as well as the NB shoes for everyday use as I weigh 310lbs and I'm very hard on shoes. However the price is much less and I thought I would give them a try. They appear to have good support much like the rollbar support in the NB. I only wear the New Balance shoes that have the roll bar support; however, these are somewhat pricy. I’m not complaining because they make a great shoe but it’s nice to find a lower price shoe that is comfortable that I can wear for leisure. As for Zappos service OUTSTANDING. Ordered 830 in evening, had them next morning and the shipping was free! Thanks Zappos.

Great Shoe! Since I got surgery on my feet, I require extra wide - 4E. It’s very hard to find a comfortable extra wide shoe. This shoe is great and very comfortable. Don't forget to order a little bit larger than your size. My size is normally 9.5, but I find this shoe is a bit too small so I exchanged it with size 10 - 4E. Found it’s perfect and gave a plenty of inside room on front of my feet so it won't hurt my feet that was on surgery. I walked all day. No problem. Great to buy!!!

Immediately feel comfort and support. Both are very important as I'm 6'4" 250.

Very good shoe - This is a newer version of monarch that I had appox.5 years ago and the comfort is still as good. Very good for cardio work outs and any other activity. The only reason for 4stars on comfort the toe box tapers a little so if you have wide feet (I do not) it might be an issue. And 4 stars on looks was just because I liked the color scheme better... otherwise this is a solid shoe that will take a lot of use.

Comfortable shoes for big feet - I have now owned six pairs of this particular shoe. I have very wide feet and this shoe comes in quad E. It holds up well.

Comfortable shoes, good cushion! I bought these shoes because I am on my feet all day walking. They offer good support and cushion. This is the second pair that I have owned. They are just as comfortable, if not more so, than other more expensive styles.

I love this pair of boots!!! They are so impressively comfortable; I think these are the most wearable heels I own. A plus is that they're still fashionable and sexy with the corset-like detail in the back. I get compliments on them every time I wear them! I cannot praise these boots enough. Also, I wanted to mention how much I love Zappos. This was my first purchase with them, and it most certainly will not be my last.

Ultimate Comfort - I have a very high arch and wide foot, making it almost impossible to find a shoe that fits, let alone is comfortable. I am tempted to order several more pairs in case Nike ever discontinues this model. If you have the same problem, this is just about as comfortable as a shoe you will ever find. Nike Air Monarch III in black - I am very pleased with my recent order at Zappos.com for the Nike Air Monarch III in black. I have a difficult time finding shoes in my size in stock in stores, so I was pleased to find my favorite tennis shoe in my size at Zappos.com. I would order these shoes again.

Versatile, lightweight cross training shoe - I use this for martial arts based cross training...very comfortable, light, flexible. Replaced New Balance shoes... now a convert! Bought a 1/2 size larger...normally do this...this shoe was just right.

Good Uniform Shoe - Very comfortable shoe. I had been experimenting with many types of shoe inserts and arch supports in my casual/dress type work shoes. After excruciating lower back pain, I decided to throw out all the inserts and try these shoes with out any after market inserts. I am glad I did. After several weeks of wearing this shoe, I no longer have back pain and feel good moving around at work. I am a teacher and wear this shoe with dark colored khaki type pants and still manage to look professional. Zappos service is very dependable and the shoes arrive quickly with the basic shipping.

Outstanding shoe - The person who uses this shoe delivers for a major national delivery service. This shoe stands up to all of the elements and remains comfortable. Please do not discontinue this shoe!

Great shoe! I have flat and extra wide feet. I have been wearing Nike Air Monarchs for over 6 years now, always replacing them with new Monarchs. I wear other shoes, for tennis and for the gym, but for long distance walking or running, these are the best. They have great cushioning (air pockets) that are very kind on my joints and also seem very durable. My only gripe is that there is not enough air circulation, so my feet get hot and sweaty very fast.

Excellent shoe. Full air support. Never had a bad experience with NIKE products. However, as they tend to run short for my fit, I always order 1/2 size larger.

I bought these shoes yesterday at a Clarks store. From the moment I tried these shoes on I absolutely loved them. They are SO cute and have a retro look to them that is just great. I bought them yesterday and wore them to a wedding last night. I was in them from 5:30-12:30 and they were really comfortable (that's saying a lot because I NEVER wear heels), though my feet did start to hurt around midnight. The elastic band is nice because it's wide and stretchy and doesn't rub at your feet like smaller, harder straps do. I wear a 9.5 normally, and the same size fit me in this shoe.

Air Monarch III is a great shoe. I've bought several extra ones to replace when one is worn out. In my job I have to stand and walk a lot, so it really pays to get a good comfortable shoe, and this shoe fits. It has great shock absorption, which will last.

So far, so good - Have owned them for 1 month. I wear them to the gym to workout. No heavy running or tough usage. Very comfortable, love the look, true to size.

Sneaker fits and feels good. I use it for walking and gym work out. It's a stable shoe, feels firmer than others I have worn. The bottom is flat and has an edge to them, which gives it more stability, even though it's ankle high.

Wish I'd switched to Nike earlier! I am on my feet a lot, and have moderately flat feet. I went through 8 pairs of New Balance shoes looking for comfort, cushion, width, flexibility, and mildly waterproof uppers. Finally, out of desperation, I decided to break with my New Balance trend, and try the Nike after reading reviews. HEAVEN! This shoe met ALL of my criteria above. It is literally "like walking on air." One review said they had a "blowout" of an air pocket. I need a rugged shoe for outside farm/home landscaping work. I can't yet say if these are rugged enough for that or if I'll wind up with a punctured air pocket. I am, though, going to order another pair – one to work in and one for walking, shopping, vacation, or hiking – anything requiring me to be on my feet.

Right away these shoes very supportive and comfortable. I am a house painter and on my feet all day. These shoes are great for standing for long periods.

Nike Air Monarch is all I wear. I've been wearing Air Monarchs for the last 5 years. They are perfect for everyday walking, working or exercise.
