Fab! OK, so you have to be highly motivated to lay out over $200 for an ugly pair of sandals... My motivation; Diabetic legs and feet that hurt all the time + a herniated disc. These shoes help a lot with an extra "push" to keep me going. (They seem to do the walking for you). So ladies, get a pedicure, put on a cute pair of capri's and GET GOING!!

GREAT OUTDOORS SANDAL, BACK PAIN RELIEVER, SPORTS SHOE - Love it, love it, love it. For an MBT shoe it looks great too. I have several spinal/back injuries and this shoe really helps keeping my muscles trained, back and neck straight. It has been one of the most important health innovations in my life for years. I bought 6 pairs of different MBT's and this sandal is my favorite. I actually work out in this sandal as well, riding my bike, while using all types of fitness machines, and a daily hour on the elliptical cross-trainer. I really wear them as often as I can, in and around the house, while shopping, on vacation, etc... The fast open-close clip is very practical. I will also buy the brown version of this sandal. For those of you with posture and back pain issues, this is the shoe! It trains your calves, legs, glutes, back, neck, shoulders, etc. I wish MBT made a couple of more elegant looking shoes I could wear to the office and parties as well, and then I would wear only MBT's and discard of all other ones... (PS The "lacking arch support" that some people write about is actually built into the sole. When you walk you roll over the bulky sole it flexes upwards and that actually supports your arch very well.)

These are great sandals - Summers are long and hot where I live, so I love to wear sandals without socks. Unfortunately, most sandals are uncomfortable for my feet, so I was thrilled when a girlfriend recommended these. I already had the shoes and knew about the "feel" of walking in these. I bought a size 6 for the sandal, which is my normal shoe size. The velcro straps allow me to wear them snugly, which is the recommended fit. And they don't look clunky, so I can wear them to work with skirts or pants and they look just fine. I hope they come out in red; I'll be first in line to buy another pair.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SHOE - The minute I put on this shoe, I felt like I had arrived in heaven. I have spinal stenosis and spondolothesis (sic). I have been suffering mightily. But when I put on this shoe all back pain disappeared. I was in Reno attending school and walked 1.5 miles morning and evening. NO PAIN!!!!! I have recommended this shoe to a friend who cannot stop thanking me. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! I WILL BUY THE CLOSED SHOE FOR THE WINTER.

Great for your butt! These shoes WORK! I wear the shoes during the fall/winter, but wanted a more airy shoe for summer. My butt is definitely tighter! They are not the best looking shoe, and my foot is narrow so the fit in the front is a bit wide, but they work and are comfortable so get them!

MBT - Where do I begin? I love Zappos and only order shoes from there. That is why I took a chance on ordering such an expensive shoe on-line. I have barely taken them off since. I have also purchased another pair. Odd at first. My knee hurt the first full day of wearing them. But now, I have no knee pain at all. I've even been to a training class to learn how to walk properly them. My posture improved immediately as they force you to stand upright. I can walk up hill/down hills/stairs with no problems and I am a plus size woman. Thanks Zappos and MBT.

Great Shoes - These shoes were a heaven send. I wore them almost non-stop for a week while on vacation in France with absolutely no problems. I switched to some Earth Sandals for one day and regretted it (got a blister) but these sandals were fine (even with blisters).

I could not be happier with my purchase - After a serious snow skiing accident and two surgeries, finally resulting in a knee replacement and two years of recovery, my physical therapist recommended I give MBTs a try. I am still youthful and even physical therapy as wondrous as it is, fell short of my expectations. I have five pairs of MBTs all total, now. These are my first sandals. It's nice to wear a sandal that gives lots of support for my back, hips, and legs and show off my pedicure, too.

SIZING is IMPORTANT - I definitely thank the reviewer who recommended using Feetfirstfitness.com to ascertain the correct size for these shoes. I might have ended up with a size too small if I'd gone with the size Zappos listed. Anyway, the shoes are awesome. I love them. And, LOVE ZAPPOS for overnight free shipping. These sandals practically pass for the all-popular wedges but with a sporty edge to them.

These are my second pair of MBTs, after buying the Shadows. I find that these are not as squishy-soft comfortable as the Shadows, but it's nice to have a sandal option. Since starting to wear MBTs, it's hard to imagine wearing anything else.

MBT - TERRIFIC! The Kisumu is a perfect fit and for the first time in years I am able to talk long walks without pain. My big toe joints are "frozen" and the straps allow me to customize the fit so there is no pain. The Ladies' Barefootin' Sport Sneaker is also great. The Casual has a seam across the big toe that doesn't work for me, but is otherwise a good fit. I think the sandals are cute! (But, I'm not very into fashion - only comfort)

Most Comfortable Sandal Ever - This sandal has so many ways to adjust it that it's hard not to get a perfect fit. I wore my MBT sneakers a lot in cooler weather, but they are hot in the summer so this is the perfect answer to remain comfortable! The hardest part of this decision was the color choice: white or black!

Love the sandals! I can't believe I forked over the cash to buy these shoes, but I'm really glad I did!! My legs feel stronger and posture is better with or without the shoes on. My entire body feels strong and tight when I walk around in these (as dumb as that may sound). Plus, they're fun to wear and present a neat challenge if worn while drinking. Totally a good buy and I'm excited to buy other MBT's.

MBT Kisumu - Love these, but I am already familiar with MBT's and have several pairs. Instant back pain relief. And comfortable all day, but not for some occasions.

These Shoes are Great - These shoes are great. They take a little getting used to at first. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone that is not sure-footed because you have to balance yourself all the time with these. However for everyone else, you can walk for a long time without getting too tired. The width is adjustable, and the length is somewhat adjustable (in the back strap).

I am very satisfied with my Kisumu sandals and wear them most of the time. I have had several comments on them and have given them the name and web site for ordering them. Jenny

Great shoe - This shoe really works. My legs are shaping up, and my posture has improved. Very comfortable shoe. I bought one size higher than normal based on other reviews and it fit well.

A godsend! These shoes are exactly what I’ve needed for years. Though I have worn high-quality supportive shoes for quite some time, now that I have these MTB, I don't even wear my other shoes. The arch support these shoes give me have made such a difference in the way my feet and legs feel, and my whole body seems to align itself differently when I’m wearing them. I feel 10 years younger now, after 2 weeks of wearing them constantly. I’m back to a time when my feet and legs don't ache when I walk or stand too long. I’ll need a pair for every season!

Correct MBT Fitting & Sizing - If you want to buy MBT shoes online, just like going to a shoe store it is very important that you are fitted correctly with the MBT. Ideally you want some room for your toes since the construction of the MBT shoe is exaggerating your toe-off movement. At the same time you want both of your feet to be securely locked into your MBT shoes. Since the function of the MBT is to enhance and smoothen transition within your entire foot-strike activity, this causes more movement (and need for precise fitting) than in most regular shoes. If you are interested in trying MBTs, but have nowhere to go to try them on, the first challenge is to get an accurate measurement of your feet in "European Size" and always use this as your standard for fitting MBTs. For accuracy it is always best to use the sizing of the country of origin (MBT's are engineered and were developed in Switzerland). So how can you get your correct fit if you are not able to visit a shoe store? I love these sandals! These are GREAT shoes. I know, they are expensive, but well worth it. I first bought the sneakers, and then a week later I had to get the sandals, too! I had really bad lower back pain for months, but within 24 hrs of wearing these shoes, my back pain was nearly gone. I have much more energy; I am not nearly as tired at the end of the day now. These shoes are fantastic.

Love these shoes. My family makes fun of the style, but when they feel this good and walking long distances is a breeze, the style is secondary.

Love these shoes! These MBT sandals are great. I no longer have any foot pain since I've been wearing them. So comfortable, I highly recommend these for walkers. I wear them to work too! They’re definitely worth the price. (They run small, so I had to order one size larger than usual.)

Old fat lady with bad feet - If only these shoes weren't so UGLY!! But, I get over that when I wear them. I did Disney all day and into the night and my feet did not hurt. My problem is that my pain is under my third toe in the ball of my foot. This shoe puts the weight on the arch and on the heel so there was no pressure on the sore spots. Now, don't get me wrong, I was tired after all day walking but my feet were not sore. I will buy another pair someday but I wish they weren't so ugly!!

Love these shoes - Have been wearing this shoe over a year and love this brand. Don't have varicose vein pain anymore. In Europe I rolled along while everyone else complained of foot pain or blisters. Great brand, I now own five pairs.

Since I am a therapist, busy mom with misc. other duties that keep me on my feet, these shoes are marvelous! By the end of a day, no matter how much I have done, nothing hurts. I hate to take them off. The technology and research behind these shoes truly have created "Physiological Footwear". Many of my patients have purchased these and I loan informational DVD out to others. Since I have been wearing Earth Shoes with the negative heal, the adjustment to MBT's wasn't difficult.
