Great Walking Shoes! These are some of the ugliest shoes out there, but they certainly make up for it in the comfort category! I love how many adjustments there are on the shoe so you can get the perfect fit. I also have the MBT tennis shoes, but I like the open toe on the Kisumu. They definitely run small. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 but had to go to an 8 1/2 in the MBT shoes.

The Best! I made this purchase because I have chronic back problems and they alleviate the pain. I wear them to clean house, walk the dog and grocery shop. I wish they made a shoe I could wear to work. Everybody should have a pair back problems or not. They also help with your posture. Thanks I love them!

Unbelievable - Recently diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, I need a shoe that was comfortable to wear at home on Mexican paver floors, stairs etc. I wasn't accustomed to wearing shoes at home and might feet got hot and uncomfortable in full shoes. These did the trick. They provide amazing support and comfort and I can wear them all day long and have complete relief from heel pain. They are a little funny looking with the thick sole, but not bad with jeans.

Terrific! These are great! You can feel them working your legs. I only wish they were more attractive.

This is the most comfortable, fun shoe- ever! It takes a little practice to balance, and is great for long periods of standing! This style is really adjustable in terms of width. I'm sure I'll get more!

I will never wear another sandal or sneaker! MBTS RULE! The most amazing thing you will ever do for your feet! Or your posture. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!! Sizing can be a little tricky that's the only thing, but once you work out the right size, you will wear these until they literally fall off your feet and then you'll be back on Zappos buying a replacement pair. AMAZING SHOES. I only wish they could make them look a little cuter. I think BLACK IS THE BEST CHOICE. Looks the least dorky in my opinion!

Just spend the money! I love, love, love these shoes, which I purchased with the pay later option. I'm definitely getting another pair! I'm reminded of walking in platform tennis shoes when I wear these! I like the chunky, clunky look of these shoes too! I do a lot of walking and really noticed the stretching of the hamstrings and my thighs (and inner thighs) feeling tired after walking! I think you'll get a great work-out with these shoes!

I like these a LOT - On those warmer days when you just don't feel like putting on a sneaker, these are terrific. You can really feel the back of your leg stretch. If they didn't have the MBT logo plastered on the side and back, I would wear them in place of sandals much more than I do now. You will like these shoes.

Most comfortable sandals you can buy - I wear a 5 extra wide and could never find comfortable walking shoes. These sandals are amazing. I have been wearing them every day since I bought them about four months ago and they are still as good as new. They put a spring in your step and exercise your calf and thigh muscles. My only complaint is that they don't come in a dressy shoes version and snow boots. Once they do, I'll never wear any other footwear again!

MBT Kisumu - Because I have a small foot with a wide toe box, a very high arch and a narrow heel I have a very difficult foot to fit properly. The Kisumu is my favorite summer walking shoe because it has velcro adjustable straps for the toe box, heel and arch. It is the most comfortable sports sandal that I have and has the most cushioning and shock absorption which makes it easy on the joints. I love this shoe.

Great, comfortable sandal - I love MBTs, and these are my fifth pair. I bought the sandals for a week-long cruise recently. I wore these all day almost every day. With all of the touring, walking around the ship and exercise I did in them, I was amazed at how comfortable they were and how great I felt wearing them. I actually got a lot of compliments and comments wearing them (which I usually do with the "sneaker" styles, too). As a Pilate’s instructor, I recommend MBTs highly to my clients to help with core strength, balance and proper body alignment. And, Zappos is the perfect place to get them with their free returns because it may take a try or two before you get just the right size in these. Unlike all of the other MBTs I own, these actually run true to size. The only downside for me was that, with my slightly narrow feet, I have to tighten the straps so much that they actually hit the ground. The good news is that you can tighten them as much as you need to; the bad news is that it's a little annoying with the inside straps hitting the ground. Regardless of this one minor problem, I would buy these shoes again in a minute (and probably will when this pair wears out).

YES! FINALLY! Finally, a shoe that truly does make my feet feel better! I have broken both ankles, crushed right foot, had a fusion done on one foot which did not work, and I have tried everything except these until now! I hope they keep working!!!

Dancing shoes! I bought these shoes hoping to get some relief from a neuroma (pinched nerve in bottom of my foot) and get some exercise benefits. While it doesn't "cure", my feet can take much more of a beating than in other shoes. I have most recently been wearing them for salsa lessons. Without these shoes I couldn't make it halfway through the class. I have ordered them in brown as well. I want to buy a lace up MBT, but am worried how it will "translate" size and comfort wise.

Most amazing product - I bought these shoes because I am pregnant with twins and work as a hair dresser 10-12 hrs a day on my feet. They have saved me!!! I could not have continued working without them.

Love these MBT sandals! I can't get enough of these sandals. I wear them everyday. They are so comfortable. I did end up needing a size 9 and I normally wear a size 8 shoe. I have even worn them on the treadmill and feel they are giving me a better workout. Completely comfortable. Zappos customer service can't be beat!!!

Ok, they are ugly - I am sure like the others... we all have feet problems. Me… flat, surgeries on bunions, assorted other problems. I also have very tight hamstrings. These shoes are a joy. The feel like pillows on your feet, you get a workout, and once they are off, your feet crave them to be on. My hamstrings are not as tight that is for sure. There is a getting used to when you are standing still and stairs require concentration until you get the hang of it. The sandals are not so bad looking and when you see another person wearing them, there is a smile… both knows how good our feet are feeling! Get them! P.S. Order true to size or down. You have to have these toes to almost the end. I learned that from the DVD they enclose and the website.

A new experience in comfort - The MBTs are a totally different experience in the world of footwear. Once you get used to them, there is no going back. They surely are no fashion statement, but my feet don't care as long as they are happy. Wish they were not so ridiculously expensive.

Not sexy, uber-pricey, WORTH EVERY PENNY - I put a review up for the Walkers and said that I'd like to try the sandals... maybe next year. Next thing I know I'm back on Zappos ordering the sandals that afternoon! First, Zappos HOW DO YOU DO THAT? How do I place the order at 2pm Wed. and receive them with NO shipping fee by 3pm the NEXT DAY? Wow! Thanks Zappos! Ok, so I get them, put them on, and thought – ugh! I bet people will ask me how I broke BOTH my feet. Let them sit overnight... put them back on this morning and I'm okay with it. No, you wouldn’t wear them with a dress to a cocktail party. Reason A: you may feel more tipsy than you are, haha! Reason B: they are walking work out sandals. I've worn the walkers for about a month now and I've got to say, I never felt a definition between my thigh and butt until NOW! My legs really get a workout, I've found that I need to stretch my calf muscles more because I'm working out more muscles than I knew I had. My BF just bought orthos for his shoes from his Chiro for $200, which he has to switch from shoe to shoe. These do it all for me: height = feel 1" taller, posture = feels vastly improved, stomach = now can suck it in consistently. Overall: shoes/sandals = love! Zappos = wow, don’t know how you do it, but keep doing it! Reviews = there are so many good ones on these shoes I don't think anyone will ever get to mine, but I had to talk about them anyway! BTW: I went to my local shoe store to try these sandals on and was going to buy them there, but they didn’t have black. While I was waiting for the salesperson to find out how long it would take to get them her phone rang and someone was asking about MBTs! I hurried home and ordered from Zappos, got ‘em faster, easier, and less expensive.

They are crazy - I thought they were the craziest orthopedic shoes ever, but my feet hurt so bad I was gonna try anything! And guess what? They helped a lot. It took awhile to get used to them, but now I can't walk without them!! I will buy another pair soon.

It's a great shoe - I love this sandal. It's a little klunkie but very comfortable. Takes a few minutes to get used to it but walks really well. Nothing hurts when I walk all day in this shoe. I ordered a 9 and my toes went to the end so I got a 91/2 and I think I would have liked the 9 better. The support is good and comfortable and I don't think of these shoes as exercise shoes...they are all day go anywhere shoes.

Worth Every Penny! I originally was fitted for MBT's 2 months before I bought them. Now I wish I had just purchased them when I first found out about them. These shoes do live up to the hype. My posture is significantly improved and I can feel my muscles working when I am wearing my MBT's.

I love my MBT's! I wanted these shoes to be everything they advertise -- and they really are! They make walking pure pleasure. My posture is straighter; I feel lean and sexy when I walk, and I think more about gait and posture and balance now when I wear my 3" heels!

Great shoe! This shoe is AMAZING! It takes a little time to get used to the feel of it, but once you've gotten it, it's amazing! I had back problems and these shoes took away about 1/2 the pain. Great shoes and I would recommend them for anyone! I've worn them every day since I got them!

MBT sandals - I have plantar fasciitis, and the MBTs are the only shoes I can wear. I have two pairs of the sandals and one sneaker pair. My only concern is that since the shoes are meant to fit both men and women, they are too wide for my slender feet. I have to adjust the straps until they are rather sticking out on the sides - not enough velcro to keep them attached to the sandal. However, I am sacrificing looks for comfort at this point, as I am on my feet for 9 hours at a time at work. It would be nice to have a narrow size available.

This shoe is so comfortable that I found it does not need arch support. Also, it is completely adjustable in width and length and it is easy to achieve a perfect fit.
