Customer Reviews Barefoot Dreams CozyChic® Robe

Best robe ever: Soft and cozy. The edges are strong so it's not falling apart. Better than what I read/saw. Only sad thing is that I was cooking eggs with it on and my sleeve got too close to the heat (not in the flame) and started to singe/melt. So I have one sleeve that doesn't feel soft. Be careful if near heat or cooking. Ruined my day that I did that, especially within a week of buying it!

Very soft and indulgent just: Very soft and indulgent just like the blanket . Only complaint is I thought it was white and it's wierd gray color

Just okay: Nice robe, but for the price, I expected better quality; the loops for the straps feel a bit flimsy and prone to ripping.

Cozy: Love this robe but unfortunately way too big. I never know what size to buy because the fit isn't consistent in all the styles.

super cozy fabric: Love the fabric ! Just wish the small was true to size. Not meant for a short person

Robe: The robe is beautiful and so warm & cozy.

Robe too big: Loved the material and I love my robe oversized but it was way too big.

comfy: comfy but material is not worth the price

very comfy and my husband: very comfy and my husband loved it, however the arms were too short so we ordered a larger size.

Cozy Chic Robe: Sleeves too long and robe is a lot thinner than my previous ones from Barefoot.

Cozy: Cozy and warm good quality great for all tie if year and weather.

Way too large / bulky: Way too oversized for the size "3" fit. It's also pretty heavy. I didn't expect it to be so bulky from the photo. The color is nice

Paid for but they never sent it!! I never received my shipment and tried to call and email Barefoot Dreams several times. No one has returned my emails. The tracking says there is a problem but no one has addressed it. Terrible customer service!

I was deeply disappointed by: I was deeply disappointed by how this company operates. Never received the product and horrible customer service. I recently placed an order for the CozyChic adult robe but never received the product. I contacted customer service as well as UPS to open an investigation, however Barefoot Dreams was unwilling to look further into the investigation and did not offer a replacement or refund. Customer service was wholly unhelpful and I was very disappointed at how unwilling they were to help a customer resolve am I received package. What is even more odd is they never provided a shipping confirmation email and was avoiding my answers when I asked to provide additional information.
