I was deeply disappointed by how this company operates. Never received the product and horrible customer service. I recently placed an order for the CozyChic adult robe but never received the product. I contacted customer service as well as UPS to open an investigation, however Barefoot Dreams was unwilling to look further into the investigation and did not offer a replacement or refund. Customer service was wholly unhelpful and I was very disappointed at how unwilling they were to help a customer resolve am I received package. What is even more odd is they never provided a shipping confirmation email and was avoiding my answers when I asked to provide additional information.

My husband and I are both addicted to our robes! Super soft, so plush and the perfect beginning and end to everyday!!

After I received this robe, first thing I said after wearing it for the first time was how did I live without it??? It is so soft, lightweight feeling when wearing, yet so incredibly WARM! CozyChic INDEED! If you are hesitant at all, I assure you will not regret this purchase!
