Comfy Little Boot -
A very comfortable yet fashionable walking boot. Looks great with skirts or jeans. Leather is thin, not a cold-weather boot. Zappos has something for everyone!

Mostly--possibly all--good -
While I didn't think the material was synthetic, it is very, very thin leather. This can be good--if you want an extremely light boot--or bad if you want something sturdier. One problem with the thin leather: it can kind of bunch up, partly because this is a very calf-forgiving width, which can also be a good thing. I took out the easily removable insole and put in my own with better arch support. I wanted a slightly sturdier sole, but sometimes it's good to have an almost elf-like boot.

Solid boot.
Overall, I think these are fun, comfortable boots. The posterior shaft is made from a thin, slightly stiffer leather, but it does not take away from the boot. They are super cute with my skirts. My calves are a normal size, but these boots don't accommodate tucking in pants. I still love them! My friends said they looked "hip".

These boots are very comfortable, and have a great style. I wish I could keep them, but they are just too cheaply made. The back panel is made from a thin, flimsy synthetic material, which is slouchy. If that back panel were made of higher quality material, I would keep them, but it\'s too much money to pay for a boot that looks so cheap.

Online these look really well made. It looks like thick distressed leather and when they arrived, it's extremely thin "leather" if it's even that. It looks like it has been painted bronze to give it some shimmer. It's just a bit more glam than I thought they were going to be. I was looking for a more rugged look. Leather boots should last a lifetime and these will definitely fall apart in no time. On the other hand, they are extremely comfortable. I use them for my motorcycle, and you get enough grip and they aren't stiff, so they are good for that.

I read the reviews of these boots before I bought them so I had some insight; however, I found new issues with them that I would like to share. Yes, I do agree these are a smart pair of unique, casual and comfortable walking boots; however, they are overpriced. I have been looking for quite a while for the perfect city boots and was sick of looking so I kept these instead of looking further. I found that wearing them, I have to wear a band-aid on the back of my heels in addition to wearing long socks so the front of the boot does not leave a sore on my leg. Usually I wear boot appropriate socks; however, sometimes when in a jam, I grab anything. This is not an option for me with these boots however as the front part has a small piece of extra leather that rubs on my skin and hurts. I think my legs are too small for the boots and this is why I am having these issues. If you are still wanting to give these a try, wear them inside a lot first and see if you can handle the price and the issues. Good Luck!

The most comfortable boots EVER, but too slouchy/inexpensive -
This boot is fairly inexpensive and I think there is a reason for that: it looks and feels it. The leather was very thin and slouchy and I did not like the look very much. If I were in my 20s and looking for a very casual boot, this might do the trick, but was not really the quality boot I was looking for. I sent it back and found something else. That said, this is probably the most comfortable boot I have ever had on my feet. Whereas others noted the "lump" by the ball of the foot in a bad way, I LOVED it. It felt like I was getting a massage as I was walking around and overall felt like a wonderful slipper (with a built-in massage feature!). I could wear these every day in terms of comfort, just not looks.

Not that great -
This boot looks really chintzy in person. The back is made of stretch synthetic and does not look like leather and is a different color from the front. The leather is so thin that it looks like it will rip right around the grommet at the calf. The rubber sole also appeared to be not securely attached around the toe area. Very disappointing.

Loved these boots. Super comfortable. But they fall apart. Had them a few months and there was super significant wear (where there should not have been) and the button holding the strap in popped off. booo.

Looked better online-
I thought these looked fun and cute online, like something I could pair with jeans or skirts, but the second I took them out of the box, I knew they weren't keepers. They look pretty cheap and feel flimsy. Also, once on, I felt like they made my feet look very long and clown-like. Too bad because I was excited about them after seeing them online.

I loved, loved, loved these boots. I wore them through the early fall until now about 3 days a week to work. I live in Portland, Oregon so we rarely have snow and I've made an effort to keep the boots dry. Now it's March and the leather is already separating from the sole. I'm terribly dissappointed in the quality of this boot. For the price they should be much better made. Lesson learned.
