These boots are really cute and very snug. I normally wear a size 6.5 and ordered the size 7; it fit perfect. They are very warm and comfortable too. I am returning them because once on, they make my feet look really big. I don't know what it is about the front toe area but it just looks really long and I didn't like that. So sad I'm returning.

Why is such a comfortable boot so narrow? That makes it impossible for many people to wear. I ordered 11 (I am a women's 10) and my foot was squished. I returned them.

This boot is really wide through the ankle. It didn't fit well. The heel rides up when you step.

I was disappointed in these boots. I don't know what made people suggest these run large because they do not. I had to use two hands and a significant amount of force to pull my feet into them. Sadly these are going back.

Not exactly waterproof (even though the description says it is). I walked only a couple of steps on the snow with these boots and my socks definitely became damp. Disappointed, but I'm too lazy to return. And it does not provide great traction. I almost slipped twice. The style and fit are great though. And it's definitely warm.

I bought this same boot last year in a size 10. Great winter snow boot. so not, all of sudden my feet have grown and my boots from last year are too short. So I ordered the size 11 and they feel shorter than the size 10 I already have. Can there be a defect with the sizing? Anyway, they are are going back. I don't know what to do about ordering another pair.

I may have to revise my three star rating, once Zappos sends me the left boot. Yes, Zappos sent me two right boots. I did try one on and it was moderately comfortable, but it did have a fair amount of slip in the heel. The length was good. I am glad that I listened to reviewers who said to order up. I wear a 9 and I ordered a 10, and tried it on with a hiking sock. The color is as it appears on my screen. I do like the purple laces included, as the gray is pretty dull.

I bought blue boots like these last year. I kept them in the box unworn until this winter. I am so disappointed. They are comfortable. They are narrow and do not have much for arch support. I have flat, narrow feet. They are almost perfect for me in that respect. I feel totally taken. I am scared I am going to fall. These boots are slippery to walk in the snow with! Do not buy these boots! Pass these boots up! Do not waste your money!

Fit is good and they feel pretty comfy. They are a cute style too. However, everytime I put my foot in the boot, the lining slips and bunches under my foot. I am sending these back.

I don't know how Kamik can use the term waterproof with these boots. My shock: walking in wet conditions, as in snow and wet snow falling; sloshing through puddles at street corners in Manhattan. What was that feeling - aah, wet! As in my feet are getting wet. Got home and looked at the wet socks and wet innersole. Why? Was it just this pair and the others that some have reported on and everyone else had functioning, i.e., really waterproof boots? Now, I'm afraid to wear the "Canucks" that I bought, also by Kamik.

Don't work! Lets slush right in! This boot looks industrial enough, I really thought it would be good for walking in snow and slush. Nope. Lets the water right in. Socks soaked in seconds. Also the back of the boot scrapes the back of the ankle. It's a hard-core looking boot, I would never wear it except to go through snow, so it's very disappointing that it doesn't actually keep the snow out. They are warm though. If you just want to keep your feet warmer than sneakers, they work.

Not for those with a high instep - the boot cuts right across where your instep is the highest and I couldn't even get them on my feet. Am sending them back and will look for boots with no stitching across the mid-foot.
