Thankful I could fit my jeans into the boots. The laces allow for adjustment. I tend to be very picky with boots because most of the time my legs and jeans do not fit. The laces help! I am simply returning because I selected the wrong size. I clicked 7 instead of 8.

Warm, light, comfortable. Reminds me of a high rise athletic shoe. Since buying it hasn't been very cold so have not gotten a chance to wear them much or test them against super cold but seem like they would be very warm.

These shoes are exactly what I wanted - a great snow boot that would keep my feet super warm. They are very comfortable and really warm. The only complaint I have is that I don't find the toe very attractive. But normally you don't buy snow boots to look great, you buy them to stay warm and get around in the snow. Despite the styling of this boot I'd still highly recommend it.

The boots are really cute. They are light, delicate for a woman. I am size 6 but I bought them in size 7 and they are very comfortable. They look great in jeans. I haven't used them in the snow yet, so I can't confirm they are waterproof. Shipping with Zappos was very fast, although I live in Puerto Rico which is in the Caribbean (It was like three to four days). Free Shipping. Excellent to buy with Zappos.

Kamik Brooklyn - Warm, great looking boots. The sizing was disappointing as they do not run in half sizes and the width is very narrow.

Kamik Brooklyn: Teeny Tiny - This winter boot would get more stars if it fit! It is great because it's waterproof, lightweight and practical for snow, or even our extra cold rainy days. BUT the size 11 (I wear a 10) is so small, everything is cramped - and I have narrow feet. Too bad I can't keep it; 11s are the biggest they make. This pair will be returned based on the fact that they run incredibly small. Zappos continues to amaze me with their customer service though, so I'll keep shopping here!

Couldn't even get it on - I have high arches, but I seriously couldn't even get this boot on, even with the laces off. Seemed to be a bit stiff as well. Would like to review it, but since I can't get it on at all, I guess I can't!

Not waterproof (but are warm and light). I bought these the middle of last winter and they are warm, light, comfortable and not ridiculously bulky. I was happy with them. Wearing them today (1/12/12) in a half inch of slushy snow revealed that they are most definitely not waterproof - within 10 minutes both of my socks were soaking wet. I've come to the conclusion that the only way to get effective waterproofing on a snow boot is to have a rubber bottom portion of the boot. Unfortunately, I can't find any such boot where I also I like the style of it. About 15 years ago, Sorel made a perfect boot like this - waterproof lower, very warm but still kind of cute for running errands - wish they still did. The hunt for a replacement boot goes on.

Got these boots, loved them the minute I put them on. They are cozy and a great fit. But I haven't even worn them outside the house and the seam on the right boot has come undone. Will have them replaced and write an update later.

Perfect for snow days in the city! Feet stay dry and warm. Wouldn't recommend them for long hikes - not much arch support. But they are perfect for playing in snow and getting to and from work/school/errands/whatever. Went half a size up so I could wear thick socks with them and they fit well with room to wiggle my toes.

Wonderful boots! I just used them to walk through snow and water, and my feet stayed warm the whole time. Plus, it was also around 20 degrees at the time. They are great! So happy I purchased them!

I bought these as a gift for my wife and she loves them. They are very warm and comfortable.

Just received these today. Decided it was time to "upgrade" winter boots beyond the Ugg knockoffs that didn't provide enough support for winter sports. Just wore them around the house and I was pleased at how flexible they were. I plan to snowshoe in them...so this is nice. Plus, they are a "little" funky for a snowboot (especially with the extra purple shoelaces), so I like the fact that they're just a little bit different yet still very functional. I also like the laces and grommets. You can get a nice tight fit if you need to...this is good if you had to order half-size up.

This shoe is light! That is a nice feature. It is super warm and nicer looking in person than the picture. They are a snow boot and look just like one should. I ordered my normal sneaker shoe size (8) and my toes are touching the front. Maybe a half size up would be better. At the same time though there is a lot of wiggle room. These would be great if you like to wear multiple pairs of socks. Definitely a good shoe.

I just received these boots and three other pairs I was trying to decide between, and these are my absolute favorites! They fit my wide feet comfortably, are cozy without being too warm inside, and feel like durable boot without being overly clunky. The laces allow me to get the boots tight enough in the ankle area (which I could not do with some other ones), and is trim enough to allow me to wear pants over the top of the boots if I want. I have not worn these out in the snow yet, but I am eager to try them. Oh, and I like the extra pair of pink laces that came with them (I got the black boots) -- it is nice to have a fun color option if I want. These should be great for commuting on snowy days or playing with the kids out in the snow.

Just got these boots yesterday. They are very cute and seem like they will be warm, but I have to return them for a smaller size. They are huge. I wear an 8 hoping a 7 will do.

I love these boots! They keep my toes super warm. I bought a 7, and they are a little big, but that can be fixed by wearing a thicker sock or inserts. They look cute with leggings or can be worn under the pant. Thinking about buying more. I would recommend this boot to a friend.

When I first saw these boots in person I almost regretted my decision to buy them. They look a little like shoes Herman Munster would wear. But, they were very comfortable and warm, so I decided to keep them. We had our first snow last week and I'm so glad I did not return them. Although I'm not going to win any fashion prizes when I wear them, they definitely kept my feet warm, dry, and comfy all day.

I haven't yet tried them in snow, it's too warm now. However, I like the look and fit. Very easy to put on and off, thanks to the laces. Feel really warm (again, I haven't tried yet). As for the sizing: I wear European 38-38,5 (24 cm), my US size is usually 7. I got Kamik Brooklyn boots size 8 (European 39). I think 7 would be OK for me too. These are a bit too roomy. Probably due to their width. However, if I out on a warm sock, fit is OK, also the lacing helps to fix the boot. I think they feel true to size: I went half size up and it feels half size bigger. No need to get any bigger than half size up! They look nice with jeans. We get wet and muddy winters where I live, so I have high hopes for these shoes.

I love these boots! They're light, fully lined (with a removable innersole), and quite handsome. They're built for traipsing through the snow. I ordered them early so I would get what I want, and I can't wait for snowy cold weather so that I can wear them. They also came with a spare pair of laces in the color of the trim, so I can jazz up the look! Would order them again!

I purchased 2 pair of boots, not sure of size. Returned the one that didn't fit...this was such an awesome experience. No surprises or disappointments...exactly the way Zappos said it would be! I wish I could do all my shopping with Zappos! Definitely an A+.

Felt extremely comfortable and easy to walk in even without laces tied up. Laces are a good idea to tie up for longer walks/colder time. Haven't worn them outside yet (we don't have much cold and/or snow, only for mountain trips).

Love these boots. True to size, super warm. Easy to put on and lace up because the shoe strings are stretchy. I felt safe on snowy and icy streets this winter.

These boots are very comfortable and look great. Not high fashion, but they look good both with snowpants and a pair of jeans and a nice top.
