Too snug around the calf - I liked the boots, but the toe pointed upwards and made it look a bit western. The foot area felt 1/2 size larger and the calf area was too snug.

Very disappointing - Loose feel, had to buy additional foot pads, which don't help that much. Needs to be tighter in the ankle area and foot area. I feel like I'm flopping around all over the place. Gives me feet a burning sensation after walking around a bit in them. ICK! Bad purchase.

Amazingly... Bad. The boot fit great but the leather looked as though it had been through several treks through rain storms. The seaming on the back of the boot caused some odd wrinkling at the calf. Zappos' service was great as usual. Too bad the boot didn't work out.

Keep in mind - these boots are not good if it's wet outside. I bought these boots from a department store. Unfortunately, the very first day I put them on was a snowy day, and after I went out, in 5 minutes the top of my feet were soaked. That was a real disappointment. I was glad I had a pair of shoes in the office, so I could change. You would expect these boots will keep your feet warm and dry, but obviously that is not the case. Otherwise, they are comfortable, but are just for the dry weather., and that should be pointed out on the box.
