beautiful boot! I bought these in tan. They are a beautiful reddish color. They are well made and just the right heel height for me. I also love the angled heel, it makes them just a little different.

These boots are so comfortable. The heel height is perfect for work or dress. The size was exact for me. I got the tan and the color is rich. I would recommend them.

great boot - Very comfortable basic boot. I bought it in brown and am considering buying in black. It is rare to find a boot dressy enough for work and comfortable enough to wear all day.

From the moment you put these boots on new, you can walk anywhere for any length of time. They are so comfortable.

Born Again - I love these Born Boots! I have worn these almost every day since I got them. There was no need to break them in. The cushiony and rubber soles make them so comfy and the style is just right - not too trendy and not too classic but casual enough to wear with jeans and dressy enough with skirts! I have been shopping for tall boots that would wrap my athletic calves and ones that go over jeans, and finally these worked for me! The leather is very supple and the heel is not too high and I can actually run in these! I have received many compliments on them! The Browns are a beautiful espresso dark brown with a slightly distressed look - Now I have to get them in black! Thank you Zappos for the usual awesome service and quick delivery! I'll be buying BORN shoes again and again!

Born Navi boot - I love these boots! The color is a beautiful mahogany and the leather is very soft. They are very comfortable and I tend to have a hard time finding shoes that feel good on for any length of time. They are a bit large in the calf, but other than that they are perfect.

Born's Navi - These boots feel so soft on your feet. Love them! However, I am usually an 8-8.5 and ordered the 8.5 (to fit my wide toe box), which ended up being too big, so I am returning them for the 8. The leather was really nice and there is no need to break them in. Overall a great boot from Born and of course Zappos was fantastic with their overnight shipping and return policy!

Exactly what I was looking for... The Navi is exactly what I was looking for in a dress boot - medium heel, fitted in the ankle, and comfortable.

Love them! I wanted a pair of leather boots that were comfortable enough to stand for 3-5 hours at a time and also stylish. These boots are extremely comfortable, although I would not say they are great to stand in for more than 3-4 hours. I cannot wear the pointed styles because they hurt my toes. These are beautifully made and are comfortable for me. I have a flat foot, also. I wear size 9 and ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I am only 5'2" and as with all boots, they are a little higher on my leg than I would like - but I am used to it being so short with such big feet! I have muscular calves and there is more than enough room - actually I have more room than I need - but they are not tight and very comfortable. They look great with skirts, or jeans/dress slacks. The leather is really nice in my opinion.

Excellent boot - I was looking for a pair of black boots, and these fit the bill perfectly. I am tall but I wanted a boot that could look casual or dressy, thus ruling out many pairs of flats out there. When I first got these, the boot was a little tight around my calf - they have since stretched out and fit comfortably even with jeans tucked in. Yesterday I walked over 5 miles in them and today my feet do not hurt at ALL - might be first in non-tennis shoes for me! These are also my fourth pair of Born’s, and I am addicted to the brand! Always so comfortable and moderately stylish!

I like these boots - I have a high instep and large calves so bought this in a 1/2 size bigger. They fit well, and look great.

Perfect boots! I am so, so happy with these boots. They're perfect for wearing with skirts, but they also look great with jeans. My calves are average-sized, and these fit with a small amount of room for tucking in jeans. I wear size 11 shoes, but these are slightly too large (an experience I don't often have). If you aren't sure whether to get a 10 or 11, I'd probably get a 10. I kept the 11s, but they've stretched a lot and I think a 10 would have been good. Regardless, I really love these boots.

BEAUTIFUL BOOTS!!! Ordered these boots for casual wear (jeans, etc.), however, was pleasantly surprised to find these boots can definitely "multi-task" (a cross between classy and country). They look as great with jeans as they do with dress/office attire. If you're looking for a beautiful boot to-do-it-all, these just might be the ones!

Beautiful Riding Boots - I have been looking for a pair of riding boots that were feminine enough to wear with skirts and patterned tights, as well as tuck my jeans into. I also wanted some that were not astronomically priced or too trendy, like some of the wedges and equestrian footwear out right now, limiting me to a season or two of wear. These boots, in rich brown leather, are beautiful. The fit is exactly true to size, and I wish that I had not gone up a 1/2 size to accommodate my large calves. The boots are beautiful and sexy, but can handle Boston's icy winter streets when going out for tapas or a day on your feet at work.

My go to boots - Absolute comfort. This boot is even more comfortable than my wedge boots. It looks gorgeous very, very sexy. I’m petite 5'0 and it’s hard for me to find boots that don't overpower. This fits the bill. It’s almost 14" in shaft height and was perfect on me. I wear this almost everyday and walk around the city in absolute comfort. I'm definitely getting the brown.

Born Navi Boots - If you want boot, I highly recommend these Born Navi's. Unlike most boots I have had in the past these are very comfortable and you will have no problem wearing them all day. I wear an 8 and the size was perfect and they are not too narrow which makes them more comfortable. The heel is just right and they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. Zappos does a great job with the ordering process and delivery. They arrived the next day. I have no complaints.

Nice Compromise - I'm a huge fan of clunky, un-feminine boots and cute but built-for-comfort flats (I walk everywhere). But I needed a pair of brown boots I could wear with a particularly feminine skirt, so I tried these. I've had them about three weeks, worn them probably more than 10 times, and I'm happy with them. The shoe really is very comfortable - soft, roomy, even feels warm. I'm an exact 8 with smallish calves, and found that I could wear these boots over pants or just tights and they weren't too big or too small. They also look great both ways. They're pretty shiny, but not in a cheap-looking way. The zipper on one boot occasionally takes me more than 2 seconds to zip. The first day I wore them I walked more than usual, and the balls of my feet were sore. But I think that has more to do with the fact that I don't wear heels often than with the construction of this boot. For comfort & versatility I would definitely recommend this boot.

Stylish AND comfy!!! This was the sixth pair of tall boots I tried on in search of the perfect pair and all I can say is that when I slid my foot in and zipped it up I said, "AHHHhhhh!" The footbed is cushiony and super comfy and I didn't have to cut off my circulation to zip them all the way up. They don't look like "comfort" boots, but they sure feel like it!

Excellent Boot! These rival boots that cost $1,000's to buy. First let me state to a reviewer who wrote about them not being waterproof. Real leather should be treated with a water proofing substance before ever wearing out in the elements. The comfort of these boots are great. The wicking away of moisture is a great feature if you sweat thru feet. They should be chosen by the size you normally wear. They will fit like a glove and mold to your foot as if they were only made for you! They are the only boot I have ever worn that I can say you can wear all day and your feet will be as comfortable as when you first put them on. For the price, style and comfort they have it all!

Born Navi - These boots are the best! They are so comfortable and beautiful. As a mom of two young children, I need shoes that looks great but that I can run around in and this is it! I have been able to wear these with "skinny" jeans and skirts. I love them and would recommend to anyone who has been shopping around for the perfect boot~

Heel is no problem - I always look and buy flat heeled boots. I only considered this boot given the reviews and the Zappos policy of free shipping back and forth. I purchased (6+) boots and returned them before settling on these. I have 15 inch calves. I wear a 9.5 shoe but always order 9 in boots and this was the case for the Born boot. I was able to zip up the boot with a little struggle the first time. However, when I am standing up, the calf is a bit elongated to the top of the boot is not tight! I just received these in the mail yesterday. I wore them immediately and even walked through Boston a couple of miles. I am very happy. I have the brown and have ordered the black and tan.

Most comfortable boots I've found! These boots are *beyond* comfortable! I've never found a pair of boots that I could easily walk around in all day and not get sore feet/legs. I am definitely a Born convert! In fact, I just purchased another pair in a shorter style that is equally as comfy. They are definitely worth the price!

Greatest boots ever! I love these boots so much. I'd been looking for black boots everywhere and couldn't find quite what I was looking for. As soon as I saw these in a catalog I was dieing to try them on because I love Born shoes. I love them so much that I ordered them in dark brown as well. As far as size, I am a size 9M, sometimes 9 1/2M. Other reviewers stated that they ran really big, but I decided to get a 9 1/2 and I'm glad I did. For me they seemed very true to size. They are so comfortable and are incredibly cute. Perfect heel height. Totally worth the money.
