Great for Jazzercise - low to high impact! I have been a big fan of Ryka aerobic/studio, and cross training shoes for years. I'm very pleased with the quality, comfort and wear from Ryka shoes (I order a half size up from my shoe size which is a perfect fit and recommended). I love this new style too.

A-frickin-mazing - Ryka has the right idea with the comfy toe box and narrower heel. Extremely comfortable. And yes - half-size larger does it. And can you say free overnight shipping? This was my first Zappos order and they rock!

Great shoe!!! These are great shoes for exercising. Very light weight. Very comfortable to do high impact aerobics in. I like the extra support with the mid-high ankle. Has a sleek and modern look on the foot. I ordered my regular size and the shoes fit just perfect!!! My shoes go through a lot of vigorous exercise each day and I think these will hold up very nicely. Nobody beats Zappos for great products and excellent delivery!!!

Angie - I could not find this shoe in any of the local stores in the color I wanted in my city. I called the Zappos customers service number. The rep was very helpful and extremely professional and courteous. I received by order within 2 days and I am very satisfied with both my product and my Zappos experience.

Almost perfect - I bought this shoe a half size larger, as advised in an earlier review. They were correct, with heavy socks on you need that extra size to be comfortable. As usual with Ryka, I found the shoe to be what I needed in my exercise class. I wish I had found a shoe just a tiny size higher. Otherwise, perfect, and the tiny size higher might not be preferred by another purchaser. Good shoe.

Love them!! I love my new N-Gage Studio shoes, I never want to take them off, the fit is perfect for me, I find I am working out longer so I don’t have to take them off!!

Great for those who need to wear orthotics - I wear this shoe for work. I needed something that had some ankle support and could fit my orthotics. Also provides great lateral support.

Great Style and Comfort - Ryka N-Gage Studio Mid is everything you'd want in an aerobic/x-training shoe. The mid-height gives good ankle support for lateral moves. The sole is well-cushioned and this mostly mesh shoe is very light and comfortable. This is my 4th pair of Ryka aerobic shoes--I love them and don't wear anything else.

Great aerobic shoe runs a 1/2 size small so order accordingly, great fit. Very happy with this shoe.

Great For Jazzercise! I have been taking Jazzercise for 7 years now and didn't start wearing Ryka's until 3 years ago. Even though you can get cheaper shoes, if you are working out 3 or 4 times a week you should definitely have a shoe made specifically for aerobic/studio workouts, and Ryka is about the only company that makes these. You will certainly feel a difference after your workout in these. (You should also replace shoes after 100 workouts--even if they don't LOOK worn out!) This pair is good; I actually like it better than the old style (N-Gage Instructor) because it is not as high on the ankle. Very cushy and comfortable. When buying these you should FOR SURE buy one half size larger than you normally wear.

I love Ryka because they really understand a woman's foot and this shoe is no exception. It feels like it was made just for me - nice and wide in the front, supportively narrow in the heel. They fit my orthotics (but I have to remove the sockliner) and they're super-cushiony without sacrificing stability. I can go from weight training to high impact aerobics and my feet are comfy the whole time. Yes, the look isn't the best (they remind me of my L.A. Gear hi-tops circa 1989), but for my money, the N-Gage Studio will be my only workout shoe from here on out. Just perfect! As other reviewers have stated, you will want to go up a half size.

Ryka's always reliable for me - I love these high tops for the gym, especially for step aerobics classes. They are comfortable and absorb the shock while supporting my ankles. Some people seem to think the fit runs a bit small, but I find them true to size. Thanks, Zappos! I tell everyone about you - you are awesome!!

Repeat Customer - This is the third pair of Ryka’s for me and I love them. There is good consistency in construction, fit is true, and the comfort level is exceptional. They are also light-weight without sacrificing support.

Love my Ryka’s! Yes, I love my Ryka’s! I do aerobic walking with Leslie Sansone 5-7 days a week and really give my shoes a workout. Since trying Ryka’s 1 month ago, my workouts have changed dramatically. My feet no longer get tired and the balls of my feet no longer hurt after working out! The comfort and difference was instantaneous. I cannot believe this shoe has made. I love the roomy toe box, the arch support and cushy overall feel of the shoe on my foot. The mid rise at the ankle gives the good support you need with aerobic walking routines. I wish I would have tried this particular Ryka shoe long. I just bought my second pair so I will have 2 pair to alternate with my workouts. Thank you for Zappos wonderful customer service!

Fairly cushy - I really like the Ryka brand and my last two pair are good, but this version is nice. Nice mix of cushy and supportive whether I'm doing step aerobics, cross training, or kickboxing. I like the look of the black shoe, too!

Like an old friend! As soon as I received these sneakers, I tried them on and was very surprised to feel how comfortable and light they were. They felt like your favorite sneakers, like an old friend! They did not need to be broken in. I love them and have recommended them to others at my gym along with Zappos.com, because they are the greatest website I discovered this holiday season! Thank-you!

Great mid-top. I've been wearing mid-top Rykas for years in Jazzercise classes. I need mid-top because my orthotics take up too much space (height)and I like the extra ankle support. I've been seeking a new mid-top since they discontinued Enlight and tried this one, went up 1/2 size from my previous shoes and they fit (and feel) great. I also ordered the N-Gage Instructor but they were too large. The fit was just different so I'm going to order another pair of the N-Gage Studios when they have my size again. A note to those trying Ryka for the first time, order at least 1/2 to 1 full size larger. I wear a size 7 dress shoe and now size 8 Ryka. Fortunately with Zappos' free shipping, you can order 2 sizes and return the one that does not fit. Also note, you will probably enjoy the shoes more by taking out the insole and putting in your own. Most pharmacies, Wal-mart, etc, carry good gel insoles if you don't already wear orthotics. Your heels will thank you. (not all brands have removable insoles, but Ryka does).

This is the third pair of these I have owned. I really like mids for lateral moves and Rykas fit and support me the best (1/2 size larger). They break in easy and are great for this price point.
