A perfect shoe for dance fitness workouts. I've been wearing these a few weeks now and they're great. I have a good amount of support for my arches, but the sole is perfectly designed for turns and other side to side motion. I thought mine were perfectly true to size (I always wear an 8 in athletic shoes). Don't buy the same size you would wear in heels, stick with your tennis shoe size and these should match that.

First of all, I must comment on the speedy delivery of my Zappos order. It came so fast I thought the warehouse must be located a block away - great service. And I am thrilled with my new Zumba shoes. I read the reviews before ordering and noted that many commented they were snug. I spoke with a fellow Zumba goer, and she said snug was good, so I went with my usual shoe size of 7.5 medium. She was right - they are snug, but that keeps my foot from sliding while I am doing Zumba/dancing. I would never get shoes like this for hiking, but they are just perfect for my Zumba workout. I love them.

Excellent gym shoe for both dance-type classes (e.g., Zumba) and for other group-fitness classes. Tighter fit than normal if you're used to wearing running shoes but very comfortable once you get used to how they fit. Definitely fits half size smaller than marked.

Awesome shoes for my Zumba class! My previous shoes would stick to the floor, these Rykas are perfect. Great fit, comfortable, super price.

I love these shoes for Zumba. They allow me to turn, jump and my knees no longer ache when doing Zumba classes. I tried 3 other shoes before settling on these, which are great! I bought a 1/2 size up and they feel great in the toe box. I take 3 classes a week so I can really confirm that these shoes are an asset to my exercise.

I'm a teacher and on my feet all day. I have pretty flat feet and was starting to get constant arch pain. These shoes provide great support and comfort. I wear a lot of dark dress pants so these were perfect. Order one size larger! I am a 6.5 in every brand, but these were surprisingly small.

This is my second review of Ryka Studio D, after more than a year of extensive use in my Zumba classes (I'm an instructor). This shoe is AMAZING, and the most comfortable shoe I ever had. It gives me enough support and cushioning, and makes turns and twists easy. My feet never felt tired in these shoes. The shoe is well-made and durable. I recently ordered Ryka Transition and had to return them back - to me, they didn't feel as comfortable and supportive as Studio D. And thank you to Zappos for such great service!

Too small....I absolutely love them, but I am replacing them with - I hope - a size that fits me. They do run small.

I always buy Ryka shoes for fit and comfort, this is the first pair I've gotten that also has a little bit of style. Feels very different from the usual crosstrainer because the sole isn't as heavily padded, but just fine for studio classes. I always buy a half size larger than my regular shoe size, and these fit very consistently with that.

I bought these for Jazzercise, and love them. I feel I can do the choreography better in these shoes, rather than standard bulky tennis shoes. They are very light weight and comfortable. I didn't realize, however, that they weren't made of leather. Honestly, it hasn't made a difference in the fit or look, but just an FYI.

I bought these shoes for dance aerobics. I specifically like the arch support. I feel like I can dance forever in these shoes, or at least until my music playlist runs out.

This was my 1st time on Zappos. The shoes came right on time, good fit, and looks good. I'm enjoying them.

Grey awesome! Stay away from black! Different fabrics - black is more like plastic and doesn't feel nearly as good on my feet. I wear these for Jazzercise, and am very happy with the grey ones. They do run small - order at least 1/2 size larger.

Great shoe, fits like a glove and looks beautiful on my foot! Very comfortable, good arch support, flexible no breaking in required. Perfect for the gym.

I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size up. These shoes are perfect for my regular hip hop dance classes. They give good lateral support for those side to side moves, they're roomy enough in the forefoot for a wide foot like mine, and they have the perfect amount of spin. I can turn easily during class without feeling like I'm slipping.

I was looking for a shoe to wear to Zumba classes that was not as bulky and heavy as my running sneakers. I was afraid I would eventually twist my knee and felt that using running shoes was holding me back. After reading great reviews about this shoe on Zappos.com, I bought them on Tuesday afternoon. I wore them last night. They are much easier to move in. They have enough traction not to slip and fall, but not too much so that you can turn, twist, etc. very easily. I have medium-wide feet and these fit perfectly. I typically wear 5.0 in most shoes, but 5.5 or 6.0 in athletic shoes and boots. I ordered a 6.0 in these and definitely could not have gone any smaller. I highly recommend these shoes if you are seeking a great Zumba shoe! It is my first Ryka purchase, and I am already thinking of buying more.

I ordered this shoe to wear for non-running workouts: weights, bike, etc. I wanted a mostly black shoe and this was one of the few available. It is cute but my only complaint is that it dips down so low that it REALLY shows off your socks, even "no-show" socks. Which can look funny if you are wearing black shoes.

The shoes were purchased to help me live up to my commitment to exercise more, and enjoy it. I ordered a size 7, which is the typical size for my street shoes. They are comfortable when working out, doing Zumba, or just kicking around while running errands. All around a great shoe, well worth the money. My foot is a bit on the wide side, and there were no issues with the width at all. Also, there were no pressure points or problem areas.

I bought this shoe for Jazzercise because my knees were hurting me. They are lightweight, flexible and give good support. My knees still hurt, so I guess it is just old age.

This pair I got for my Zumba class, but it's so comfortable that I am wearing it every day for walks and gym! Love it! I've never had a pair of any shoes that's as comfortable.

1st pair of shoes I have ever bought online. Love them! I teach Zumba. Felt weird at first cause they are meant for dancing but never have made my feet hurt!

Simple, fast and cheap to get the shoes. Each time the package arrives in 24 hours or so I simply wonder how you can get them here so fast!

This shoe is amazing! Just received it, and it fits like it was made for me! I usually wear a size 9, but got a half size bigger based on the reviews. I definitely suggest going up a half size. Super good arch support! Got for Zumba, so I will add to the review after use!

Love these shoes. They are perfect for jazzercise, which is what I was hoping. The first pair I bought from Zappos in my regular shoe size were a bit small, so I did re-order in a half size larger, and they are great! And the Zappos free shipping policy is easy. The only thing that needed to be worn in a bit was the flap on the ankle, but that didn't take long. Loved my Zappos experience!
