Great Shoe, Too Pricy - I love this shoe, although it is very expensive compared to other shoes I've tried. I thought if it lasted longer and didn't break down as fast it would be worth the extra money. I walk every day 2-5 miles. My foot or step tends to underpronate, so the outside of the heel breaks down first. I usually have to replace shoes every 5-6 months. I have had these shoes for about 1 month, so it is too soon to tell if they will hold up over time. Bottom line, very comfortable from day one, but very pricy.

LOVE them!! Great shoes, good looking and VERY soft and comfortable. I ordered size EU37 in red, and it fits true to size US7M. Can't wait to show them off during my vacation. Very happy.

A shoe for 26.2ers - Marathoners, treat yourself. I have never held back on technology, or a great fit. This has both. Ran a 20-miler training run without my orthodics and had a strong finish. After running for 25+ years, I've tried them all, and these are one of the best. A crazy price, but worth a shot.

Great running shoe - This is a fantastic running shoe!!...light, perfect fit, stable. NOT a good walking shoe-try the saucony Progrid for walking.

These are some of Saucony's best, and worth the price. The shoes feel substantial on your foot and provide great support for your foot and ankle. The shoes are not clunky or heavy like some running shoes and feel light on your feet while providing great traction on slippery sandy sidewalks.

I love Saucony running shoes. I've had problems finding top of the line running sneakers that last, for the amount of running I do. These sneakers are terrific! As usual, I ordered them and was running with in 24 hrs. Thanks Zappos!

Running in the clouds - Love this shoe! I have a bad back and some "noisy" knees. These shoes offer the protection this "more mature" runner needs. Saucony ONLY!!!!

Great!!! Love it! This is the first time I have bought a running shoe that has been comfortable from Day 1... didn't even have to break it in! Provides a lot of cushion and support, it is my new favorite.

Best running shoe I ever bought! This is probably the most comfortable running shoe I have ever worn. Worth every penny! My foot is a little wide (not wide enough for a D shoe, but some B are a little tight), but the mesh helps the shoe to conform to my foot helping it to have a little give.

Saucony Progrid Paramount - Great shoe. I have tried so many shoes and searched the web to get to this shoe. Finally a great shoe with wonderful arch support and cushioning. I walk and run and this has all I want - good looks and great performance. I wear a size 10/11 and the size 11 was perfect with socks. Love Zappos' selection, ease of return and they have the best delivery time of any company I order from.

It is the best shoes for running and walking I have bought in my life.

I am now a runner!!! These shoes are so comfy that I have gone from running 2 times a week in my Shox to 5-6 times a week in these puppies! I have gotten so many compliments on them and are the best shoes I have ever run in!

I tried the Saucony Progrid Triumphant 4 and had problems with the back of my ankle being rubbed but loved the support. So I thought this shoe would be a good replacement. But, the arch on this shoe is VERY high and I think running in this shoe will cause a lot of problems for someone without a very high arch. Had to return them and go with another brand altogether.

Cushioned but need new laces - The toe box is a bit looser than I'd like, but the shoe still feels comfortably snug elsewhere and the cushioning is second to none. My only complaint is that the laces are flat and thin, making it difficult to lace them tightly without hurting my fingers. I'm replacing the laces.

Best running shoe on the planet! Can't describe how great these shoes feel. I've been running in Saucony's for several years, and switched from the Hurricane to the Paramount with no remorse for the cost. I knew they'd be great before I tried them on. These are great shoes for runners who need a wide toe box. They aren't going to win any beauty prizes, but their performance far outweighs their appearance. Well worth the price!

The Best! Absolutely the best shoe I've ever owned. Great fit, support, rebound, cushioning, ever experienced. As a serious runner I would definitely recommend purchasing this shoe. I run on a variety of surfaces and find this shoe totally beyond acceptable. Thank you Saucony!!

Awesome shoe! I was a little hesitant to spend so much on a running shoe since I'm your average overweight couch potato, but I have too many foot problems to ignore the need for high-quality, supportive shoes. I am impressed by this shoe. The climate control is real and not some advertising ploy to sell more shoes. I have feet that are always hot and sweaty, so I was really curious to see if these shoes really did help keep my feet drier. I also find them to be a bit truer to size than my usual Nikes which seemed to run a bit short and a bit narrow. I love the roomy toe box of these shoes and heel cradle of these shoes, too. A lot of the review knocked the look of these shoes and yes, they are a bit "busy" with excessive detail, but they really aren't that bad looking when you get right down to it. I just wish they came in another color so that I could have two pair.

So far, so good - I was looking to replace my Hurricane 8s. At first I thought I'd go the cross trainer route since I'm not technically a runner. I wear running shoes at the gym for treadmill, elliptical, strength training, and circuit training. Although I really like the Hurricanes, they are not the best for lateral movement. I bought the Saucony cross trainers and found they did not offer enough cushioning and support. I went to a brick & mortar shoe store and explained my needs. The best solution seemed to be the Paramounts. I've only worn them a few times, but I like them. They feel lighter than the Hurricanes, yet seem to provide as much cushioning and support. I only hope that the "breathable” material is as durable as the material used on the Hurricanes. These shoes aren't cheap...

Great running walking shoe! True to size. Great support. More than I usually spend on a running shoe but worth it.

Keep Making These! I love the fit, comfort, arch support and oh yea, they look good, too. This comes from one who has terribly high arches. The support in these shoes is great, they are molded to my foot.

I found the shoe to be more comfortable to walk in rather than run in. It didn’t offer as much support as the Saucony Hurricane 7. However, a very comfortable shoe overall.

Worth the price - Yes, they are expensive, but they are worth it. I contemplated for a while with these in my cart, but I finally said to myself, "Zappos has such a great return service, what’s stopping me from trying them out?" Well, let me tell you, they feel like pillows. Cushiony and so comfortable. I do have a flat foot, but the most amazing thing about these shoes is my foot doesn't sweat, feel stifled, confined or hot. I usually wear a Saucony Grid Propel which I love, but this Progrid Paramount have much more cushion. The only thing is that these shoes aren't pretty…yes, yes, I know, I know, they aren't Nike Shox, but those are barely tolerable in comfort. I might change the lace color to give it some umph! I am very pleased with this shoe and had to share it with you.

Not the prettiest, but the most EFFECTIVE - It’s a shame that the Saucony designers don't follow the trend colors of fashion, because waaay more people would buy these shoes if they "looked cool". Since turning 40, I hate to say it, but I’m turning more towards comfort in all the workout choices I make and I’m so glad about this choice. These are just remarkable shoes. I wore Nike Air shoes for the past 10 years and never really liked how they felt when I ran- whether on pavement, boardwalk or treadmill. So, I just ripped the box open this morning when they arrived and took them for a spin. They are WONDERFUL. Very light, but remarkably supportive. These with a great pair of right socks that you can also buy on Zappos and you will be set (don't skimp on cheap socks, you know that, right???). ORDER A HALF SIZE LARGER though...I am always a 10 and followed the advice to order up and am so glad I did.

Running is Fun Again - I gotta tell you I was very hesitant to spend so much for a pair of running shoes. I went and back and forth on it for a couple of days until I pressed the buy button and I haven't been sorry since. I am a recovered breast cancer patient and am now taking a daily pill (for 5 years) that is horrendous on joints. I even considered stopping the stupid pill. This pill has wreaked havoc on my joints and has caused problems from running (treadmill) that I never had before. In particular knee, foot and hip pain. Prior to this, I used Saucony Hurricane 8 (still do--I alternate every couple of weeks), but with these...well, if a running shoe can be Heaven, then these are it. I can enjoy the most strenuous part of working out again and not have to suffer through pain. In fact, the throbbing knee and hip pain has even subsided when not working out. Highly recommend. Fits like a glove, no break-in period, feels supportive and good cushioning. These work for me, no matter the cost. Oh. I am typically a size 8.5 in regular shoes. I ordered 1/2 size up (9) and they are perfect. But, I usually order my running shoes larger than my street shoes.
