I ordered this shoe as I needed a casual shoe in brown. Color is perfect for jeans and casual pants. My problem is I have a very narrow foot, 10 1/2 with the ball of my foot being 4A and my heel 7A. I usually wear Munro, but they did not have the casual style in the color I wanted. This shoe is on the wide side. I have worn Clarks before and they were narrower than these. I have kept them, even ordered a pair in blue, but I have to wear heavy socks with them to take up room. The shoe comes up pretty high on my instep so that helps to keep the shoe on my foot as my heels slips when I walk. Nice shoe, but too wide even though I bought the 2A Narrow. I can wear Munro's all day long, but these are not as comfortable.

This shoe is a fairly bright blue. I was hoping for navy, so not what I was looking for

Runs small. I could barely get my 7.5 wide foot into the 7.5 wide shoe. It was so small, I don't know if an 8 wide would fit. The color is nice, the leather feels good, but unfortunately, I had to return.

one shoe was more narrow than the other shoe even though they both said they were medium. For the price I'm not going to reorder.

I am disappointed in these shoes as they are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. They hurt my little toes and bunions. And they were very expensive.

I wish these shoes fit because I like how they look...couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Disappointed.

There seemed to be a quality control problem with these shoes. The sole of the left shoe was misshapen at the toe.

I ordered these because I'm on my feet a lot and wanted a comfy leather walking shoe that was not an athletic shoe. This shoe is very roomy and at first I thought it was too big. But it fits perfectly across the middle of my foot with extra room at the heel and toe box. I'm pretty sure a smaller size would be too small since I like to wear socks with a shoe like this. The shoe is very comfortable for walking. Wore it 6 hours straight out of the box on the first day. A delight. I'm a little concerned the shoe will stretch out over time and then really feel too big (requiring thicker socks?). Even though these work for comfort and walking I would not buy them again. They are just too darn clunky looking on my foot. Not happy with the style of the shoe. Will probably just use for one season.

Purchased these in a size 11 M. They were a bit tight around the toe so I exchanged them for an 11 W. The wider size is actually tighter than the medium size, and on me, they look like big chunky men's shoes. Not pleased, especially given the price. Returning them today.

I liked these shoes at first but after one year, the rubber soles disintegrated. There is no way to resole them. Shoe repair guy tried, but it didn't work. Upper was comfortable at first, but every time I wore them, after wearing for several hours, my big toe, which is longer than my 2nd toe, would hit the front of the shoe. If your feet swell and you have a long big toe, this shoe may be too short for you. (I wear anywhere from 8.5 to 9.5 depending on brand, wide forefoot, narrow heel.) I bought a 9 in these. I swam in the 9.5.

For a supposedly comfort oriented brand in a wide width these shoes were not even remotely wide! The wide felt more like a medium to me and I could tell instantly that they were going to be much too narrow for my wide feet.

Nice looking shoe - I've purchased this style before. Unfortunately, for some reason, these didn't fit the same way as the other Clarks shoes I have. Afraid I have to send them back...the right shoe was tight, and the left one was loose! Go figure!

I had to return these because Clarks just doesn't design shoes that fit my feet! I have a wide foot but my heel is not that wide. Sadly, though I have tried on many pairs of Clark's, I always have the identical problem: the heel is far too wide for me, and where I need the shoe to be wider - from the base of the toes out, the shoe is too narrow. I've never found a pair of Clarks to fit me properly. These shoes looked like they had a narrower heel in the picture, and they had many positive reviews. Clarks are one of a few manufacturers to consistently offer wide widths, and it was easy to remove their insert and put in my own. But they just didn't fit. I was slipping out of the heel right away, and the shoes pinched at the base of the toe. If you had bunions, these would be painful because that's right where they are narrow. It's too bad because they offer a lot of cute styles, but at this point I don't think I'm ever going to find anything from Clarks that will work for me.

This is my second pair of Clarks Un.loop. I wore my first pair purchased 3 years ago all the time. They were supportive and very comfortable. This second pair which I just recently purchased are very uncomfortable in the toe box - it almost feels as though the big toe on each foot is being pressed inward toward the other toes and gets very uncomfortable. I was desperate for a pair of shoes to wear with bootleg jeans (I wear a - 12) so I have kept them but as soon as I can, I take them off. Sorry Clarks but this is not one of your best.

I was disappointed I had to return these shoes. I have other Clark Un.loop shoes and they fit well. I ordered a wide width but these do not fit wide.

My usual size of 10N was too narrow in this shoe. Maybe because I was wearing socks, but I want to be able to wear socks in the winter. The toe box, while it sure looks wide and high enough, felt like it was cramping my toes. The Un.esma style, while feeling a bit big in a 10N,is much more comfortable for me.

This shoe is very comfortable, but not at all flattering. The toe not only curls up a bit, but is very boxy. Fits true to size, but makes my size 9 feet look enormous. I am on my way to take advantage of Zappos' easy return policy.

I was desperate for a comfortable walking shoe for an upcoming trip. I really wanted a lace up, but had no success with about 20 styles I tried on! I've got to hand it to Zappos, they are so patient with my selections and returns, and so speedy. Sometimes it seems as though the box has dropped out of the sky, it came so quickly. But I digress. These felt amazing the minute I put them on. Love the rubber soles which have good support, but also a little gentle give. You don't see that these days when everyone is going for the material that looks like recycled tires. The architecture of the interior of the shoe is so well thought out -- soft padding all around the inside, so nothing will rub your foot the wrong way. The insole has some support, but it is not extreme support like that in many shoes. It's also not flat. I need a sort of middle of the road insole, and this is it. Do not want the old plantar fasciitis to flare up, so I am super cautious with shoes. My knee is happy too, no weird contortions. I will say that the shoes feel very grounded and stable. In some shoes, I feel like I wobble, but not these. The appearance? Well, honestly, it looks a bit like a man's leather bedroom slipper, what can I say? But I can live with that. It's well made, and so comfy without being overdone. I actually hate to wear these outdoors, as they do make a great shoe for wearing around the house!

So sad to return, could not get foot in even though it is a wide width. Have wide feet and hoped it might work. Some Clarks fit and some are just too tight even in a wide. Wish they had WW.

I ordered navy size 8 W. They felt like slippers when I put them on. After walking around the house for an hour I noticed they were not wide enough in the toe box area. There was enough room for my large toe but my small toe was becoming squished and being rubbed to the beginning of a blister. The heel was also too wide. Most (not all) women have narrow heels no matter what the toe box width needs to be. I had heard that Clarks did not carry a true wide width and that all their shoes are more narrow than other shoes. Since I am a true 8 W with a normal woman's heel, I can attest that Clarks wide is not the usual wide width for women. I also need good arch support because of flat feet, plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Unfortunately, the arch support was nearly non-existent. I'm used to Orthaheel brand which have good arch support. If you have narrower feet and don't have the problems I have with my feet, then these might be okay, because the lambskin leather does make you feel like you are wearing slippers.

Really great shoe -- looks good & is comfy. However, the sole split under the ball of my foot on both shoes. Thanks, Zappos, for the great customer service.

I really like the style and quality of this shoe. I had trouble getting it on; it was very, very tight when I did get it on. It does not come in an extra wide, so unfortunately I cannot reorder it. I would really recommend ordering it a width wider than normal, and a half to a full size longer.

Can't believe I paid so much for these shoes. It is probably my fault for ordering the width I did, but in the past I have not have a problem with ordering a wide or 8.5 size. I don't care for these shoes as far as the top. They come up too far and look like Holland clogs at the toe. They are wide, and I ordered wide,so they are really too big and look like boats on my feet. I hope Clark's will return with their Artisan line, which is a similar shoe with the stitching. I have had these for about three years and love them. Get lots of compliments. They are attractive, these are not. They are comfortable, will probably use them for house shoes, expensive ones at that!
