Love the. Shoes but the sides of the shoes on both ripped through the material. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Great looking new-- loved 'em. After a season they became somewhat dingy so I used Sperry Cleaner and Conditioner, and I must say I followed directions as carefully as I could. They became terribly dry, light colored and began to crack. I'm not sure if the leather was not tanned properly or the conditioner was too strong. The only way to make them usable was to use a well known conditioner which darkened them significantly, but at least they flex without cracking.

I love the Look Of these shoes but dont lasT. the insoles sTart to peel up and wrinkle inside. I have returned the shoes twice but they all have done the samething. I will never buy another pair of these shoes again. The pRice is A little steep for something of such poor quality. They start of really comfOrtaBle until the Sole peels up.

I have purchased Sperry Top Siders and Boat Shoes for years. I recently purchased these shoes and I am very disappointed in the quality. In less than a month's time the stitching on the rear of the left shoe came undone. I only wear the shoes around the house and not outdoors so it was not done to excessive or rough use. I should have realized when I saw that it was made in Vietnam that it would be of poor quality.

I have owned many top sides and i am disappointed in this pair, they are made great but not even close to the comfort of other tops side shoes I have owned in the past. I work on concrete all day long some days for 18 hours these are not that good for hard surfaces.

Their width is not a true 3E, it felt more like a D Returner them with in 10 mins after trying them on

I've been wearing these shoes for a little over a year and let me tell you, they are not nearly as durable as they need to be. After I stepped in my second puddle, the shoes began to fall apart. I can't tell you how many time I've had to glue the soles of the shoes back in. Not to mention that a hole has been worn into the mesh part. Don't get me wrong, I love the look of these shoes, but they aren't durable at all. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this shoe.

I have always loved sperry's but when i opened the box and but them on, the right shoe was perfect but the left one felt like it had a rock in it, the sole and stitching were off on the inside so everytime you took a step it felt like there was a rock on you big toe.

I used these down at the beach once and the inside of the shoes started pealing up and I can't replace them because the insoles can't be removed

A design change has made this once extremely desirable style undesirable. What was a desirable tan color is now an undesirable darker tan color. What was a desirable roundish toe is now an undesirable long and pointed toe. Very disappointed to see such changes in what I considered a Sperry Topsider Classic. That kept me buying. Now with no other satisfying style for me to select, I will be buying from another manufacturer who had come close but never close enough for me to purchase until now. Please let me know if you decide to return to the classic style that had me hooked so I can once again proudly wear my beloved Sperry Topsiders.

The sides fell apart on the right foot, and the tougue on the left foot riped. Not good for a shoe that just got wet in the yard.

This shoe is not what it used to be. It is too small. The shoe is built in a different plant and the manufacturers have changed the style. It is too narrow - now even with their "new" wide and "extra" wide - they are still more narrow than the originals. Have been a lifelong user, over 50 years. Have tried twice this year and they did not fit. Very sad to see the company change.
