This boat shoe gets high marks for solid support and stability. Useful as an all purpose walking shoe. The recent version shows a slight decline in quality and detail from earlier versions. Still probably the best of its kind.

I bought these for in men. The shoe fits as expected and is a great quality shoe. He is in between sizes so the shoe was too big and the size smaller was too tight for comfort. I wish they would continue half sizes in the bigger sizes. Other than that it's a great shoe

Great boat shoe but sole becomes hard after 3-4 years and no longer has traction on a wet deck.

There is a squeak which I encountered with my last pair of these shoes and there is not much arch support, so I recommend wearing them for small periods of time in the beginning so your feet can get accustomed to it. Once they are broken in they are good to wear for longer periods.

Of course, the shoe looks good, it's a Sperry! I found that they are a little more stiff and rigid than I am used to for everyday use.

A very handsome shoe, well built, quality product, exactly what I was looking for and expected from Sperry. However, I'm a 12 1/2 size and no manufacture makes a 12 1/2 on this planet. After speaking to C/S I learned that Sperry's box nose design gives more room in the toe so I ordered a size 12 shoe hoping for the best (size 13 are always too big). When the shoe arrived I happily found I had amply wiggle room for my toes But.....The Billfish is built on the narrow side. Tried different socks but just couldn't get away from the narrow sizing. So. I very sadly returned the shoe yesterday and will now order a 3 eye 12 wide Billfish.

I have bought these shoes for years because they are comfortable and stand up well to foot perspiration and active use. But this last pair seems to have a new upper leather that is not as soft and flexible as in the past. More of an appearance issue. The shoe still functions very well.

I bought this as an all-weather shoe for general walking and exercise and am very satisfied with its comfort and quality. It slips on easily when I have to go out with the dog and the thicker sole not only absorbs sidewalk shock but also raises the shoe slightly off any rain that may be on the pavement. It's a good-looking, practical and comfortable shoe.

Everything I expected. Great comfort. Better arch support than others.

A great fitting and most comfortable shoe and these are a couple of reasons why this is my third pair. Ordered on line, paid for them and waited for the delivery prior to a vacation. Unfortunately the carrier notified me that I had moved and they couldn't deliver the shoes as a result. Interesting observation given that I hadn't moved and accept numerous packages at the address provided. I called Sperry and the CS representative confirmed the carrier's reason for not delivering. I informed the rep that my address was correct and was told she would re-send the shoes. I asked that she not re-send as I ordered the shoes for my vacation and they would arrive while I was gone. The rep agreed to credit the cost of the shoes and understood I would re-order upon my return. No credit was forthcoming and much to my surprise the shoes were delivered while I was gone. Not a great coordination of actions or follow-up but I did receive a great pair of shoes....finally!

Required for school uniform. Shoe is stylish and the fit ok so far

The shoe fits very well. It is heavier than other Sperrys I have bought in the past.

shoe feels a bit narrow. insert for support uncomfortable when first worn. hopefully slight discomfort will disappear once shoe is worn and broken in a bit.

Nothing was wrong with this product but I return for a wide instead of a medium. The medium was too narrrow

We love the Billfish 3-eye boat shoe, and have purchased it before. Unfortunately, the navy blue color was not correct on the website. We returned the item without any difficulty, and will purchase another Sperry boat shoe.

Overall the shoe is great, I have several pairs of sperry's and these are another great add to my collection. I purchased the same size I normally get, and I ended up having to return and reorder a half size smaller because it was too big. May not be the case for everyone, but definitely something to consider. The shoe will expand slightly over time, as with any shoe with regular wear.
