Bought a 7 1/2 B cause that's what size my last pair of fatbabys were and they are at least a half size too big! I like the look but they just feel cheaply made compared to my other fatbabys. I was really hoping to love them but I don't. Definitely gonna have to send back and I'm not sure if I'm gonna exchange them or not.

I bought these 3 months ago. I had to get arch supports to put inside because these boots would kill my feet after hikes. And these boots were made for trailing and not for hiking, because I would slip climbing up a hill and onto rocks.

I ordered my normal size and they were huge so I exchanged them for a full size smaller.
Once I got the correct size they seemed to fit great. These were great for hiking and were comfy at first but almost immediately rubbed huge blisters on my heels and sides of my feet. They fit snuggly and I was wearing thick socks with Band-Aids so I don't think they should have rubbed as much as they did. Not sure I will be able to wear them again if they are going to always rub this badly...

I have enjoyed this shoe for years...you changed the footbed....not nearly as comfortable as before...

These boots look and feel nice. I can wear them all day with no problem. My only issue is that one boot fits differently than the other. I have had other boots and I know my feet are not different in size.

Sadly for me, the toe box is oddly long and boxy and my heel slips up even in thick socks. I'm bummed to be returning them and wish they would have felt better. The style is very versatile, though I wouldn't choose these for serious hiking as the sole is not very aggressive. The camo details and color of the liner is very nice.

I bought these in a 10D a month ago and have been happy with them. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 in shoes, but the ones I tried on in store were WAY too big. So I went with a 10D in these. I thought with time the slipping on my heels would stop once they got broken in, but it's actually gotten worse. My left boot fits pretty well and is snug across the instep. My right boot is snug across the instep when I first put them on, but throughout the day they stretch and I can almost walk out of my right one. I don't know how to fix this issue, I couldn't get my foot into a 9.5 and the ball of my foot falls within the widest part of the boot.

Purchased the water proof boots before and no problem. This time, they are not extra wide (which I need for 1 horrible bunion on my foot). Boots say, extra wide but, I would have to challenge that. Otherwise I have NO problems with these boots.

I had a pair of original Fat Baby's for over 10 years. The new pair I have just isn't as comfortable and I hate they aren't leather on the inside anymore. Don't get hay, foxtails or anything else in your boot or it gets stuck. At least I still have my brow originals.

Never thought I would own a real pair of "cowgirl" boots because of those pointed toes. These fatboys are perfect...no pointed toes and the fix is amazing! Love these!

This the second pair of hiking boots I've tried from this brand and both are going back. I typically wear a 6.5 or 7, but because these run so big, I had to size down, and they are still long. My foot is narrow, and the heel was so wide that I really worried I would get blisters if I tried wearing these on a hike. The arch is quite high, which might be helpful for some but just added to the overall weird fit for me. Too bad because they are cute.

I think these are so cute, but they are going back because they are way bigger than marked. Not only do they feel too long, but they are also very wide in the heel. I am certain that they will get more comfortable when they are broken in a bit, but they are remarkably stiff, which makes me think that you'd have to wear them on short walks near home before venturing out on a hike.

I bought these in June of 2019. I wore them everyday and they are comfortable but not as durable as I had hoped. It's now August and they are falling apart unfortunately and no longer waterproof. They are great for light usage but not everyday farmwork.

I was so excited to have a fresh pair of Ariats - my old ones are 15+ years old! These seemed to fit the bill and I wore them for about a year. I finally had to give up on them because they stretched out so much that I had to wear two pairs of socks with them and they still were loose! Rather disappointing, especially since I've had 5 other pairs of Ariats over the years that worked out well.

I absolutely loved the look of these shoes. For the most part the fit was good, just overall too big. I originally ordered 1/2 size smaller so a size 7 (I usually wear 7 1/2) per the recommendations of other reviews, however, still too big. I returned and ordered a 6 1/2. They were out of the brown but they had "shadow" which I didn't love the color as much. The 6 1/2 were just too small as my toes touched the toe cap. So unfortunately those are going back too. Guess I just have an in between foot size.

These boots had a long break-in period for me and they were uncomfortable for the first few days of wear. They're also not well insulated so my feet are cold in even mildly cool weather. They held up well for about six months of wear and then the material around the toes began ripping. For the price, I'm disappointed that they didn't hold up for long.

I think these are a nice looking pair of boots and I wish I could have worn them. I guess wide s not very wide anymore and that is where I have my problem with them. Other people I think will find these great.

received these 3 days ago. bought the hombre red. It is more of a brown with a little red hue. toe is very tight. i always by a "B" width in my Ariat boots but find these almost too tight to wear.. Would not recommend if you have a slightly wide foot. narrower than most "B". I may have to return

Great boot except for color. They are very comfortable, but are not really black, rather a weird shade of blue.
"Distressing" looks a bit like mildew.

I've owned these for few years and the boots are still in excellent shape all around except for the pink lining which is peeling, flaking and making a general mess every time I remove my boot. I have another pair of Fatbabys that also have a colored lining and it is sealed and flat like the day I bought them. Maybe I just got a defective pair? These boots are the most comfortable shoes I own but I only wear them around the house and for outside work now because of the mess.

I bought these about 9 months ago and the tred is almost completely worn off. I'm hard on boots, but I expected more from them since I've been purchasing from Ariat for years. They are nice on the eyes but I wouldn't reccommend them for barn work.

Honesty time--I didn't even try it on. I don't like the colorway which is walnut/serape so I'm returning them for a gut reaction, not a fit problem. They are bright and colorful so if you're looking for that, they're a great boot. I also ordered the Ariat Terrain H2O which is solid brown and very comfortable so far during their initial living room trial. Presumably, the Terrain would fit similarly to the H2O which is why I gave it such a good comfort rating.
