Knowing myself as a natural klutz, I ordered the Care Kit when I ordered my Uggs. That was a brilliant idea! I had not had the Uggs 24 hours when I splashed coffee on them. I followed the instructions and the stain all but disappeared. If you have got Uggs or other suede footwear, you need this product!

This cleaning and protection kit is fantastic. I sprayed my first pair of Uggs the first day that I had them for protection and they have been great for a year. I did not spray the second pair (different color) because I wanted to wear them right away and it was not raining. I kept putting it off and eventually noticed a small spot on them. I used the cleaning kit as instructed and presto! They looked great. And I love the buffing brush. I looked all over for a suede brush and could not find one. The one that came with the kit is great. I highly recommend this kit for a small price. It is hard to rate comfort and style on a cleaning kit but I will throw in five stars for the Uggs Classics themselves.

If you wear sheepskin Uggs all the time (boots and slippers) you MUST treat them with these products. You can prevent marks and stains and then remove any other problems later on easily. All my Uggs look new all the time because of these products.

Love this. It's a must have. It lets me wear my Uggs in rain or snow without messing them up. It helps take out the ugly little marks.

Hard to wait the 24 hours to wear your new boots, but with this easy to use kit they will stay new looking longer.

This is a must! Very easy to use and keeps them looking brand new. Haven't needed to use the cleaner yet but protector and brush come in handy. Be sure and use before wearing for the first time.

This kit really helped with my Uggs. I have had my Uggs for about 4 years and never thought of cleaning them until I took them out for this fall/winter season and they looked awful! This kit really did the trick. Not only are their products to clean your Uggs in this kit, but products to maintain them as well!

I purchased a new pair of Uggs along with the care kit. I sprayed the Uggs with the protectant and let them sit for 24 hours as the directions say. Within a week I was wearing the Uggs in Alaska during a drizzling rain. I avoided any puddles but couldn't do anything about the rain that hit them. When they dried out, I had no water stains. They looked as good as new. I was happily relieved. I don't have any stains yet, so I can't comment on the stain remover but the water repellent works great!

This kit is a must have when you buy Ugg boots. Before I even wear them for the first time I use the protector spray. I have yet to use the cleaner. As someone else mentioned the instructions could be a little clearer. That is partly why I have not used the cleaner. Also it is unclear which side of the brush you use. I have used the side with the bristles. The freshener smells amazing. It really helps eliminate the odor. I spray the freshener in my boots during the winter when I wear them a few times a week and I also spray with before I put them back in the box after the cold months are over.

Bought this to go with great Ugg cobalt blue mocs. Amazing. Not one stain since December, and can't imagine I haven't gotten a spill. Bought one for my daughter, too, and she loves it.

I'm very glad I chose to purchase the Ugg care kit...made my Uggs look like new again, and the kit was delivered in a day! Terrific product and Zappos is great!

It worked good. They came clean and it has been three years of dirt on them. If your shoes are extra dirty they made need soap which did not fade my ugs. The best opt ion is to clean often. The deordorizer works good. I use it on other shoes also.

My three year old son got his brand new black Ugg boots saturated with puddle water and mud. I got the Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit. I was floored at how amazing it is! His boots look like they were never covered in mud! They look amazing! I also cleaned my niece's tan Uggs that she wore five years ago (her brother now uses them) and they almost look new! I totally recommend this product!! It is worth way more than its cost! You will not regret this purchase!

Great product! I was thinking about buying a new pair of Uggs but decided to try the cleaner first on my 2 year old boots. Works great! Recommend for cleaning and preventative care as well.

This is a great product. Everyone who owns uggs and who would like to keep them for a while should use this kit for maintenance.

Can't go wrong taking care of your Uggs! They will last for years and years if you maintain them. I still have my first pair from 9 years ago. I keep them clean with this set and then I have replaced the inserts once.

After my daughter's classic Uggs were vandalized by a student pouring soda and crushed potato chips on them at school during PE class, I contacted Ugg about how to best clean them. They were very helpful and suggested trying the cleaning kit or Woolite. I already owned the cleaning kit and had planned to use it to clean all of our Uggs at the end of the winter season. I followed the directions as the Ugg rep specified exactly as stated on the kit and it worked great! I was really surprised because of the amount of damage to the boots with sticky soda stains and rings plus the grease spots from the chips. The boots are two years old but well cared for. They look like new! I am very impressed with how well the cleaner worked. It was time consuming to do it properly and gently, but the results are well worth it. No spots no rings and they look much fresher. Be sure to wet the surface of the boots entirely but do not saturate it. Work the cleaner in gently with a soft sponge and rinse well. I sprayed some of the freshener in them and filled them with crumpled brown paper bags to hold the shape while they dried (do not dry them near a heat source). Then I used a soft brush to gently raise the nap once they dried. They look great. I was very skeptical about the product when I purchased it but was pleased with the results. It was definitely worth the money.

I use this at the end of every winter to clean my Uggs. It gets rid of all the dirt and grime they may have attracted during the season. Goes a long way, too. Highly recommend to keep your Uggs looking like new year after year!

A must have set if you are an UGG fan like I am! Protect your shoes and boots people! :-)

This came very quickly. Kudos to my Zappos pals. We now have several pairs (teenagers) of looks like new Uggs. Better yet they smell lots better too!

Great product to help keep your boots looking new! Highly recommended to protect the outer layer from the elements. The instructions are included, but I found the zappos instruction video even more helpful.

I love this product. It's a must-have if you're planning on owning Uggs or if you already own them. It keeps my boots clean, comfortable, and it's easy to maintain their life. The instructions are on the bottles so make sure you read them before you begin cleaning.

Bought this as a gift for my nieces for the Ugg boots I bought them. I use this kit on my Uggs and it really helps keep them clean and looking new. Plus, I think it's a great price for all the pieces included. Just wish they sold the brush separately since my nieces have different color boots and worry what that might do to the lighter one. Other than that, great item.

I got my package supper fast. I wish that Zappos would recommend this care kit when people order their Uggs. I wanted to treat my Uggs before wearing them in our Michigan weather.
