I'm really glad I bought this kit with my boots! It's super easy to use and very nice smelling. The waterproofing spray has worked great, and the cleaner has already removed a couple of stains on my sand colored UGGs! The brush that comes with it is fantastic for removing stains and brushing after waterproofing.

My nine year old has pink Uggs. My husband and I ordered this cleaner and it was at our door the very next day. We tried it and was amazed at the results her Uggs look like they did when they were brand new.

I love this kit. I bought it when I bought my daughter's Uggs and mine and I've cleaned them both twice and they definitely do the trick.

Well worth the money. The sizing is the smaller size but it will save your investment.

Essential for keeping my Uggs clean and protected. I use the water/stain-proof spray annually (or after I clean my boots)and it has done a good job. I actually haven't had to wash most of my boots b/c the protector keeps them nice!

This worked very well. It cleaned up my teenage daughter's tan colored tall UGG boots after two years of wear. The brush is a must. Zappos service was awesome as usual!

Love this kit, it is great for prepping your Uggs for the winter. I'm not sure about cleaning them because I have yet to make them dirty, but I am hoping the solution does a great job!

Using this product is a must with Ugg boots. I own several pairs of Uggs, and I always treat them with the protective spray. I use two coats (letting them dry in between coats).

Depends on what you use your shoes for, I purchased house slippers and this item was not necessary because my shoes didn't leave the house.

This product is for anyone who really loves their Uggs! Ordered it and I used it to clean my baby's (18 months old) Uggs, which I thought were probably ruined. It made them look brand spankin' new! We are an Ugg family here. It's a must have for us. I only wish I would have bought this kit earlier!

This is a must have if you have Uggs. If you are going to spend $200 on boots, spend the money for the care kit. Highly recommend using the protectant, regardless of the color of your Uggs. Really love the brush for getting small marks out of my boots.

I bought the care-kit in conjunction with a pair of white ("Ivory Tower") Ugg slippers, as a gift for my girlfriend. I was a bit skeptical, thinking this care-kit was just a money-maker for Ugg and provided little value to consumers. However, we've used all products (cleaner, water-repellent, freshener) in the kit several times, and my girlfriend's white slippers still look and feel like new after 1+ years. The outer sheepskin is a very delicate material, and I think investing the extra money in the care-kit is worthwhile. Also, in comparison to some other reviewers, we've used the care-kit to fully clean and condition the slippers several times, and still have plenty. If you're using the care-kit to treat a pair of boots maybe it will go faster, but for a pair of slippers, the 4-oz bottles will suffice for many treatments.

This kit saved my Uggs! I live in New York City and walk everywhere, so my boots took a beating this past winter. After using the kit, my boots look new again. It is totally worth the extra money to buy this kit considering how much money the Uggs were. Zappos is so great they upgraded my shipping to overnight so I had this kit the very next day. I bought this kit after I got a stain from soda after only wearing the shoes for about a week. The stain remover was able to remove the stain! The shade of the boot was a little bit lighter, but now you can't tell the difference.

Ugg cleaner is needed if you want to keep your uggs fresh and clean. I would recommend this to all that purchase uggs.

This product was just okay. It took some of the stains off, but it also took some of the color off the boot. Maybe I was scrubbing to much. But Zappos sent me a new pair. So I sprayed them with the stain repellent before I wore them, so next time when I clean them the stains should come right off. So I think it's worth it.

I love this cleaning kit! My Uggs will last way longer now that I have cleaning supplies for them! This kit really makes your boots stain repellent which is great! I suggest everyone who has Uggs should buy this kit!

Definitely something you need to have in order to take care of your Ugg boots. I have yet to use the cleaner, but I sprayed my new boots with the protector and every so often I spray the inside of the boot with the refresher to prevent boot from getting smelly.

Worked well and was a good buy compared to purchase price in the local stores if buying the items separately.

This kit has everything you need to start off your Uggs and keep them nice looking. There is a waterproofer and 2 types of cleaner as well as a brush to help.

Great kit! Quality product. The only bad thing is that the care kit doesn't come with a detailed set of instructions on the best way to use the kit. But, the products included are top rate and comes in a handy little box that keeps them all together!
