I liked the freshener spray, it smells so nice and keeps the boots smelling nice. I also liked the protection spray as I have not seen any issue with the new ugg boots that I have. My daughter had old ones that I used the soap one to wash but I did not see that all the dirt was removed. The spots still remained. The brush is good however.

Products work great. There were no instructions included. I had to go on-line to the Ugg website to see how to use products.

Good value. Cleaned up a pair I had for my daughter. Wish it came with a little better instructions.

When I purchased a pair of Uggs, I thought better be safe and protect them since I live in a snowy area. We have had tons of snow and I have worn my Uggs numerous times and they still look good. A bit pricey though!

This is a great product and all you have to do is follow the directions. It works really well to both clean and condition boots. You can clean as often as needed.

This works. If you have any confusion watch a couple of videos on YouTube to learn how to do it correctly. It is a great cleaner.

Everything you need. I'd already waterproofed my Uggs but they never would have made it to another season without the freshener. I wish it were available on its own though.

It's a good kit, but the price is kind of high - you could probably get similar products that work just as well for less.

I purchased this product to water proof my UGG Delaine. So far, its working. I didn't wear them in the rain only in the snow.

Great all in one kit, wish it came with better instructions than are on the bottle though! I was a little sheepish about wetting my beautiful Uggs, but they came out looking just fine. I watched a you tube video on how to clean your Uggs, very helpful!

So far I have only used the Sheepskin protector. Used as directions suggested but when I brushed the boots with the provided brush, little pieces of the sheepskin came off. Didn't affect the look of the boot but not sure if that is what is suppose to happen.

You might be able to use a different brand, but after spending so much money on my Uggs, I figured I should purchase their product. Great directions and the brush is one of a kind.

The care kit is a great addition to any UGG purchase. My only wish is that the waterproofing portion was larger in size as it is the most often used product in the kit.

I used the products on a few of my pairs of Uggs. Most of them were clean and unused so far this season, so I'm not sure how well they work yet. I used the cleaner on a pair that I thought was ruined by snow salt. It helped, but I think you can still tell that they aren't quite the same.

Great price for this kit, it is much more other places. It is great for the care of your boots, but be careful with scrubbing. I made a hole in my Uggs.

My husband used this to treat my new Uggs (Gaviota). The care kit was easy to use, except that after it dries, you are supposed to brush the nap with a soft brush (not included). The only other issue was that he removed the laces to treat the boots and then we could not figure out how to put them back on. Fortunately, I was able to call Ugg customer support and a helpful gentleman helped me re-lace them by phone. It was a bit odd, but I would recommend that you pay close attention to how they are laced before you take the laces out!

Boot Upkeep - Nice products and packaging. Would like the item to help weatherproof the boot to be larger.

Great kit - This is a great kit! However, I wish it came with better instructions. I had no idea what the little stone was for until I looked it up on the internet. This is a good investment for Ugg boot owners.

Recommended! It’s a great product for all Uggs, however just be careful when diluting the cleaner with water, too much cleaner can harm your Ugg!

I read all the rave reviews on this kit and purchased it to clean my daughter's shocking pink Ugg boots. She is a bit rough on shoes and the toe part of the boots was very dirty. I also cleaned my pair, which was not really dirty. The kit was just ok for me. The stain came out only about 60 percent. I was shocked that the instructions say to first dampen the entire boot with water with a sponge and then apply the cleaner and then wipe off with water again. I was slightly afraid to do that and thought you would just have to apply the cleaner to the specific stain. It has been three days and the boots are clearly dry. But I feel both pairs are darker than they originally were. The instructions are not great for the brush part either. Both sides of the brush are harsh, as viewers commented. I scrubbed a little too hard and left a mark on my daughter's boots. Be careful, as this is very easy to do. The only real positive thing is the sheepskin protector does work, as my boots are three years old and my sister had sprayed them for me when I first purchased them and they have held up great. I just wanted to freshen them up with the cleaner. Now, as I said above, they appear darker now. I am on the fence about the kit, but the protector is a must. Good luck!

Bought this kit for several different finishes of UGG footwear. Didn't like using the cleaner on Ugg slippers with a painted exterior. When I got it damp per the instructions, it marred the surface and was scary. Thought I might have ruined them. Most of the water spots went away after I continued with the instructions and they dried - but it added another dirt spot from where water had run and dry near a seam. I will not use the cleaner again on the slippers - but will use saddle soap if I think it needs cleaned again. Ugg does a bad job of educating customers on which finishes should receive which cleaning treatments. They have too many options and this kit doesn't apply to all of them. The freshener spray is nice though. Thought waterproof spray should have been included for a complete kit.

The sealant and cleaner are good to have. The brush is quite harsh I feel. I've not needed to use the deodorizer, but having owned another pair of Uggs, it's my experience that they don't trap odors like leather shoes might, so I don't believe I'll be needing it. The amount of product is enough for about two treatments.

It doesn't really clean very well, yet it does get some dirt off. If you scrub too soft you'll have to try to clean it again and waste some cleaning solution in the process. however, if you scrub too hard, it will produce a hole into your UGG. (that happened to my classic gray ones) it seems to fade the color of your Uggs away. nevertheless, the fresher spray was amazing and the comb was alright.
