Great Product - Great kit for keeping Uggs as new-looking as possible during crazy, snowy winters like the one we have had. My shoes don't look perfect after treating them, but they look pretty good after having trudged through muddy snow wearing them.

Ugg cleaner & care - Don’t be afraid when you use the brush. It is pretty harsh but if you have a light touch with it, you’re fine. I only used about a teaspoon of cleaner and about a quarter of water for the mixture. It doesn’t sound like much but it got the water stains on the tip of my boots out. I didn’t see the eraser block do much but I used it anyways. Make sure you don’t soak your boots with the stain repellent spray. Be patient and let boots dry between each cleaning phase. Enjoy!!! Well worth the money.

Awesome product!!! The Ugg's Sheepskin Care Kit is a must to protect your Ugg's. When you purchased your Ugg's you made an investment and what better way to protect that investment than with this kit. My girlfriend and I live in New England and the harsh winters can make a mess of all your shoes. Not with the cleaning kit though. The salt and the water continue to run off of the sheepskin day after day. Anybody that has Ugg's needs this product!!!

Like Scotchguard for Uggs - Sprayed Uggs left overnight and repelled the winter weather very well. Used bush and stone after long day out. Excellent products.

They are not true to size, they are smaller and there is no arch support. I would have loved them had they fit...so sorry I had to return them.

I really like these boots. They do seem to run small. Used to be an 8 and 1/2 but currently seem to be a 9 and I bought these in 9 1/2 due to other reviews. The red is really nice, not too bright. Very close to shown picture. The only negative is the heel is plastic and not black all the way through. I have rubbed the color off due to driving in these. I have just been coloring back in with a sharpie.

Excellent product and an even better price - I used this product as soon as it arrived on my new stone colored Uggs. They serve me very well in the wet grass when I walk the dog and during our first snowstorm this year. I would also like to say the price that Zappos is selling this for is FAR CHEAPER than I could find it anywhere.

Must Have Kit - If you buy Ugg boots, this kit is a must have item! At first glance, the conditioner bottle looks small, but I sprayed 3 sets of footwear and still had some left over. Follow the directions and your boots will always look good. Clean & condition boots at end of the season so you can pull them right out to wear. Kit has everything you need. Good value for $$.

Must have for UGGs - I bought this to care for my new UGG boots and I am glad I did because I have already worn them in the snow. I treated them with the protector and have used the freshener and brush quite a bit. If you buy UGGs, you probably should go ahead and buy this kit to keep them looking as good and the day you bought them.

Great product! One of the first times wearing my Uggs I actually dropped a spot of jelly on them so I bought this care kit hoping it would help. I used the cleaning solution and it did a great job. Also the eraser does a great job at taking out tough stains as well. However, I have used the water repellent and that hasn't worked great, but I am thinking I just might not have used enough of the solution. I am going to clean them again soon and hopefully the solution will work better. Overall, a great product and I would definitely recommend it!

Never saw this before but I like it! The eraser is great--literally erase the marks right off your boots! Buy an extra bottle of the waterproofer--you need more.

A "must have" I've used everything in this kit except the cleaner...the water/stain repellent is excellent & was enough to do 5 pairs of Uggs, the "scuff" eraser is amazing also! Highly recommend getting this kit to protect & keep your Uggs looking great!

Gentle, but effective cleanser - Worth the extra money. My Uggs are an investment and I want to keep them clean and smelling good.

I got this along with the Ugg Ascot and my fiancé loves it. It smells good and it's actually useful. You know sometimes shoe companies will sell their brand of a shoe cleaner or something to that effect and it's basically generic. Well Ugg's Sheepskin Care Kit is extraordinary. We love it!

Dilute the cleaner a LOT more than indicated! I love my tall black Ugg boots with their lovely daisy patterns, so decided last week to buy this care kit on Zappos. First of all, I got free shipping upgrade: thanks Zappos! Back to the care kit: sheepskin cleaner - great product, BUT YOU SHOULD DILUTE IT A LOT MORE THAN INDICATED! Instead of 1/2 cleaner and 1/2 water (as indicated on the bottle), I used 1/6 cleaner and 5/6 water: I got a perfect result. My boots look like new! The color did not fade, the result is homogeneous. I am really happy with this cleanser. I had read many negative reviews about the quantity to use, so I was extremely careful and I’m glad I took the time to read these reviews. Sheepskin protector: only apply this once your boots are clean since this will protect them from any further stains, but also will protect any stains you will have left on them! Sheepskin refresher: well, it’s a refresher – nothing fantastic to say about it. Good luck!

These products worked great on our Ugg collection. My daughter had very well worn boots and the cleaning solution worked great to freshen them up.

Must have for Ugg owners - I bought this kit because I wanted to sample all of the Ugg care products. The repellent works great. I went out in the snow and got snow on my Uggs. The snow brushed off leaving no stain so I haven't had to use the stain remover yet. The refresher spray keeps your Uggs smelling nice.

so far I only used the protection spray. I like it because it doesn't smell as strong as some other boots protection spray does but when I spray, the solution leaks from the spray nozzle and my hand got wet. And it will be helpful if there is an instruction paper is in.
