Just bought the new Sundance Uggs in Sand and wanted to treat them before I wore them! Couldn't find the kit in the stores & Zappos saved the day, again! Yes, the color changes slightly, but it is not a problem and well worth it to protect such beautiful light color boots from the German winter! I highly recommend this kit; it's a no-brainer! I also plan to use it on some older suede products to revive them. I live in Germany and Zappos makes shopping so easy, unlike shoes.com that doesn't ship to an APO address and does not provide the same level of customer support. Even returns are fast, 3 weeks or less including shipping & credit card refund processing. Go Zappos!

This kit contains everything you need. Its a better deal then just purchasing the bottle of water/stain repellent spray.

I bought the Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit to remove a big, black soot mark from my sand colored Ugg boot. The stain had been on the boot since last March when a piece of ash fell on it at a maple sugaring. The cleaner took it right out! I also used it on my daughters Uggs which had gotten heavily stained with road salt. It took some of it out but I\'m afraid those are done in. The only criticism of the kit is that the brush which also has a stone and rubber part did not come with instructions for use.

This was worth the money! There is so much product included, and a little goes a long ways. The cleaner got all of the dirt and crustiness off. It did lighten the boots a little, but I would rather have them a lighter shade than dirty. I would definitely buy this to take care of your Uggs!

Zappos is great. The set came very quickly and was well worth the money my daughter is very pleased. Has to hide it from her friends as they want it. Will be ordering more, will make a great Christmas gift. Thanks again, Zappos, you are great.

Ugg Care - This product worked very well for my boots. Although I noticed a slight difference in color, once they dried and I used the stone and brush, they were almost like new.

I did not regret buying this - I had my sheepskin Ugg boots for only a month, but it is really hard to prevent it from getting stains, especially food stains e.g. salad dressing or any oily foods. I was eating popcorn in the movie theater and I did not realize that I dropped a few popcorn with butter on my Uggs. After the movie I had oil stains on my Uggs! I was afraid to clean it with water so I bought this product and it really made my boots look new!

Ugg's Cleaner - I like this product, my daughter used the cleaner for her lighter color Uggs and it cleaned the stain right off. This package is great because it has everything you need to keep your Uggs looking new.

Great Product - Great kit for keeping Uggs as new-looking as possible during crazy, snowy winters like the one we have had. My shoes don't look perfect after treating them, but they look pretty good after having trudged through muddy snow wearing them.

Ugg cleaner & care - Don’t be afraid when you use the brush. It is pretty harsh but if you have a light touch with it, you’re fine. I only used about a teaspoon of cleaner and about a quarter of water for the mixture. It doesn’t sound like much but it got the water stains on the tip of my boots out. I didn’t see the eraser block do much but I used it anyways. Make sure you don’t soak your boots with the stain repellent spray. Be patient and let boots dry between each cleaning phase. Enjoy!!! Well worth the money.

Awesome product!!! The Ugg's Sheepskin Care Kit is a must to protect your Ugg's. When you purchased your Ugg's you made an investment and what better way to protect that investment than with this kit. My girlfriend and I live in New England and the harsh winters can make a mess of all your shoes. Not with the cleaning kit though. The salt and the water continue to run off of the sheepskin day after day. Anybody that has Ugg's needs this product!!!

Like Scotchguard for Uggs - Sprayed Uggs left overnight and repelled the winter weather very well. Used bush and stone after long day out. Excellent products.

They are not true to size, they are smaller and there is no arch support. I would have loved them had they fit...so sorry I had to return them.

I really like these boots. They do seem to run small. Used to be an 8 and 1/2 but currently seem to be a 9 and I bought these in 9 1/2 due to other reviews. The red is really nice, not too bright. Very close to shown picture. The only negative is the heel is plastic and not black all the way through. I have rubbed the color off due to driving in these. I have just been coloring back in with a sharpie.

Excellent product and an even better price - I used this product as soon as it arrived on my new stone colored Uggs. They serve me very well in the wet grass when I walk the dog and during our first snowstorm this year. I would also like to say the price that Zappos is selling this for is FAR CHEAPER than I could find it anywhere.

Must Have Kit - If you buy Ugg boots, this kit is a must have item! At first glance, the conditioner bottle looks small, but I sprayed 3 sets of footwear and still had some left over. Follow the directions and your boots will always look good. Clean & condition boots at end of the season so you can pull them right out to wear. Kit has everything you need. Good value for $$.

Must have for UGGs - I bought this to care for my new UGG boots and I am glad I did because I have already worn them in the snow. I treated them with the protector and have used the freshener and brush quite a bit. If you buy UGGs, you probably should go ahead and buy this kit to keep them looking as good and the day you bought them.

Great product! One of the first times wearing my Uggs I actually dropped a spot of jelly on them so I bought this care kit hoping it would help. I used the cleaning solution and it did a great job. Also the eraser does a great job at taking out tough stains as well. However, I have used the water repellent and that hasn't worked great, but I am thinking I just might not have used enough of the solution. I am going to clean them again soon and hopefully the solution will work better. Overall, a great product and I would definitely recommend it!

Never saw this before but I like it! The eraser is great--literally erase the marks right off your boots! Buy an extra bottle of the waterproofer--you need more.
