I am on this site for the first time to update my "green" to orange that I bought in 2010 from Kaiser. I require more pain support because my right ankle is now a prosthetic. Not interested in those cheap, limp, jelly things. I like this product because it is firm, quality and offers support. I am an orthopedic nightmare but now can walk and begin to move more... I will try the orange since green is so successful. I will answer this below questions regarding green product.

A little hard to get used to at first but they excellent for my plantar fasciitis especially in softer shoes like Brooks Glycerin or Adidas Ultraboost ST

I am an aerobic dance fitness instructor and usually teach 6 high impact classes a week. I was having knee pain due to my patella rubbing against my bones. After an MRI, a knee brace, and physical therapy, I mentioned to my physical therapist that I have very flat feet (the doctors never asked). She suggested Superfeet. I first bought the green ones and they helped but were pretty rigid for high impact activities. I have been using the orange ones now for 6 months and there is no more knee pain! I won't jump, hop, skip, hike or jog again without them!

I have these in my work shoes (loafers) and my training shoes. They can take a beating! I run about 25-30 miles a week and they can last about 800 miles before I have to change them out. I will never wear or training in anything else.

Can’t do without. Long work days standing on concrete and running around.....these are what you need. They provide more cushioning but also support. I have a medium arch. Buy them they are worth the money. What’s a few dollars compared to a few hundred dollars for professionally made orthotics from the podiatrist. Give them a whirl.

For a very long time I would get knee pain when I ran. I even went to Physical Therapy to help. Finally, I went to a orthopedic surgeon who suggested these. No knee pain since. Easy to insert into your shoe and I don't even have to break them in. They are comfortable from the start.

My husband has a bone spur on his heel. Orthopedic surgeon said he doesn't need surgery. Just get him these orange insoles. That was five years ago. If you get a prescription your insurance will pay for them.

I skate about 3 times a week for about 1-3 hours and was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis due to not having any support in my skate boot. I needed the high arch support of the Green with a softer foot bed. A representative recommended the Orange, so I went into a local store and tried them on; I love them. I've only been skating in them for about 3 weeks, but the 1st thing I noticed was there was no "break in period" for me. Another insole I tried became comfortable 40 mins into my skate, but then became uncomfortable after a couple of hours. The Orange were comfortable from start to finish. The first day I wore them I was able to skate comfortably for 3 hours; no pain at all! One thing worth noting is the fit compared to the Green; it's more narrow in the heel cup and the arch support was a bit further back. I wear a woman's sz 6, but found that I had to go up to a size D due to where the arch support hit and the way my heel was sitting on top of the heel cup and not resting comfortably in it (maybe that's why some had problems with the plastic on the heel cracking). Because of this, I had to do a bit of cutting, but it all worked out well. Hopefully, it will hold up like my Green ones have, but so far I'm impressed...I just wish they were cheaper.

My orthopedic doctor recommended I purchase these to relieve the pain I have from deteriorated tendons in my foot. So glad he did!! The only thing I was able to wear for sometime were flip flops. I'm so happy I can finally wear shoes again as long as I have the Orange Superfeet in them!!

I needed to correct the position of my kneecap and the doc suggested these. I can't even begin to tell you how much they saved me. From a 10 on a pain scale, down to ZERO pain.

I started wearing these 8 years ago and they changed my life. I finally could walk without pain on the bottom of my feet. My back and legs didn't hurt as much either. Cannot recommend them enough!

I started wearing Superfeet at the recommendation of my podiatrist and they've provided great arch support for my tennis shoes. I now can walk, run, hike, and play tennis confident that I won't twist an ankle. Orange Superfeet have reduced my arch, heal and knee pain substantially without the high price tag of custom orthotics.

These are perfect for my recovering foot. Firm enough to provide the support that I need yet soft enough to be very comfortable.

Got the inserts a couple of weeks ago and feet have stopped hurting. We walk 4 plus miles every day and my old inserts were causing my feet to hurt. Decided to tey these and am glad I did.

I had some aging Adidas shoes that had collapsed on the inside. I play clay court tennis 3 times per week so the outside sole was great. Got your Orange inserts and my shoes feel new again!! Great product.

Great for high arches. I am a nurse doing 12 hour shifts 3x a week and these are life savers. I have plantarfasitis and had tried the ladies purple supports but I like the orange even better ( which I didn't think would be possible) makes my feet feel great

I've used superfeet in the past in my figure skates, so I thought I'd give them a try in my work boots. I no longer feel like ripping them off half way through my shift! Theyve helped me regain some comfort and my back hurts a little less as well.

My PT recommended Orange Superfeet as I recovered from a broken calcaneus two years ago. They help me reach full mobility: I can walk normally, all day using them.

I got my first pair of Orange D about 2 years ago. I had ongoing problems with shin splints, and went to a running shop to see whether they had any suggestions for a shoe that could help. They watched my form and ultimately recommended that I try Orange D. I couldn't be happier. I run about 3 miles a day, and finally decided that I should get a new set of Orange D - not because I noticed any problems, but because I figured that it "must" be time! The specialist at the running store said that in their experience the inserts outlasted their shoes! That has definitely been true for me. FWIW, I typically buy in-store, but the store was out-of-stock when I went in to replace my first set, so I ordered on-line. Love them.
