Superfeet: The name says it all - I can't believe I waited as long as I did before buying these insoles. I suffered from plantar fasciitis for almost a year, but couldn't afford orthotics. I play tennis at a competitive level and string racquets all day, so I'm on my feet constantly. These insoles helped immediately. Not only do my feet not hurt, but I still feel energized after a long day on my feet. These insoles have a nice deep heel cup and the forefoot pad comes in handy when I'm on court. Zappos and Superfeet are definitely a winning combination.

I purchased these insoles in the hopes of making my New Balance MW850 shoes more comfortable. It did not help. I am sure these insoles are a great product, but I also believe that it is still subjective to the type of shoe. These will probably be best for anything but 'toner' shoes.

I bought the superfeet orange for a pair of hiking boots that I purchased a couple of years ago. The boots (Lowa) had way too much flex in the fore foot area and not enough support. My purchase was to try to salvage the boots into something I could at least use for casual walking and wearing. The superfeet orange worked well. These are no substitute for a boot or shoe with the proper support for your needs but can be very helpful in some situations.

These inserts provide good support for me, but they don't feel as different as I expected from the standard New Balance footbeds that came with my shoes. I have very high arches and was expecting to be a little more aware of the support these would provide. I have a pair of Superfeet Blue inserts in another pair of shoes, and I like them better. (But I can't explain it because I have never had the two pair of shoes/inserts in the same place at the same time.)

This is my second pair of Premium Orange Insoles by Superfeet. I\'m in the military and on yet another deployment. Being on my feet a lot (Infantry) I need good quality insoles that last. I\'ve tried all types of insoles from all over the world and these are some of the best I\'ve come across. Cheap insoles are just that, cheap. These are priced well for what they claim. Some of the best I\'ve had in years and I will continue to purchase these unless I come across something better.

Great pair of insoles. I\'ve been using the regular green superfeet for more than five years and enjoying the increased support. Only complaint I had with the old ones were lack of cushion. That said, the new Premium Orange are a great improvement! Noticable added cushion, but same great support...I\'d suggest an upgrade, even with the slightly higher pricetag...

Superfeet orange - Good product with decent support. I have high arched feet, and this seems to offer more than the Superfeet green product. Still pretty stiff, as my perception was these would be softer and offer more comfort.

Why not? As far as Superfeet inserts go, this is the best I've used. I use them for walking/activity. I recently flew a lot and wore them on board the plane, pretty comfy just sitting in them, too! Nice heel cup support, arch seems stiffer than the green ones I used to use.

They’re ok - I like them. They're not what I was looking for but they're comfortable none the less. I wanted a "gel" insert thinking they'd have the maximum comfort, but these are pretty good too. I'm on my feet for 12-14 hours a day and these definitely helped. Jm

Orange Superfeet - My wife bought them as replacements for my Keen boots; pretty good, not quite as good as the originals, but I can wear my boots again. They look hard and orange, wasn't sure I wanted to try them, but in the boots they work ok. Kinda expensive, but cheaper than new boots. Overall good product.

Not right for my wide feet... I think I expected more from these premium insoles than what they provided. My feet are size 13 2E and these insoles are supposed to fit 11.5 - 13. They are clearly not built for a wide foot profile. I would have thought that they would be made for the widest size so the customer could simply cut them to size, not so. I am disappointed in the product but not in Zappos. Zappos is, without question, one of the best on-line retailers I have ever dealt with! Their product selection and service are both great! I highly recommend them!

Too thick - The heel is too thick for the shoes I intended them for, my running shoes. I may try them in a pair of hiking shoes.

The arch falls in a strange spot - too close to the heel. I was unable to use these. I prefer "DownUnders" for fit and comfort.

Superfeet premium orange - The insert part that supports the heel is a hard plastic with a narrow shape; might be good for narrow feet, but not my wide foot, can’t use this at all.

Not worth the price - I have high arches and cannot seem to find a good pair of insoles. These made the claim, but failed for me.

I purchased these to put into hiking boots. I went with the recommended inserts and they are horrible. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a bunch of money.

The orange Superfeet insole turned out to be my 'goldilocks' pair! Year ago, I used to run in the green insoles, and these days, they just felt too hard and the arch support was just too harsh for my for my changing feet. This time, with the guidance of Superfeet (awesome customer service!) and the Zappos' reviewers (thanks, all!), I chose the orange and pink version. The pink were soft and comfy, but just didn't feel like they offered quite enough arch support for my running shoes. Luckily, my running shoes will accomodate the slightly higher profile/volume of the orange and they felt just right. (I have one high arch, but one of my arches is considerably lower, and I pronate and wear a stability shoe, so for those of you with less complicated issues, you may be very comfortable in the pink insole.) I'm super happy that I did some experimenting, as these work better for me than my professionally made orthotics - less bulky and more comfortable!

I’ve always loved Superfeet inserts. However the only complaint I have is the price. You can find other brands at a much lower price and that work just as well. With that said, these inserts are awesome! I’ve used Superfeet for decades and really like them. They hold up well and have fabulous support. I had planter fasciitis surgery, and had custom orthotics made. Not wanting to swap them every time I changed shoes, I bought these. They are awesome, and for the price they better be.

I have been wearing these for years, since a Dr. recommended them for me. I have high arches and these keep me from getting heel issues. I can only use these in shoe that have a high back to them, like athletic shoes, because the cup around your heal is very high.

I have bought these for almost every shoe I buy now. They work so well and I prefer them over any insoles that come with my newly purchased shoes. I sometimes can use them for a new shoe, once I replace the old shoe - depending on how long, or how used the insole looks and feels. I also wear these in my running shoes and I run about 35 miles per week.

Great product, really support my arches. Key way to use this: Buy the size that fits your arch, not your foot size range. Remember, all of these can be cut down to different sole shapes and sizes. But the arch support changes with the indicated size, so if you have a larger arch, buy a larger support - even if it's larger than your foot. I buy a size larger than my foot size to get the right support.

As a butcher, I'm on my feet all day in harsh conditions. I wear Red Wing work boots (the best), but I was having problems with back, hip, and knee pain while using drug-store insoles. Three weeks after Superfeet Orange: Knee pain - gone, Back pain - much lessened, Hip pain - gone. Hallelujah! I can enjoy work again.

Excellent replacement to most any factory insole. Majorly reduces fatigue, majorly increases comfort. If you haven't used them before, it may feel at first like the arch is too far to the rear, but that is part of the increased support, and the feeling goes away soon. If you get a pair that squeaks, like I did, one or two generous applications of foot powder between the footbed and heelcup made it go away. Great product, much better cushion than the green model.

Superfeet just don't work for sensitive feet. I've got high arches and need good cushioning as well as good structural support. Although Superfeet provide good structure and I liked the heel cup, the lack of adequate cushioning left me in pain. Superfeet works great for a lot of people, but there are a few of us that can't tolerate them. If you have trouble with Superfeet, try Spenco, ShockBlockers, or Sole insoles.
