No support, hard, no cushion. caused blistering from rubbing on back heal. way to expensive for the quality. After 4 days of use I could already see my feet imprints in them which means they were already breaking down. I walk 8+ miles a day at my job. These are not for anyone who has to actually work.

These are supposed to be good but I don’t think they really helped much with anything and the arch support was too low for me. They are stiff and uncomfortable. The foam doesn’t move much or budge. It’s a very stiff foam.

Felt true to size and fit. I love the Superfeet brand. Excellent product. I have ordered Trailblazer Comfort for Women Superfeet for my Keen hiking boots and they provide amazing support. As an employee of Amazon, I ordered the Keen Utility footwear and added these Superfeet Premium Orange insoles (Amazon approved). Being on my feet for 10 hour shifts on a concrete floor, this particular insole, unfortunately, DID NOT provide much support. My feet hurt all the time. I returned the insoles (Zappos customer service 5-star rating!). I'm hoping Amazon will allow employees other Superfeet options for insoles in the future. Maybe the Premium Orange insoles would work in other applications, but they definitely are NOT useful for this particular application/industry.

The arch support comes in too close to my heel and it gives me terrible pain. I was really hoping these would be a life changer for me but sadly my feet are stupid or the insole is designed for a very specific foot type

The insoles were easy to cut to size needed for shoes. But did not offer the shock absorbing support that the insole company claimed. The shoe insoles cause my feet to hurt within six hours of a 12 hour shift, it did not support my feet for a long term standing/ walking duration. The heel of the insole is very hard and has a thin cushion to it. I do not recommend this for someone who is of heavy weight and has to stand/ walk for a long time.

Unless your shoe size is at the top of the range, the arch doesn't hit in the correct spot. I was really disappointed, especially since my podiatrist recommended to help with a plantar plate tear. So custom it will have to be.

Hiked maybe 5 miles on them and the right heap started collapsing and felt like there was somthing in my boot. Took them out and the right was completely different looking than the left.

Thought that these were going to help me. I'm in my boots all day and always in pain after my shift. The Orange were recommended to me and these inserts made things worse. The heel cup is very narrow and hard. Gave me blisters on my heels and had to take them out mid shift

I bought these insoles about a month ago and put them into my work boots they were not comfortable from the start but I gave them almost two weeks to see if they would break in. They did the opposite and got more uncomfortable as time went on. I used the insole finder several times, sometimes putting in varying information but each time it told me the orange was the best insole for me. I tried to return them but the website directed me to return them to the store. The store would not accept the return because I had to cut the insoles to make them fit. I am very unhappy with my purchase of these insoles they felt hard and uncomfortable which is the opposite of what they are claimed to be. They were also very expensive so I absolutely do not recommend these to anyone. I tried to contact Superfeet but I can not seem to get through to them.

The foam in the heel of the insole did not hold up for even a week. Had to stop using them and switch back to gel inserts because they were so hard.

Bought the orange pair for my redwing work boots. After reading countless reviews decided to give them a try. I work on heavy machinery and am up an down equipment all day long for 12-15plus hour work days. Heels feel like they have a pulse at the end of the day. I installed the insoles and my first impression was wow these feel worse than the factory red wing insole. (Boots are 2 months old). Worked 130-160 hours in them the pain was unbearable. Do not suggest these for working feet. Bought a different brand pain has subsided drastically.

I obviously did not see that the 11 1/2 size I ordered was "trim to fit." I have retinitis pigmentosa; and, as such, I am legally blind. Said instructions for trimming were oblique at best and seemed tantamount to a recipe for the destruction of an expensive product. An 11 1/2 men's shoe size is not uncommon and I would think for the price a less destructive method of sizing would be available

I bought this because i have been wearing green ones for years now. Looking for something for work shoes. Bought the orange inserts and could not get comfortable. Waste of money. Im on my feet 14 hours a day and need something. Just not the orange. Ill stick to the green insert. Not happy. :(

I put theses in cross country ski boots. The retailer made some of the same statements that superfeet has made in their responses to some of these reviews. Such as pertaining to arch peak being nearer the heel than the center of the foot, etc. So it would seem that the salesperson and superfeet were on the same page. The retailer made sure they fit the boot and were cut appropriately. They seemed to feel supportive in the boots wearing them around the store. First ski outing was pure agony. The only relief was taking them out and skiing with no insole, but that was pretty sloppy skiing. I'm not sure where the disconnect it, especially since it seems like the salesperson and superfeet are saying the same thing. As far as I know I have relatively normal foot, and I have never had such a painful trial before.

I switched from the greens to try the orange for my tennis matches. I should have trusted my instincts. The orange only has foam in the forefoot and you can't really see what type of support or cushioning is in the heel. Whereas with the greens you see the dense foam integrated clearly with the entire insole, heel to forefoot. I still gave the orange a try because they say it's for high impact activities. Well, it works very poorly for playing tennis on hardcourts. Since using these, I've developed pain in my lower back. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not only do I need to switch back to a new pair of greens and toss these oranges, I also need to work on fixing my lower back instead of enjoying the game I've enjoyed for years.

this is a well made insole. however the arch was too high for me. the forefoot cushion is very stiff and unforgiving. if you need forefoot cushion I suggest getting the superfeet copper or the everyday comfort insoles.
