GREAT FOR GRANNY! Elderly woman LOVES these slippers. She feels secure in them, and the velcro strap is a great easy way to tighten the slipper so she doesn't fall.

My foot length measures a size 7 and medium width, but I usually wear 6-6.5M. My left foot is slightly longer than my right foot. I returned the 6.5 and bought size 7. The width is a tight fit. I recommend others to order a 1/2-1 size larger than you normally wear. The style isn't great, kind of an elderly style. The slippers are warm and fit snug all around too; all sides, front toe box and heel. There isn't much room in them even when they fit properly, and you may have trouble wearing socks with them if you order your true street size which is another reason I say to order larger. Other reviewers wrote there is arch support, but I do not see or feel any; I don't know where they gather that from and I don't know what they're talking about.

These are just what the doctor ordered - the firm sole with a slight heel. I have a narrow foot so the adjustable tab is really important for me. They're hand washable and drip dry.

I bought these shoes last year for my mother who is in a nursing home. She usually wears a narrow but the medium works because she wears socks with them. She loves them. They are easy for her to put on and take off, she said they're very warm and they have a good non-slip tread. They are not the most stylish but they're great in every other way.

I bought these slippers for my 92 year old mother as shoes. She needed something very comfortable but soft. Conventional shoes just don't work anymore. These slippers are great because it gives her the structure on the sole of the slipper but is soft on the side.

I have used Zappos with great success in the past. Couldn't find soft shoes anywhere for my 94-year old mother. They came very quickly and were perfect for her! You can count on Zappos! If they don't fit, they make it so easy to return!

This product was chosen after much research to be used after a total knee replacement. This is technically a slipper but looks more like a casual shoe( perfect for going out for physical therapy!) with a hard rubber sole for traction.The Velcro straps were perfect as my foot was swollen after the knee surgery. There is not a lot cushioning but they are very comfortable.I took the advice of other reviewers and did get one full size larger than what I would normally wear and the fit was perfect!

beautiful shoe but the 7-1/2 W shoe my mother normally wears does not fit her foot. She could not fit into them at all and they were never put on.

Looks like a dressy shoe. Appropriate for an elderly woman to wear at a wedding under black pants. Sturdy enough as a shoe, not just a slipper. Velcro allows for large ankles. Pretty.

These are great, but they run small & narrow. I ordered by usual size & am returning to replace with the next size up. I hope they fit!

I bought these shoes for my 89- year old mother who spends most of her time in a wheelchair. They provide good slip resistant support when she is being transferred (standing for a few seconds), are comfortable for her and easy for caregivers to put on.

Because I wear a ladies size 12 medium and I wear orthotics, I have a difficult time finding slippers that fit. The fit is very good. The velcro tabs really help keep the slippers on my feet.

My mom (92 years old) just went to a nursing home. Mom has trouble with her feet so I wanted something comfortable that would be slippers and casual shoes. These shoes were perfect. I bought two pairs and when I tried to get her to try the second pair on, she did not want to take the first pair off. She said they were very comfortable and for the first time in two years she was able to put her own shoes on. They seem to have good traction which I felt a necessity at her age.
