Wellies are Wonderful! I got these 17" diameter Wellies since my calves are super big and normal boots never fit me. While I can't fit my boot cut jeans inside, my work pants and skinny jeans fit inside. And they were warm enough during the recent crazy New York snow. Plus I love how high up they go so nothing splashes on my pants. Definitely worth the investment!

I love my boots! Be sure to order a size smaller because they do run large. I ordered them with visions of traipsing through muddy fields, but have found they performed very well throughout the winter on snowy, salty city sidewalks, too. My feet were moderately warm and impervious to snow and moisture. And they are indeed great in mud. Caveat - a friend tried wearing my boots, but discovered the boot shafts were too tight for her normal size calves. My cricket calves are fine in them.

For women too - Great, classic boots. Couldn't find my size in the women's version so went for these, and love them. Super comfortable, just the right height (I'm 5'11" and "knee high" boots almost never are...), awfully cute. I erred on the small side and they are still big (and quite wide) but I'm keeping them to accommodate heavy socks.

Hunter Green Wellington Boots - Long Term, Good Investment - I finally had to replace a pair of Hunter green Wellington boots after more than 20 years of reliable service (one of the soles cracked). It's great to have dry feet again and hope these boots are just as durable. Also, kudos to the Zappos service department. They were extremely helpful over the phone in determining the right size (U.S. conversion from British sizes) and accommodating with the shipping terms in case the fit was off.

Hunter hunter original boots - Boots are perfect; they are nice and comfortable right out of the box. Wished Zappos sold the socks that go with them...I use these boots at a horse barn so they are perfect for mucking around in the mud.

Great all around boots. I bought these boots for my husband as a gift and he loves them. I'm considering buying the fuzzy "sock" inserts so they are warmer in the winter.

Top Quality Boot, Amazing Service - My husband mentioned at the last minute that he would like to have a pair of "Wellies" for Christmas. I found these and ordered them, figuring they would be a late gift. Two days later they arrived in time for Christmas, perfect fit, great support, he loves them!

Great boots! As someone who grew up in England, when you bought waterproof boots, this was the natural choice - everyone there wears them. Now my two sons wear them too. I am just getting to the point where I am considering replacing the pair I have worn for the last 25 years, since the tread is getting a little worn - although I can still wade through shin-deep puddles without even a trace of a leak. How many other boots can you say that about!

Hunter Wellies!!! As a Brit born and raised in London England, I must say that I miss certain things from my dear homeland and one of the many things I'm talking about are my Hunter wellies! This is where good old Zappos comes in. Not only do they have everything anyone could possibly need at unbeatable prices but they have Hunter wellies that are the best price. I have never seen them this cheap anywhere and free shipping too. How can you beat that! Hunter wellies have always been the best quality you can buy. If there good enough for our Royal family, then they must be good! So if your a Brit like myself, a Royal follower or you want to make a fashion statement like 'Kate Moss' in her black Hunters plus you want a good quality product, then Hunter Wellies are for you! Great Red Rubber Boots! Red rubber boots for men? Yes, indeed! I've had these for 2 years, never had a more comfortable pair, and have gotten some favorable comments from both men and women! I wear an 8, got an 8, and the fit was perfect. Also, they are surprisingly light on feet for rubber boots. I would recommend Hunters to anyone, they are well worth the price.

These shoes fit very comfortably and accommodate my orthotic! I never thought I would find a warm, leather, waterproof boot to fit an orthotic--these do. They tend to be slightly wide for me, but the box toe is very roomy. I just got them and wore them through deep puddles--they are perfect for the wet winter and walking my dog. I am very pleased with them and they are not that clunky looking (only slightly so).

Super boots - A great looking boot. Fit is great. I'm between a 10 and 10.5 US men’s and so the US10/UK11 is a great fit.

Great boots - Purchased these boots for my daughter in college to help her get through the Winters in Syracuse New York. She had UGG Boots and they got soaked and salt stained, her feet were wet most of the time. These are perfect; water proof, warm when worn with the "Wellie Socks" in the Winter and dry feet in the Spring rains.

Outstanding boots - We just returned from a family adventure to the Inside Passage of Alaska. We were advised that waterproof knee-high boots were the most important part of our travel gear. We couldn't find our sizes locally, even at REI. We turned to Zappos for the first time and bought 4 pair of the Hunters. They were PERFECT and arrived early. Unbelievably versatile boots. We used them for paddling, hiking, and even some modest climbing. We stayed dry and comfortable for over a week. Great shoes, great shopping experience.

We grabbed these at the last minute to do some sea kayaking and hiking in Glacier Bay/Alaska. Worked well and kept me cozy warm and dry amongst the rainy, rainy weather. Thanks for the quick delivery. You are my BEST internet order site.

Exactly the boot I needed. I ordered this boot in a size 13 (although I normally wear a size 12) because I have a high instep & wanted room for a sock. Turned out, I ordered exactly the right size. No problem getting the boot on, but a real pain to get it off if not wearing a sock. No problem at all with a sock, but it's always a good idea with a tall boot to have a boot jack, which I made from scrap lumber in 10 minutes. (Too lazy to sit down to pull the boots off.) I ordered this boot to accompany my Golden Retriever on his early morning field runs in tall wet grass. It's a comfortable boot with good support & heel cushioning. No problem at all with width, even though in some walking shoes, I wear a Wide. I couldn't be more pleased that I decided on the Hunter after doing some research on it.

Excellent footwear. Been wearing them for over 13 years. Good for summer wear mainly but overall a worthwhile investment in your feet.

Hunter Wellington Boot - A nice work boot. Soft rubber makes for a comfortable fit, even if your foot is a little wide. If you have large calves, the fit may be tight.

Loved them! I have been wanting a pair of wellies for awhile now, and have even purchased them from some well known retailers, but was never really impressed with them. I wear a size 10 - 10.5 and other ones never came off easily, but I love these shoes. I don’t mind when it rains anymore because I get to look great and not get wet! I live in the city and these are just great to get around in.

Hunter Hunter Original - We have a horse and goats, so these boots are worn daily for barn chores during the warmer months. I bought these boots 2 months ago for my husband with hope that they will last longer than the 3 years his LaCross rubber boots did. Personally, I prefer my Ariat tall rubber boots that are over 10 years old, cost less, and still in excellent condition. The Ariat boot has a much sturdier sole than the Hunter boot, but alas, they are only made for women. My husband is a size 9-1/2, but it was the Hunter US size 10 that fit him the best. The rubber shaft of the boot is extremely flexible (a little too so for my liking, but my husband is content with it). They are also exceedingly lightweight for a rubber boot. Upon close inspection, they appear to be well-made, but only time will determine how well they hold up.

Form and Function - Great look and comfort. Boot gets a bit hot (especially in hot and humid New Orleans) after a few hours. Definitely wear socks that cover your calves.

Great boots. I bought these for my son who just outgrew kid’s sizes. Although they are expensive, they are well worth it. He has hiked through creeks and mud and said they are comfortable. They appear well made and hopefully will last through his younger siblings.

Replacement for cracked Ariat frogs - I got these Hunters to replace my Ariat frogs because the frogs, both the left and right shoe, cracked at the instep, thus rendering them no longer waterproof! So far, so good.

Great Boots - I'm an orthopedic surgeon and wear these in the OR. They are perfectly comfortable for the longest cases. They keep my feet dry during arthroscopic procedures and save my shoes. Great service as always!
