Best shoes ever. I immediately put them on and started wearing without any issue to my feet.

Great clog! I have a narrow foot and need lots of arch support so my orthotic insert fits perfectly after removing the footbed. The medium width actually feels narrower, which is good for me. I'm on my feet all day, and these are fabulous! I've been wearing NAOT clogs for years and will continue! Attractive designs and they wear well over time.

Oh my goodness. I have never written a review in my life, but I MUST let the world know how GREAT these shoes are! They feel like pillows on my feet. I have never felt anything so comfortable in my life. I could wear these to run a marathon. I might even wear them to bed. I am definitely going to order another identical pair. These are AWESOME!

These shoes are so comfortable - they do mold to your feet. They felt a little funny at first but my feet have not hurt since I've started wearing them. I am recovering from Planter Fascitis. They look good with tights & skirts for work. I have high arches and these are good. I can't wear thick socks, but if I went up a size, my feet would be swimming in them.

These shoes are the "gold standard". They are immediately comfortable, right out of the box. The Golden Mocha color is a warm caramel with a hint of a metallic sheen. People love the color. I have had these clogs for two or three years, wearing them frequently. The insides and soles are extremely comfortable and supportive. This year, I purchased a second pair of the exact same shoes, just to stash away in case my first pair ever wears out! That's how much I value these shoes. No side seams to rub anywhere, great walking experience for tender feet.

I don't believe that I have ever put on a pair of shoes that immediately felt this great. I have flat feet and need arch support and these fit like a glove on my difficult to fit size 11s. They are remarkably soft and comfy. They lose a bit of their style in my length, but still are a really nice looking shoe.

Wow! These were comfortable the moment I put them on! No breaking in period required. I don't think I've ever written a review for a pair of shoes before, but these are so great, I felt compelled to write one! There's cushioning in the insoles and on the top of the shoe, so it feels like I have little mini-pillows wrapped around my feet when I walk! So comfortable. I'm considering getting a second pair to put in the closet for when these eventually wear out even though they're more expensive than what I normally pay for shoes. I was hesitant to order these at first because of the price, but I was tired of trying on shoes that just don't fit my small but wide feet properly. I usually wear a 6, occasionally a 6.5 to accommodate the width of my feet since not all shoes come in a wide. 37 is usually a little too long for me, but these fit me great - not too long and not too tight at all! I ordered a pair of Naot sandals at the same time, but those were longer and slightly narrower so I will be returning those. Very satisfied with this purchase! Also, great service from Zappos, as usual!

i luuuv most naot so i wanted to try these first. the toe is too pointed (upward) for me. the shoes feel very stiff. sorry but they went back bummer

I love Naots but these were too narrow around the balls of the feet. I ordered the same size I always order. I will always try Noats brand though because the company makes the most comfortable shoes and sandals for arthritic feet.

These shoes look good, but they were too tight. I ordered a different style of Naots, and they looked and felt great. Naots are awesome shoes!

Needed to get new work shoes. Have had great luck with Naots in the past. Unfortunately, these run very small! I ordered the next size up, and they were still small. They fit well without socks, but I'm hoping they'll stretch out so that I can wear them with socks. They have excellent arch support.

Cute shoe. Comfortable once you get it on. Soft, tight fitting leather over the top of the foot. Had trouble getting it on and straps wouldn't stay put.

These clogs are very comfy. I have a wide foot and found these a little snug, but not uncomfortably so. I ordered the golden brown color and was unhappy that it did seem to have a slight metallic golden look to me. I was looking for a brown clog. I'll be returning them, but only because of the color.

This is a wonderful shoe. The lining in the upper leather and the removable Naot soles feel great each time I put them on. Very solidly constructed shoe. They do run a bit short, though. I kept the size 40 I ordered, but wish I'd tried a 41 instead. I have narrow skinny feet, and the width is fine--even snug, but they are stretching. I needed more support under the ball of both feet, so I inserted 2 thin shoe pads and that did the trick. I'm sure this contributes to the snugness. Next time, and there will be a next time, I'll order 41s.

I normally wear a size 35 but the 36 fit me better. I have very narrow feet and since these fit me well, maybe they're a bit on the narrow side. One foot is shorter than the other so my heel lift was easily inserted under the foot bed. The footbed is a bit hard compared to other padded shoes like Clarks. However, I think it will eventually "mold" to fit my foot. The style is has a typical clog look. The heel is shiny beige plastic; maybe a black rubber-looking heel would be nicer. Overall I'm satisfied. Great Zappos service.

Good shoes! These are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn! The look is pretty nice, though in my opinion they look best if they are worn with longer pants/jeans rather than seen in full view. By the way, Zappos is SO great! They got the shoes to me in 24 hours and their customer service is second to none. Even though you may find a slightly lower price somewhere else (though maybe not), the service from Zappos is sometimes worth a few extra bucks.

A good walking shoe - Very comfortable foot bed, some arch support, and soft, supple leather.

I LUUUV Naots and own many pairs from sandals to slides so I bought both the ENCORE and the FLORENCE bc i wanted shoes with different heel heights. However I am not certain that these will stay. They are still in the box but may go back shortly. This style did not look as it did in the picture bc in person, the toe turns up too much for my liking. Also the leather is much stiffer (not soft as in the ENCORE) so that was a disappointment.

I have several pair of Naots but in a different style ; however, I did have a pair of mules from Naot that were great. These Florence seem to run smaller and the left shoe dug into my foot so have to return them. I appreciate the outstanding Zappos service and will remain a loyal customer.

Nice quality shoe but they run small (I ordered a size larger than usual) and narrow fit. Had to return because they were uncomfortable (tight) and arch hurt one of my feet

Nice shoe but narrow along instep - so I could not get my foot into the shoe. I normally wear a 41 medium. I have noticed this with Naot - love their shoes but often too narrow.

I love the look and clean lines of these....but they squeak with every step. Must go back. I am so disappointed.

Great shoe, just didn't fit quite right, tried the 41 and 42, but neither worked for me. I have a narrow foot with a high instep. Had to exchange them. Bummed because they are a cute casual shoe.
