I ordered a pair of Naot clogs, size 35, which your site claims is 4-4.5. The shoes I received are definitely closer to a size 5. I believe the size chart is inaccurate and should show that a size 35 is equivalent to a size 5.\r\n\r\nI\'m returning this pair.

Great comfortable shoe. Plus they have a removable footbed, which allowed me to have special orthotics made for them. So for the first time in 20 years I am able to wear sandals and backless shoes. I have 3 pairs of Naot shoes and the same orthotic fits all of them. Love Naot and Zappos.

Are you kidding me? These are tops! Melted around my feet the moment I slipped them on. Heavenly! I am a wide 6 and these are true to size, and more comfortable than my Born clogs that lasted through 8 years of constant wear. I have a feeling these will last just as long. Comfy, well constructed, and easily dress down or up with jeans and skirts. Aside from hiking boots I have never, ever spent this much on one pair of shoes! Well worth it, and I am thinking about another pair from Naot.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and have helped my plantar fasctitis considerably. The one thing I don't really like is the texture of the material of the insole makes it hard to wear them with socks. The socks don't slide in easily.

About 8 years ago I blew a disk in my lower back and have had weakness and pain in my right foot ever since. Naot is the only footware that I can stand to have on my feet for more than an hour. This clog provides incredible comfort, balance and support, is lightweight, and built like a rock. I've worn one old pair of Naots almost everyday for 5 years as house shoes and they have just begun to show signs of cracking in the sole. This platform and heel relationship is great for walking and standing on your feet (I teach).

I ordered this shoe for work. I walk 60% to 75% of my work day and this shoe is not a disappointment. As a matter of fact, they are very comfortable and looks great with business casual dress clothes. My feet are not tired by the end of the day. These have great workmanship, as noted.

I love these shoes! I had a pair in brown & bought a second in black. I teach & can wear these all day, with or without socks, & my feet don't get tired. Roomy toe-box, good support. Naots are great anyway. I own around 15 pairs because they feel better on my feet than any other brand. I have short feet & a bunion on one so I need a wide toe-box. I haven't found any other brands that honestly feel good all day.

Cute shoe, very comfortable and does not need to be broken in. A little less chunky than a lot of clogs. I will wear them a lot this winter. They seem to run a little small. I kept them hoping they would stretch out a little. They haven't stretched much, but are still okay. If you are between sizes, definitely order up, not down.

Winter shoes - Great shoes for winter. This is my second pair of these. The first are brown and wore like iron. They are great in the rain - just high enough that your feet stay dry. These new black ones feel a little smaller but that could be b/c the other ones are now molded to my foot. I'm keeping them!

Great shoe - just wrong color - I love the brand; love the style - everything - except the color. In person the gold really shines and isn't as "mocha" as I'd hoped. Just want to make you aware that the "golden" is very gold.

Love em - I'm very pleased with these clogs. Comfy from the moment I put them on. I wore them all day the first day and no problems. I'm tempted to buy a second pair so I have them when these wear out.

Really good looking. They run big even with inserts and heavy socks.

Very Nice! What a Comfortable Shoe! True to size, supportive, and no break in needed! I am now on my feet more and standing quite a bit. Took a chance on these shoes. I am so glad I did! No lower back pain. I will buy more of this brand!

Naot Florence - This shoe is very comfortable. I have heel problems and this is a good shoe to help that.

Love this shoe! They look better and feel better than I expected. Totally comfortable, no breaking in time at all. My feet get tired very easily, and sore, with too much walking. I also have a compromised knee, which requires that I wear shoes with good arch support. However, wore these shoes today for airline travel and lots of walking – my feet and my knee felt just fine.

Wonderfully comfortable with style! Naot clogs are wonderful and I love them! They quickly shape to your foot and become more comfortable than you can believe. Plus, they have a stylish and quality look to them. I wear them at home and to go anywhere - especially if I want to walk a lot. I recommend them so highly - I don't know what more to say!

Naot is amazing - As a pharmacist, I stand on my feet 9+ hours a day and no other shoe works as well as Naot. All the employees at my store now wear them because of the comfort they provide. This shoe is no exception; it is cute in black and in golden mocha. This is a shoe to wear to work and also around town.

Love, love, love these clogs! The fit is very comfortable and the look is sleek; my feet could wear these shoes every day for a week feeling fabulous! Zappos rules! I regret that I have ONLY two feet.

Best Shoes Ever! I am on my feet everyday between 7-10 hours at work on hard concrete floors. I have plantar fasciitis and have a lot of foot pain. I bought a pair of Naots about 2 months ago, I now own 3 pair. They are THE BEST SHOES EVER!!! My foot pain has decreased GREATLY! This particular pair happens to be my favorite of the three. Very, very comfortable. HIGHLY recommend.

Arch support? Don't know about those 79% who say that this shoe has "Excellent arch support." If you ask me it has none. It's a beautiful shoe with a nice insole but, sorry there is no arch support.

Great Everyday Shoe - Naot is the only brand of shoe I've found that can be worn without support. The first time I wore this pair was an all-day shopping trip to the mall. My feet were a little sore by the time I got home, but that was expected for such a long-time first wear. Now I wear them constantly. I always tell everyone that wearing Naots is like wearing slippers and this style is no exception. I love them and so far nothing else compares!

So comfy! I bought these in hopes of finding a comfortable, supportive clog. These shoes molded to my foot with no slippage, look stylish with slacks or jeans (like a boot) and are very supportive. I especially like the heel cup and the shock absorption it provides. Overall, very comfortable and worth the money if one is looking for a well-made casual shoe.
