True to size and fit, however they were so big and bulky and rigid that I sent them back. There was no flexibility in the ankle causing me to have to stomp rather than walk in them and no way I could have driven in them, making them completely non-functional. They also felt like they'd be extremely warm except for where the toes are-which is the part that you'd want the warmest IMO. Also really hard to get off.

I am so disappointed in these boots. First I usually wear between an 8.5 or 9 but needed a size 10 in these boots as my toe could feel the end of the boot. This was ok for me. What I am disappointed in is the warmth of the boot. Even with wool socks my feet get very cold starting with my toes very quickly. They are also very slick on icy ground, so be very careful when walking on these surfaces. I feel for the price of these boots they really are not worth it. I just can't stay out in the cold snowy environment wear these boots for very long. I do a lot of activities in the outdoors and have found myself wearing my old sorel boots which are much warmer.

This order is ridiculous. Look at the pictures first of all it came a day early which is fine. I open the box that’s not even a sorrel box. It’s just some random box. I shake the box cause it’s so huge and it feels like it’s empty. I open it up. There’s one boot in there that I don’t even know what it belongs to because it’s not what I ordered one boot and a whole package of Tissue paper that wasn’t even opened up. It was just folded in half very very disappointed. I’m absolutely shocked. I started almost like laughing. I couldn’t even believe what I saw. Ridiculous. The box was in -pristine condition. I’m just puzzled I can’t even figure out what happened. I would have given no reviews, but they forced me to get one star which I wouldn’t do.

These boots are very strange. We have now tried these in a size 7, 7.5 and 8 and they are still too small in length. My daughters toes are still touching the front of the boots. Very annoying and back they go to try again. The only upside is they are cute. And the only reason we are still trying!

Had to return these to Zappos. I could not get my foot into the boot. I have not had that problem with other Sorel boots I own.

I don’t know about size or fit because neither I nor my daughter could get a foot through the throat of the boot. We have both worn Joan of Arctic’s before, but a design change made it impossible to get our high-arched feet into the boot.

I bought my true size and I couldn't get my foot into the boot. Very disappointed, since I thought Sorel's were are good brand. Returning!

No arch support, I normally wear a 10, ordered a 10.5 based on reviews and still felt small. Not comfortable to justify price.

Oh my gosh, first these are huge! And I have a size 10 foot so I looked like big foot! Second it was so hard to get them on but to get it off I needed help as they were so stuck. I got another par of sorel that look similar but much smaller footprint and easier to get on

They are so cute but really hard to put on . I had to totally unlace them to get my foot in because of my high arch. They fit but seemed wide. I have been eyeing these boots for awhile and they were always sold out. Sad to say , I'm returning them.

These look nice in photos and probably on other people, but I could hardly get them on without fear of breaking my ankle. The laces are bulkier than they appear. Also not 100% sold on the sole as treads don't seem that they would grip on ice. Unfortunately, back they go!

Can I give this boot zero stars please? These boots are literally the worst. Within seconds of trying them on for the first time, I felt a pain in the back of my ankles (around the Achilles) but did I listen to myself? No. I got the Joan of Arc Premium on sale and was so excited for the look and the price I ignored the fit. I kept them and actually attempted to wear them two or three times last winter. The only plus to these boots is that they are very cute and do run true to size. I usually wear an 8-8.5 and was fine in the 8 with big socks. Oh, and they are pretty waterproof. That is another plus I guess. Here are my issues with this boot: as I mentioned before, the plastic panel that runs along the back of the boot just digs into your ankle. I had horrible blisters within minutes. With the snowpocalypse in Chicago last year, I really did need a good boot that I can walk miles in. I ended up wrapping my ankles with Ace bandages each time I wore them to keep the blisters at bay. That is not where the issues stop. The boots are so huge and clunky, you have to stomp around in them. In combination with the ankle blister issue, it is nearly impossible to walk. And, they are clunky for no reason! They are not warm, and they do not prevent slips on the ice! We had several days of subzero temperatures last winter, and even with double layers of socks, my feet were cold by the end of my 40 minute plus commute (and that is mostly spent on the subway or bus!). It's almost like the rubber soles trap in the cold and hold it around your feet. Just awful. The bottom line is that these boots are terrible, and to top it off, they are much more expensive than many other boots. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy!

I struggle with Sorel sizing...I am a 9 in regular shoes and a size 8 in Sorel Caribou. For this boot, I need either 8.5 or 9, so I have to return. Otherwise, beautiful boot.
