They looked great but no arch support and too narrow to wear with hiking socks.

I wanted to love these boots, but I just can't. The it is just...odd. I typically wear an 8 in tennis shoes, so that's what I ordered in these boots. My toes were at the very end, even with thin socks, so they definitely wouldn't fit with thick socks. Also, the curve to the back didn't fit the curve of my leg. As an average-height female, I was surprised. Just uncomfortable overall.

Bought these after hearing friends rave about the brand, and my toes are always cold in any winter boots. Very sung fit, bought my size. Felt odd walking around in them, like walking in ski boots, so sadly they are going back.

Every woman I know has these boots - so I ordered a pair. Good grief -they are terribly uncomfortable and nearly impossible to get on. I might have a slightly high arch and I do have a wide foot but getting my foot down into the boot was nearly impossible. No way could these be my go-to winter boot. Sorry Sorel - i very much want to love these. Returning in hopes of finding something different...

Loved the style of this boot, but I had the hardest time getting the boot on. Once I was able to slide my foot in the boot, it was a comfortable fit. I wear a size 6 and ordered a size 6. I loosed the laces up all the way to the toe area, but couldn't get my small size 6 foot angled into the boot easily. Like others had mentioned, this boot was on the heavy side, but I still would have kept the boot if only my foot slid in the boot easier. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Great looking boot. I normally wear an 8 medium, but this boot ran short for me. My big toe jammed in front. Also, did not like how limited the ankle support and foot bed support felt. That said, I will exchange for an 8.5, and let you know ;)

I'm disappointed by these boots. I really did a lot of research and looked at a lot of different boots before I made this purchase. They're really hard and uncomfortable. The front of the shoe is really bulky. It is warm and does the job but for the price, I would've expected something more comfortable.

Beautiful boot...Unfortuantely very clunky...would not be able to walk my doggie a few miles in these...Going to stick with my go to UGG adirondacks...

Very cute boot and assume it would be warm. However, the fit didn't work for me. The shoe part itself was very generous in my regular size, but the calf was very tight - uncomfortable enough that I could not tolerate them, especially for the price! I have slightly larger than average calves, so if you have slim legs, they should be fine.

Love the suede and the fur top. Makes the boot very girlie. BUT the bottom is thin and very clunky. Old style. I returned.

These are very warm and comfy. However, the first time I tried them on the top loop snap broke trying to put them on. Disappointing but still wearing.

Loved the look of these boots but...no one mentioned that if you have a high arch, you can not get your foot into these boots. The lining is very tight.

These boots look great. However, they are very heavy and stiff to walk in. Putting them on and removing them is ridiculously difficult even with thin socks, and I have a fairly narrow foot. I expected more from this brand and for this amount of money.

Boots were awkward and run large. Difficult to walk in and very difficult to put on. Ended up returning. Sad, they’re super cute and warm.

I absolutely loved the look of these boots and was hopeful that they would work for me. Unfortunately they were way too heavy. I was looking for a snow boot that I could walk around all day in. If I wore these boots, I know I’d get a good workout but by the end of the day my feet would be killing me! There was little to no arch support or cushion in the foot bed. Sadly, these were a return item for me.

I LOVE the style of these. I've been wanting these for years and I finally splurged and bought them. However they were REALLY hard to get on. It took a lot of effort to get my feet in. When I did the right felt tighter than the left. Which I've never experienced before. Shoes usually fit the same. So I was disappointed because I just love the style!

I love the look and warmth of these boots. I am still trying to find the perfect sock to wear with them. I had to buy a full size down from my normal size and they are still roomy width wise.

I only gave this boot a 3, but that is mainly because of the size. After reading quite a few reviews, I decided I would stick with my normal size 10. (I have other Sorel's and they are a size 10 also). After TRYING to put them on, I gave up. There is a part on the insert that makes it too hard to put on. I don't have wide feet or even higher arched feet. It was very hard to put on. I am hoping if I try a 10.5 that they will fit. I loved the look of them & am hoping the next size will help. I will update when I try.

They run about half size small. Also, when you walk, your hell doesn't roll forward, it kind of thanks forward.

I love the look of this boot. But, it was much bigger than I expected and the sole was so stiff I decided it wouldn't be comfortable to walk around in. It's going back.
