Warm, cute snow boot. Haven't had the opportunity to wear these in snow yet. I feel that the size and width are normal, but they fit very loose around the ankle area/top of foot near ankle. My foot doesn't seem to slip while wearing them though.

So disappointed. Very difficult to get on and off. Once on, very uncomfortable. Sad to say they are going back.

Fits great! Love the styling. Will be great in the snow!

This is a very heavy boot and you must wear long socks with them. But they are going to be perfect for those cold Iowa winters!!

Every woman I know has these boots - so I ordered a pair. Good grief -they are terribly uncomfortable and nearly impossible to get on. I might have a slightly high arch and I do have a wide foot but getting my foot down into the boot was nearly impossible. No way could these be my go-to winter boot. Sorry Sorel - i very much want to love these. Returning in hopes of finding something different...

Not sure if I am the only one but I found these very hard to get on and even off. Once they were on they were stiff which I would imagine over time would get more comfy. I just cant justify spending 10 minutes having to get on and breaking out in a sweat. I even loosened the laces completely but the built in boot part is part of the challenge. Major bummer I have wanted these for soo long. Maybe I will try the shorter version.

I have wanted to buy these for 2 years and finally got them. Zappos had the 25% off sale for Black Friday so I saved $50! They are warm, comfortable and cute and I have already received compliments on them. Very happy with this purchase!

These boots are the clunkiest, heaviest boots I have ever tried on! When I took them out of the box I was sure they were the wrong size because they were so huge. They surprisingly fit true to size, however, but they felt like I was wearing bricks on my feet. I know many people who have and love these, but boy was I disappointed!

I ordered two pairs on Black Friday as I wasn’t sure which color I wanted. The Major/Black ones fit true to size. The Quarry pair fit tight and I had a hard time getting my foot in them as others have suggested. I think it is just a fluke thing as they were both the same size. I had also tried a pair on previously in a sporting goods store to help determine that the size I needed to order. I can’t wait to use these during our cold Iowa winters. I will be returning the grey ones due to the fit but they are a great neutral color.

I love the style but they have the same potential issue as my current Sorel’s. At the joint between the lower and upper part there is an inner seam that rubs a bit on the back of my ankle. While currently these seem ok when brand new, I am buying new boots to replace Sorels that have similar seams that have now become warn down and uncomfortable such that they chafe the backs of my ankles. I was only able to wear the other boots for 2 winters. Since these have the same potential problem, sadly they are going back.

I wear a 6.5 to 7 and these were super small.

Tried these on at DSW and loved how warm and comfortable they were. Unfortunately the size 11 (my normal size) was too small. Zappos to the rescue. Chicago winters are no joke (I work in the loop) and the height of these boots is perfect for walking through high plowed snow mounds and/or playing in the snow with the kids. Don’t understand why people hate on these boots. They get the job done. They are tall, warm and they aren’t hard to get on. Any shoe is hard to put on if you don’t unlace it first ?? Your feet may look big in them but they are boots! If you like them, buy them. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Super cute boots!! True to size..... other reviews said to order a size down so took their advice and had to send them back!!!! They are true to size...... DO NOT order a size down!! They are so cute and seem to be warm :)

These boots are so cute and super comfortable. I ordered my true size and feel they are perfect with a thicker sock. I'm so very excited to wear them!

They are so cute but really hard to put on . I had to totally unlace them to get my foot in because of my high arch. They fit but seemed wide. I have been eyeing these boots for awhile and they were always sold out. Sad to say , I'm returning them.

These are so cute and comfortable!! I love them! They are very well made, and I love the round toe. It gives the perfect amount of room so your toes aren’t squished together. So happy with these!

Cool style! Nice feel...weather sturdy and chic!

I REALLY wanted to love these boots... I think they look adorable and fun. BUT, two things... 1) I have a very high instep and it was really difficult for me to put these boots on. They have nice loops to help you tug on, but even with that, they were tight enough that just by putting them on and taking them off twice the top of my foot was sore. When taking them off, my socks came off with them it was such a snug fit getting my foot out. 2) Once on, they were reasonably comfortable, but I did notice that the bottom of the boot itself is very thin. I could feel the floor texture while wearing the boot. I only tried them on inside my house, but when walking on the tile in my mudroom, I could feel the tile and grout lines. I don't know how comfortable these would be while walking outside on anything other than a smooth surface. Sadly, I had to return them mainly because of the snugness getting them on and off being so difficult and uncomfortable.

These are beautiful boots. They are very warm and stylish, and I know from past experiences with Sorrel that they will keep me toasty for many years to come. I did feel like the sizing was a bit strange. I ordered the 8 and 8.5, and while the 8.5 felt a bit big I couldn't even get my foot into the size 8! I settled on the 8.5 since my orthodic takes up some space, and ultimately they feel great on my feet. I highly recommend these boots, but definitely try on a few sizes!
