I bought these for taking walks here in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. Unfortunately, the tread design is more for rain (and maybe that was in the description) and not ice. Also, I bought my usual Sorel size of 6.5 but it was too short in the toe even though I wear thin socks year-round. I'd like more of a heel since walking in any flat shoe hurts my calves (years of wearing heels to work). If you live in a rainy, wet and muddy climate these would work but not for snow and ice.

Love these boots! My daughter took my pair from a couple years ago so I upgraded to these. They keep my feet warm and dry and they are comfy and cute!

I ordered a size up based on other reviews saying ran small. I normally wear a size 9, ordered a size 10. They were WAAAY too big. I'm bummed I had to return them because they looked like great boots.

These are adorable!! I think they run a little large so I always buy a half a size down. They are warm and comfortable! I also got my daughter similar ones that she is so excited about!!

I was very exciting to get my boots, they are cute, fit true to size and so far seem to be waterproof. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that my feet still are cold.

This is my second pair. I loved my first ones so much that I bought them in a different color. They are incredibly comfortable and stylish as well! I have had my first pair for over 4 years, so I know they are durable and hold up well to constant winter wear.

I have wanted these boots for a while and finally orderd. Do fit a little tight on top of foot hopefully will loosen once broken in. Very warm.

I think these boots are absolutely adorable and very comfortable. A little heavy walking up and down stairs but no biggie on that. Slightly difficult to skip on like a lot of people mentioned. You just have to take the time to sit and loosen them up. Overall so in love with these boots!

I wear a 7.5 and i always order an 8 in boots.. they were extremely big. I read the reviews of them being true to size so i re ordered a 7.5 which is my size.., they were also too big. So I sent them back and again reordered a size 7 and they fit perfect. I would recommend ordering a half size down.

I ordered the dark grey in a size 9. I agree that there had to have been some kind of trick to getting your foot in them. Winter ski and tubing weekends with kids are stressful enough without holding up the group because you can get your boots on. Secondly, once on, they are extremely heavy and bulky. The quality is solid, though. However, I feel like I could not walk well in the snow or get around easily in them. Lastly, they are not very feminine. I felt like I was wearing men's work boots. They were very wide and bulky overall, but the foot fit fine. I sent them back for something lighter and I was glad I did, because I am already clumsy in the snow. Maybe they are cuter on a smaller foot?

I absolutely love these boots ! I had a pair from years ago and I knew I wanted a black pair. I don't know if they are the same style, but these nee ones feels warmer and have better traction! They fit slightly larger. Not to the point I could have sized down but to the point if I'm going to be outside I have room for warm socks ! I love them. Also, to get them on a sale makes it all the better !!

I have been wanting these for quite some time. They are warm, comfortable and stylish for very cold days trekking around the PNW. I did order a half size up from my usual 7.5. With warmer wool socks, I felt like they wouldn't be as comfortable.

I like the color, the boots are comfy. A little stiff,I just need to wear them a bit to break them in. They keep my feet nice and warm. I am generally a 7.5 I went up instead of down. I like the extra room for thick socks. The only thing I would change is the color of the shoe laces.
