I bought this boot along with a pair for my wife over one month ago. She got her pair along with a photo confirmation of delivery. I do NOT have my boots. Said they were delivered but there was no photo confirmation. Sorel opened an investigation with lazership and still no answer. Customer service seems like they have their hands tied. These boots will not make for great springtime footwear! Refund my money or send the boots!

I just bought theses boots for a trip in Duluth to keep my feet warm. So uncomfortable and heavy and gave me sores on the back of my ankles z I don't recommend this boot at all. Very disappointed in my first and probably last pair of boots I buy from this company unless it's made right.

My feet get cold within 30 minutes working outside. I've tried regular, wool, and a combination of socks - makes no difference. Very disappointed.

It's so strange that the interior boot is not connected to the exterior boot. It's very frustrating to take them on and off. Also the ankle sections rub badly when you are wearing thin socks.

I ordered these boots when they were 50% off and waited for a delivery update. There was none so I found the original order email to check the status and apparently my order was cancelled. No email telling me why it was cancelled. No super deal. No new boots to replace my 39 year old Sorel's. Nothing.

This pair of boots is not waterproof at all and my feet freeze in them.

The shoes are comically large. They feel and look like clown shoes. I could not comfortably walk in these and I'd be embarrassed to wear them in public. The return process has been a pain thus far as well..

Ordered for the first time and my order arrived incorrect. the size I ordered was not what I received and the boots had a odor, almost like used boots. customer service responded timely. i won't be refunded my credit for shipping until my credit card is refunded as per your customer service email. which i might add is not making me happy. i have to do the work and then email them to be refunded. not my mistake this all happened. Winning would make me give your product another try, thank you

Oh dear! Purchased these for a growing 14 year old who measures 10.5" on the ruler with his heel to the wall and the ruler on the floor. There was a full 1.5" of extra space beyond his big toe even with his heaviest, thickest ski socks on. These are going back.

I also noticed this year one boot has cracks where the boot creases. The boots look brand new with moderate use but unfortunately one boot will leak now
Poor quality rubber. Funny how the right boot is the only one that is cracked. I had a pair of different brand from 20 years ago they are still holding up after getting beat up. They have no tread left and that's all the wear someone could expect from a quality product.

disappointing quality! the rubber area on the TOP area of my toes simply cracked.
Of course it's already out of warranty, but really should not happen after only 2 winters.
the rest of the shoe is in great condition, so this really should not happen!
this isn't even a seam or stitch - it is the top rubber that cracked open.
I had other Sorels for so many years and was happy, too bad that quality for such a "rugged" shoe is oh so poor!

The boot was way too big and the wool patting constantly pulled on my leg hairs as I walked. Walking 15 with them was painful.

After using for one season the sole was detached from the shoe. They were not heavily used - mostly for running errands around town. Poor investment..

These are HUGE. I wear a women's size 10 and own 5+ other pairs of Sorel boots/shoes in various styles, which all fit fairly true to size. I know these are meant to be a little roomy to fit warm socks, but even with 2 pairs of socks, my feet don't fill them out, and they are so heavy they are uncomfortable to walk in. I wore them once in a bad snowstorm shortly after purchase because I didn't have any other suitable shoes for the snow, and haven't worn them since (in more than a year) - but felt like I couldn't return them since they were worn. Super bummer, because I love the brand, but this purchase was a big waste of money. My roommate who wears a size 7 also bought them a size down and even hers are too clunky so she doesn't wear them either.

I was very disappointed that I was unable to use the pair of Caribou boots that I had ordered & received late last year. I saw that my left foot had been prevented to begin to squeeze into the left boot, I think because of that boot's tongue being stuck together so securely with glue (?) by nearly a length of two inches, to one side of that inner boot or its lining. I don't recall which one, at this time when I am writing these words, now.

Great quality boot, but only for 3 years with around 14 days use per year.
Rubber around top of foot now cracking and allowing cold air, snow and water to enter.
Tread is near pristine, with minimal amount of use.
1 year warranty for a premium product with premium price is very poor.

I bought these shoes, because my feet are very cold. Hoped for the Canadian roots of the brand. But for the second winter the rubber part of the shoes cracked! And they no longer hold the heat and worse, they began to leak!
I did not expect this from Sorel! Waste of money! It is natural that as with a guarantee it is not clear! Extremely do not recommend these shoes, if you do not want to freeze your legs! I hope my review will help you make the right choice.

I purchased these boots believing they would kept me feet warm. But after playing in the snow for about two hours my feet was freezing. I live in North Carolina so you know our weather does not get real low.
Very disappointed in these boots.

My feet measure 26cm, which according to the size guide and the fact that reviewers rated these boots "true to size", means I should have ordered a size 9. I decided to order a size 8.5, since some reviews suggested going down a half size.
There is at least an inch between my toes and the end of the boot, even with heavy wool socks on. They are extremely wide, and there is a lot of room between the top of my foot and the boot. They look like they're designed for men.
Customer service suggested I order a size 7 (two whole sizes down from my measured size), but I'm not willing to risk the cost of return shipping again. I don't even think a smaller size would fix the sizing issues with these boots.

Normally I take size 7.
They fit small and tight.
I returned this boots and they charged me expensive shipping fee.
Make sure order bigger size!

JUNK I'm very sorry to say. I've had these boots for four winters. They are not used much -- go to town, feed chickens or move in the tractor. They look near new.
BUT I just noticed the rubber uppers are badly cracked on both boots along the sides of the foot.
Sorel Caribou boots used to be the boot to buy for our kind of winters -20F or lower -- not anymore.
I am used to boots lasting decades -- I am still wearing my Raichle hiking boots from 1986. Sure they have
been re-soled and I have stitched them a bit on the tongue and cuff but they have been my everyday work boot since I stopped backpacking and they are still by most comfortable and tough pair of boots -- or shoe for that matter.

Hope these are better than the previous three pairs I have had to return every year for the past three years. Boots tend to crack at flex points of foot after wearing for a couple months.

I have had several pair of Sorel Boots from the Conquest to the Caribou, Conquest is Ok but the Caribou is very poor quality in respect to leakage. Now I would figure once you hit the height of the leather in wet conditions you would get possible leaking but on 2 pairs I have had the soles split and leak. No excuse for this, better product out there.
