I have had them for about two months write now. They are holding up fine. They are very warm, even in Wisconsin winter. They are more comfortable than my sneakers that I wear when I work in doors. Would buy them again. They run about a half size smaller than what I wear in Nikes.

Put simply, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. They look aggressive yet formal for uniform wear, and provide a large portion of leather to shine, which is contrary to most Oakley boots. It still feels like you're wearing a boot, but they aren't heavy or bulky by any means. My feet feel very secure in them, even when running. The inside support/cushioning is great, and they seem to be very quiet when walking/running. These are well worth the money, especially for law enforcement uniform purposes.

This is by far the best pair of boots I've ever owned. These are easily as comfortable (maybe more so) than running shoes. After wearing these, then putting on my cross trainers, my cross trainers seemed unsupportive by comparison. You will not regret your purchase.

The boots are true to size and if I had to break them in at all, it maybe took half a day of wearing to reach full comfort. They are Scotchgarded and easy to clean. This is the best, most stylish boot I have ever owned. I get compliments on them all the time.

Bought these to use after my foot healed from surgery. They are super comfortable, and did not require break-in. The have great support and look good, too. Large toe box for comfort. I like the wrap-around tread, great for hiking on rocks. So far I've used them for horseback riding and camping. Can't wait to use them in the winter!

Very comfortable boots. They fit great, and look great, too. I thought that I would regret not buying boots with a zipper on the side. But these boots go on and off easier than my old boots that do have a zipper on the side.

I love these boots. I needed a good solid boot that could still flex slightly to help with moving over boulders and they are solid. I am rather tough on my shoes and I have had these for about 6 months now and no signs of serious wear and tear plus these are great of you do a good deal of jumping over objects and jumping down the only downside which is not really a downside so I will still give it 5 stars is that they took me quite some time to break in. I had to hike for around 8-10 miles before they were nice and broken in.

I ordered these boots for my husband and he received them in two days. When he opened them he immediately liked the style and ease of tying up, but when he wore them and they were very comfortable he was really pleased. Also, he had compliments from other men who liked the military styling.

These are excellent boots! I've worn these boots daily for almost a year with absolutely no problems. They are comfortable for all day standing and working outside. They are warm in winter and provide excellent traction in snow and wet weather. Be sure to keep a little mink oil on the leather from time to time and they look like new. I will definitely buy another pair if these ever wear out.

I bought these boots for a 3 week summer camping trip in Norway. I found these perfect for the job. I applied an extra coat of water resistance and had no problems keeping my feet dry. Mountain hiking was a breeze with the tread on these. They broke in immediately and I am still wearing them 2 months later. I have worn these for 6 months total with the camping trip and they are still holding strong.

I LOVE these shoes. They are incredibly unique, well made and the most original wedding shoe you could possibly imagine. If you are daring and bold, this is the shoe for you. If you don't want to take any chances, steer clear, this is only designed for a creative, alternative and wild soul. Unfortunately, they didn't pair up well with my dress but my god, if I had these shoes first, I would have designed my dress for them.

Comfort, Style & Durability! I was about to give up on a durable but comfortable yet stylish casual boot when I was searching Zappos and found this awesome Oakley Tactical Six! What a great boot! It has a classic, quasi-military style but the comfort of a pair of Air Jordans! The suede leather is soft and form-fitting yet durable and almost waterproof. This Oakley boot fit comfortably right out of the box. I am very impressed with the durability especially the lugged sole. What a great job Oakley has done to make a good-looking, hard-working boot! A special note: this boot is cut very true to size even a bit full in the toe box area which actually works great to accommodate thick socks. As usually, Zappos gives us the best of both worlds: great products and awesome customer service!

These boots are great. I put them on and wore them for long hours each day for 10 days. Felt like I had them for years.

Awesome!!!!!!! These boots are wonderful; they feel like sneakers with ankle support. Pricey but worth the investment.

Fine Boot - I really like this boot because it is a hybrid of a tall work boot and a light weight multi-purpose athletic shoe. It is not hot (more than other athletics), even in our miserable local summer and it is shock absorbing on urban terrain. Love the color and roughout combination. I would follow others' advice on sizing. I usually buy 1/2 size larger due to size variances, but this time I bought my normal size and it fits well. Width felt normal. Zappos’ service is perhaps the best customer service system I have experienced in this day of "Whatever… take it or leave it!" merchandising. That's why I continue to trade with them and spend my $$ there. Thanks Z.

Looks better than the picture. I took a chance on these and am very happy I did. I normally wear the Oakley Assault SI but after putting these on I now share my time between the two. They are comfortable to the extreme. They are as light as a running shoe and give great support during long wear. These are well worth the money I spent. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Great shoes - First, the shipping was lightning fast. Zappos is one of the best internet vendors I have ever dealt with. The shoes are comfortable right out of the box. They look great with 511s. I listened to other reviewers about the size. I usually wear 10.5 in running shoes and 10 in boots. I ordered 9.5 and the boots fit perfectly.

Buy a pair - These are some great boots. Tie 'em up tight and it's like you have a pair of trail running shoes on. Plus they look cool; I made pretend I was G.I. Joe while I was shoveling. Outstanding!

like a sneaker - Boot fits well and is very comfortable. Great ankle support and good looks. I have had a lot of boots and spend a lot of time on my feet on concrete, these boots also get great traction in the snow and mud!

Not too bad. They have a lot of ankle support. Once on your ankle is not going to move much. The shoe is kind of wide near the toes (might just be my foot). Fit and finish is good. I have not put the waterproofing to the test yet. Only problem is they seem to fit tightly enough on my leg to rip the hair out. No big problem. Over all a great boot.

Second pair of Oakleys for my husband! My husband is a warehouse supervisor and on his feet all day! It has always been hard for him to find boots that are comfortable, he always went for the $60-$80 boots and they just sat in the closet because they were not comfy enough. Then I convinced him to try Oakley even if they are pricey they are TOTALLY worth it! His last pair lasted 18 months! And they are still in gardening condition! Lol! We will never buy another brand for work! You only have one pair of feet so take care of them! These shoes rock!

Great boots! No break in required... I ordered a half size larger because they didn't come in a wide size, which was perfect since they seem to run a bit wider than normal anyway. They look and feel great. Zappos shipped them within an hour and I had them the next morning... incredible! :)
