Love the Veronica Short! I have several pairs of Frye boots so yes, I am a fan. Wore the boots out of the box and walked for several hours at an outdoor craft fair. I had on thin socks. Yes, as other reviewers said, the heal does slip initially but after walking around for a short while the boot conformed to my feet and the slippage was no longer noticeable. This is true of many of the Frye boots that Ive purchased. My foot is fairly wide but the fit was fine. They will also conform more to my feet as I wear them. Great with wide legged and skinny jeans, and anything really!

I tried calling and emailing for a return slip. The sizing was really off and I needed to return, but have been usable to reach anyone via phone or email unfortunately

These are a perfect size 8.5. The leather is lovely and soft, and what we've all come to know and love from Frye. I'm very happy with these as I've been looking to get new moto boots forever now! These are my second pair of Frye boots (my other pair are riding boots), and I'm over the moon with these as I was with my other pair. The black color is a true black, and these seem to be a very comfortable fit, not too loose and not too snug, but just right.

Love wearing these with dresses, skirts, and shorts (add lace tights under the shorts for some edge). The shoes are comfortable for all day wear and I get tons of compliments!

The Redwood color is so rich and gorgeous, I ordered my usual size 7 and they fit like a glove and they look great with everything ! jeans leggings and skirts . High quality craftsmanship & leather that smells fabulous, Im seriously in love with my new boots

Like the boots but the upper leather is to slouchy, I wish the leather would stand up like shown in the picture

I went with a different color this time and I love them , they fit true to size - excellent high quality leather . And the Redwood color is absolutely gorgeous !

Very cool boots. Quality is exceptional. Smooth finish. My 7.5 is just constricting on my foot. To me, very narrow toe. My feet aren't wide. Wouldn't be able to wear socks. The leather, which is gorgeous, may expand or stretch over time. Beautiful boot!

Rugged and stylish. I love the distress look so it looks like Ive always had them . Comfort was great. I went to work and stood for 6 hours no issues. No pain. Wasnt slippery.

I could barely get the boot on and when I did, it was too tight to wear.

I got the distressed black, thinking they would be a rusted, dark brown color like shown in the photo. However, they are pretty much just plain black. I am returning them for the dark brown color

These are perfect for running around in and look great with jeans or casual dresses

I love these boots, when they came in the mail and I opened the box. All you smell is the wonderful aroma of leather. Theres nothing real like leather shoes and boots. They fit perfectly well the left one, Im going to have to put some shoe stretch on the inside of the arch and break it in. Other than that, they are perfect, I plan wearing them with everything! When I first put them on, I wore them around the house for at least three hours. I didnt even want to take them off.

Super cute and comfy boots. Love how the leather looks worn out and vintage. It goes with so many outfits. The shorter length fits well for someone who struggles with big calves and cant wear taller boots, and Im my legs are shorter so the length is perfect for me. I love it! Fits true to size.

Absolutely LOVE these gorgeous boots but had to return them as they were very wide in the heel.
