WOW - This is such a great/awesome boot. I ordered these boots because I wanted a WARM and lightweight boot you can walk in for a long time. I wear a size 10 and thought they would look a bit bulky-BUT NOT AT ALL. The fit felt true to size and you can wear them with or without socks. Easy to slip in and out of. GREAT BOOT and worth the money.

Warm and cozy - These boots are great. They keep your toes warm and cozy. I look forward to snowy days so that I could wear them.

Cozy, Comfortable and Warm - I am very pleased with these boots. The only negative is that you pretty much have to unlace them 50% in order to get your foot and pants in. And boy are they warm! Not necessarily for a day walking in the city unless it's perhaps 20 degrees or below. But an excellent purchase that will be in style for years! Other users' comments were right on the money regarding size. Order half a size bigger than normal for a true fit.

Best purchase this winter yet!!! I had a hard time searching for winter boots since I did not want to give into the fact that I would have to choose between style and utility. I saw these and thought they looked pretty sturdy and were very cute. After wearing them once, my feet are in heaven. I tuck my jeans in and they look fabulous, especially with the shearling folded over at the top. I chose the otter color and I am very happy with the color, the leather is sturdy and the suede upper as well as the shearling over the top gives the boot a bit of style. I am typically a 6.5, but ordered a 7 and haven't had any problems with it. My feet feel snug and warm, especially on days when I need to dig my car out of the snow. No more frozen toes here. Finally, Ugg got it right!!!

Nothing wrong with them, just not my style - I'm not sure what I was thinking when I asked my husband for these for Christmas. They're perfectly fine boots, but just not the look I'm going for -- I basically looked like a fur trapper or a duck hunter. Another problem is that the boots are too narrow to be able to tuck in jeans, but the fur ruff makes it hard to wear your jeans over them either. They seem very well made and sturdy, and they were very comfortable, but they had to go back.

Worth The Price - I live in northern New England where we get a lot of snow. I needed something that was tall, warm and offered good support. This boot offers all three. I tried them barefoot, as UGG recommends, and they are plenty warm. They aren't heavy so it doesn't feel like you're walking in a pair of cement blocks. Best of all they can be laced tight so they give good ankle support, which I need.

I'm in love with these boots! I was very skeptical about UGGs - I have always thought of them as a silly trend. However, I was browsing for a serious boot for Wisconsin winters that still has some style, and these looked perfect. I am now a believer. These boots are so cozy and comfortable and the leather is gorgeous. The leather on the lower portion is stiff which makes them a little challenging for me to get on and off, but I think that is true of any well made boot. I am a size 11 and I ordered an 11 and I can wear socks, no problem. I don't know about arch support because I have very low arches. These are very comfortable for me to walk in. Zappos was amazing - I ordered these last night at about eight and they were here early afternoon! It's almost scary how fast they ship!

Ugg Adirondack Tall - Glad I decided to get these for wet weather conditions. Ordered 1/2 size larger than my NON-Ugg shoes. Perfect fit with no socks. Color is dark brown although they appear to be burgundy on the website. Love them anyway. Plan to buy the short ones closer to spring or when they go on sale.

Ugg's Adirondack tall - My feet are going to be dry and warm this winter. Debated about this pair because of the price, but decided after never having a boot that fit well with my high arches and wide feet, the lace-up style was very appealing. Now I wear my classics around the house and for quick errands; the ultras for drudging around campus and now these for bad weather. Usually I wear an 8.5 and the 9 fit perfectly. Other Uggs are size 8. Love the no sock thing. Maaybe I won't be so grumpy this winter! Zappos is great. Arrived the next business day.

Great boots! I just bought these for the winter and they are great! You don't need to wear socks because the entire thing is lined with shearling like the classic Uggs. I usually wear an 8.5 and the size 9 fit perfectly.

I love these boots! I bought a pair of these last year. They are amazing! They are very, very warm, and very stylish. I wear them with my Abercrombie cropped sweatpants and they look great. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. They are expensive, but worth every penny!

When I first bought these boots, one boot fit perfect but the other was too tight; I returned them and ordered another pair in the same size. These boots are very attractive but very difficult to get on. I had to not only loosen but disengage the laces from the top 6 or 7 eyelets to get them on. They are very comfortable once they are on. I also had to order a whole size bigger for optimal comfort.

These are great boots. They definitely keep your feet warm. I normally wear a size 9 but ordered 1/2 size up based on some of the reviews I read. I ended up having to order again to get a size 10 because the 9 1/2 fit a tad snug without socks. The laces require good loosening in order to pull the boots from your feet but it's no real trouble overall.

Good boot, however, it rubs at the back of the heel where leather meets the black piece on me so I can't wear them for long even with heavy socks. Make sure they don't rub before you wear the outside! Great boot if it didn't give blisters.

Very warm. And snug, not like the typical Ugg fit. They rub a bit along one of the seams in the back, but I think thicker socks and breaking in will fix that. Am really looking forward to next winter in the mountains with these.

After buying 2 other pairs of UGGS in the past,I saw the reviews on these. As usual, I ordered the size 8, which is what I wear in UGGS normally. According to reviews, these would be no different. Wrong. They are over 1/4 inch shorter than the other UGGS I own and were barely too small, but still had to return them for a larger pair.

I wear an 8 1/2 M (wish Uggs came in half sizes) but I have trouble finding shoes because my heel is narrow and I wear orthotics. Therefore, tie-shoes fit the best. In this boot, I sized up to a 9, based on reviewers' recommendations. With medium, not thick socks, the boot was too wide all-around, and my heel slipped when walking. The slippage would prevent me from walking any distance comfortably. Also, as some reviewers noted, unlacing and lacing took a bit of time. Too cumbersome for my lifestyle! Also, the ankle area rubbed a bit, probably because of the stiffness of the leather. I ended up ordering a size 8 in the Adirondack short version of this boot. I like the way Adirondack boots are more fitted, like a shoe, with a decent arch. These warm, rugged, waterproof boots are very well made and look like built to last.

Warm but hard to lace up - This boot would be great if you just want to be warm and dry in the worst weather, but it's not a look that I'd wear when it's not snowing. It was very hard to get on and off since you must loosen the lace all the way down. I don't have the patience for this and will return the boots unworn.

GODDESS POWER - These boots are excellent in materials, look, and quality. Craftsmanship is outstanding except in the back lower calf area where the two materials are sewn together it buckles, rubs and leaves an indent in the leg. Loving the boots sooooo much, I went to a shoemaker who knew right away what to do!!!Put them on his bench, opened and flattened the boot, and hammered the seam! Did the trick. These boots give me confidence for the solo snow backpacking journey I’m envisioning in the Colorado river/canyon and Navajo Rainbow Archway. Living in the pacific NW, I now have waterproof, cozy warmth, function, beauty and HOT GODDESS POWER!!! I also bought longer leather laces because I like to lace them all the way up and wrap around the leg. Last year I had those pretty embroidered flower ones which I loved also, but THESE ARE REMARKABLE!!! THANKS UGGS...CHECK THEM OUT. PLUS I GREW UP CAMPING IN THE ADIRONDACKS AND THE NAME FITS BOTH IN CHARACTER AND CLIMATE. YOU JUST GOTTA HAVE SOME.

Seems like a good boot, but it runs small. This is a great boot as far as I can tell. I ordered my normal size but returned it because it felt a little snug for a winter boot. The only drawback is the unlacing/lacing is a bit of a pain.

Too much work! I ordered these YESTERDAY and they were on my front door when I arrived from work today... WOW...that is awesome...THANK YOU! Too bad they took forever to unlace and lace them. I wear an 8.5 and the 9 fit perfect...totally different fit than the Bandon (which was way too big in a 9). They feel really nice on your feet...but I am going to exchange them for the shorter ones. Thanks Zappos for making the return stress free!

Great boot but wish they had speed hooks - These boots should last a good while. Vibram makes the soles (quality product) and the insoles are replaceable. Super warm, comfy and waterproof but I wish they had speed hooks for the laces. It's inconvenient to keep tightening/loosening the laces whenever I take them on/off. But I'm glad I bought them!

I agree with all who said these boots are extremely hard to put on and off. It was a lot of effort and the leather actually ripped since I had to pull so hard to get them on. That being said, I wore them in the snow in Sweden and they were extremely warm and comfortable. However, they do run small as well, so I am going to return them and order the size up.

Very comfortable, keeps my feet warm in the coldest weather. However, it is not waterproof. Was working outdoors for about two hours in moderate rainfall and my feet got very wet.

So Nice, So Frustrating - These are beautiful boots. Well made, warm & very comfortable, but because of the laces all the way up, I got frustrated just trying to get them loose enough to try on. The laces are just short enough to have to undo them, then you have to loosen all the way down, pull on boot, tighten all the way up and then re-lace the top. I sent them back. I do not have time for this. Now if they had hooks instead of holes these would be my favorite boots. Instead I will keep shopping.
