Just got my boots and I must say they are extremely comfortable and warm! However, I hate getting my feet in and out of them.

I have low profile feet that are normal width forefoot and narrow heel. My calfs are on the smaller size. I ordered a size 11 which is my normal size for Ugg sneakers. The boots are narrower than Sorel Cates and Joan of Artic, but slightly longer. Initially, I tried them on with the Ugg insole and found them to be short in length, but when swapping out the Ugg insole for a Superfeet insole, the length seemed to be good. However, there were not as warm as the Cates or Joan of Artic. I am in Chicago so, I need the extra warmth, for sure.

Well, I'm returning them. First I love Zappos for the super fast shipping I love that! BUT the color is COMPLETELY wrong on the site. They call it Charcoal but it's a gray - and not dark at ALL! Now shipped these to my sister for Christmas and I know she will hate this color. Again, I'm glad for Zappos as I will order her the black, hope that works and she'll be happy. Boots are great - I just really don't like the color.

I love the boot and they are very comfortable. They keep your feet warm but they don't sweat. They are the first boot I've had that that I don't walk weird. All the fur is coming off and for the price point this shouldn't happen.

I love Uggs but I'm sick of them leaking in our yearly Philadelphia snowpocalypse, so this year I got these. I originally bought a size 6 from the Ugg site. I'm a 6.5 but they don't make half sizes which has always bugged me a bit. The smaller size felt great except they put a lot of pressure on the big toe so I returned them and ordered the 7 from Zappos. Overall, I'm even happier with Zappos customer service than Ugg (and they do a great job, but Zappos does a better one). My only issue with the 7 is that the area where the tongue meets the rest of the shoe puts pressure on my calf sometimes, an issue I didn't have with the 6. If only my big toes were 1/4 of an inch smaller. These shoes are great in our massive noreaster snowstorms though, highly recommended and adorable!

I ordered a size 10 after receiving my size 9s. Then I decided on the 9s as I usually wear a 9 1/2. I love the boots. It does take a bit to get them off and on.

I have been searching far and wide for snow boots that are the perfect mix of price, style, comfort, and durability. I finally gave in and spent the money and to my surprise these boots were all of the above (minus price)! They seem to be worth the splurge though. My feet are warm. I love them. Unfortunately I am in the process of exchanging them because they felt to me one full size smaller. They are also a pain to get in and out of. Hopefully this problem is solved with the bigger size.

I bought these boots to replace an old pair of classic Uggs, which I have loved because of their warmth. I was looking for something that would be more durable in the snow, but still be warm. These are. I have been wearing them for about two months and am happy with their warmth, water resistance, and style. It is important to note that the entire foot is not lined with fleece, like the classic Uggs are. The insole is fleece and the boot shaft is fleece, but the rest of the foot is lined with a lighter felt-like material. I think this keeps them from being as warm as a classic Ugg. That said, I wear a light sock and my feet are comfortably warm. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and my Uggs are always 8s. I bought these in 8, but they were very short, so I had to exchange them for 9s. If you wear a half size, I recommend going up to the next size, rather than sizing down. The styling is great, but the laces are a bit of work and the boot can't be just thrown on running out the door, so if you don't want to spend time lacing, don't buy these. All in all, a great boot so far!

I love this boot so much: it's comfy, warm and non-slippery for NY's harsh winter. I have this boot in both colors. The only downside is you need a little effort and time to slip into the boot, because it's kind of narrow and tight on the ankle part. I won't recommend it for elderly or pregnant lady. Otherwise, I'm lovin' it! Thank you Zappos for great service! You rock!

I ordered these boots just before NYC got hit with a huge blizzard (over 3 feet where I live). Having now tested them in freshly fallen snow, melting slush, icy un-shoveled sidewalks, etc. I'm so happy with them. They're very warm, truly waterproof, and very resistant to slipping and even on pure ice. The only downside is that the laces, which look very cool, aren't speed laces, which makes getting them on and off somewhat time-consuming. But well worth the effort. I'm a fairly consistent 7 1/2 and ordered the 8 (I think they only come in full sizes) which fit perfectly.
