I ordered this boot and as the reviews read it's a tight fit. I ordered a 10 but needed the 11. I love the boots and the return process is simple but they didn't have the 11 in stock. The laces may be a bit difficult until you get used to putting them on and off. I'm sure you will get better at it. I regret they didn't have the 11 - maybe next time.

These boots are amazing! I have worn them out to dinner and dancing, to work, and on a winter hike. The most amazing part was how quickly Zappos shipped them to me! Totally worth the price, they will last for years.

I have been in love with these boots for over a year, and finally decided to buy them. My usual size is a 9, but they felt a tiny bit tight so I ordered the 9.5 as well. I spent an entire morning agonizing over which ones to keep, but finally decided on the 9.5. Ugg states that these run true to size, but I felt that if I wanted to wear heavier socks, I should go for the larger ones. The size 9 felt a tiny bit snug. I'm very happy with my purchase. I have more wiggle room for my toes, and they are so comfortable and warm.

I ordered 1 size larger than my shoe size. The fit is a little loose with medium weight socks - okay with me. I easily replaced the insoles with orthotics, giving better arch support. The boots are warm, even without the sheep's wool underfoot...much warmer than the Ugg Belcloud. I had called CS to ask if the tongue was loose up the sides or attached. I was told it's attached. Actually, the tongue is gusseted to just above ankle height. I hope snow doesn't come in above that height! The laces can be a pain. The shearling wool plugs up the eyelets when unlacing. Now to test them out in slush!

Love these boots. I'm a size 8, got these in 8.5 and they fit perfectly. Very warm and cozy. The only thing is it takes little longer to tie them, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I would recommend these boots to everybody.

I highly recommend these boots. Very attractive and utilitarian, warm and cozy, great traction, waterproof lowers, water-resistant uppers, fully lined in sheepskin. Surprisingly lightweight for tall boots. Skinny jeans tuck inside them nicely. They look cool with skirts, too. I receive compliments every time I wear these boots. I am an 8 in flats & heels, an 8 1/2 in athletic shoes and boots. The Adirondack Tall 8 1/2 is a good fit for me. Lots of support, with a nice arch and fully sheepskin-lined. I wear these boots barefooted, but they also fit me still with a thin or even a thicker sock. The 8 1/2 gives my toes the perfect amount of wiggle worm that I like in the toe box. I like the barefoot effect so much that I may buy another sheepskin insert to add onto the footbed to make it even cushier to wear without socks. Don't be afraid of buying a boot with so many laces; I loosen and re-tighten only the topmost four laces to get in and out of the boots.

This is a great winter boot; warm and comfortable. I have been getting tons of compliments on it too -- mostly from women wondering about the water-proof benefits of a leather Ugg. These have been taking a beating too this winter, due to all the snow that never seems to end.

Love them! I love my Uggs! I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered both the 7 and the 8 in Otter. I kept the 7 and after wearing them a few times I am glad I did. I think the 8 would have been too big. I want them in Black! I've gotten a ton of compliments on the boots and they are the warmest boots I own, which is good since we have had so much snow in New Jersey this year! My feet have been warm and dry and the hassles with the laces are worth not having to worry about slushy puddles. Thanks Zappos for your free shipping both ways and your great Customer Service!

I lucked out and got a pair in the Obsidian color. Just received it today and sooo glad I got the size 8. I normally wear a 7 - 7 1/2 and was fearful they would be too large in the 8. I take a 6 in the regular Uggs. The 8 fit perfectly and any smaller would be too tight. Very warm, durable looking and now I can't wait till it snows...again!

My Fiance Loves Them... I bought these for my fiance for Christmas this year. Ordered on Monday, they arrived Tuesday - overnight free shipping (Zappos Rocks). My fiance loves these boots, she says they are super comfortable and feel great on her feet. The only problem is that the soles left little black scuff marks behind her heels when she was saying thank you for them, but it washes off real quick with water.

I really wanted to love these boots. I read all of the reviews and was convinced they would be perfect for me. After receiving them, I am amazed that no one has commented on the following: these boots are extremely difficult to get on and off, even with all of the lacing as loose as humanly possible. I have average sized feet (7.5-8) and calves (I bought size 8 and the fit was great), but I do have a fairly high instep, so perhaps that was the problem. Getting my feet into the boots was a struggle to say the least, and I could not get them off without my husband pulling them off. The design of the boot has bonded leather extending up the shaft to about mid-shin. Where the stiff leather ends and suede begins, the boot makes a natural bend when you walk that digs right into your shins in two spots on each leg, which is uncomfortable to say the least. I suppose that is the part where breaking them in comes in, but I actually had small bruises on my shins from just trying to break them in around the house for an hour. On a positive note, they are very warm, cushiony and soft on the inside, so if I just stand perfectly still, they feel lovely. I am sad that I will have to return them, but fortunately Zappos makes that so easy that I will just have to choose different pair!

This boot is so incredibly comfortable in the foot. It provides superior support and allows for full mobility. However, I was shocked that such a well-constructed boot would have such a glaring design flaw for a snow boot: after lacing these babies up I could stick my finger through the tongue and touch my leg. I could only imagine what the snow would do. Dear Ugg: why put all that engineering into the foot when the upper boot is such a flop? These are fine for fashion, but otherwise not utilitarian at all. Sent these back. Got a different style.

Really uncomfortable, read my review! I live in NYC got these as a gift. My son says they are cute in a GI Jane meets Rambo-ette way with rolled up cords. BUT BEWARE!!!! The inside shearling lining is not fluffy at all on the bottom portion of boot which is made of leather, its almost unlined. The outside suede is treated and feels like cheap felt. The seam around the leg portion and the seam going up the middle of the boot where the leather bottom and the suede top connect is very uncomfortable and hurts when the boot is laced even when it is done loosely. I wore them in the rain yesterday and they were waterproof but I can't get over how uncomfortable they are. I wish my husband had bought these from Zappos because now I am stuck! First and last time I let him surprise me. I thought he knew that I get all my boots from this site. The only thing they have going for them is that they are lighter than many other waterproof boots but because of the discomfort they are so not worth the money. Stick to Pajar, Blondo, Aquatalia, La Canadienne and Sorrel.

Got this boot today and I never want to take it off. Needed a boot I can walk through serious snow in comfortably. Haven't tried them in the snow yet but the support, the warmth, the tread, the style, everything about this boot is great also they are not clunky and very light! Some of the reviewers mentioned the lacing being time consuming, it's really not at all, also you can leave the laces loose all the way down and still walk around and look cute and just tighten them real quick when weather calls. I got the new black color, it's wool instead of leather like the other two colors (black/grey and otter) I love it so much. Thank you Zappos for being the best!!

Love these boots - they are so warm and comfortable! I have even wore them an entire day (wishing for snow) and my feet never tired! The other plus is the service from Zappos - above and beyond!

I love theses boots. I bought them for a holiday trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was cold but these boots kept me incredibly warm. I wore them to hike as well. They are very comfortable and the treads were just enough for some light hiking on some icy and snowy areas. So many people completed me on my boots including a couple men!

I absolutely love these boots! After weeks of researching, reading reviews, and sending 10 boots to my house and trying each and every one on I bought these boots, although in fear that they might not be totally waterproof . Seattle just had a foot of snow, and I played in it all day. My feet were toasty warm, totally dry and, completely comfortable. These are my first Uggs. These boots were fabulous. A little steep in price, but totally worth the price, this will last me years and years. Buy them! You will not regret it!

Gorgeous boot! Not as warm as regular Uggs but way better arch support and laces allow me to adjust for my skinny ankles and wide calves. Only wish they were able to figure out a way to have the thick double face shearling in the foot area and keep it leather and waterproof. Lining in ankle and foot area is thinner like the brooks tall boot. At least the footbed is removable thick shearling.

OMG, Just received this pair of boots today and I love it. I could have used a 1/2 size bigger but that's OK because I am loosing weight. It is so comfortable and feels great. Can't wait to get some snow in the big apple. I love the next day shipping at Zappos and the customer service is great.

I wore them for the first time, so comfy! I am in between sizes so took the larger size to wear thicker socks...love them!

Love these boots. Stylish, comfortable, and warm. I found they run a little small. I would recommend ordering up a half size if you plan on wearing socks with them. My toes hit the top of the boot.

These are very nice boots, but they run smaller than other Uggs that I have worn. I wear a 10, but my toe hits the end of the boots when I walked so I ordered an 11 which is a little big. I decided to keep the 11 and wear thicker socks with them which kept my foot from sliding around in the boot. I am using the boots for snow shoeing, as they are very warm boots. As always, Zappos is the best!

I love these boots. I have had many strangers give me compliments. You need to loosen the laces to get them on and off but it is worth the extra effort. They have been warm for running around and easy to walk in especially compared to regular Ugg boots.

Very comfortable and warm, but it takes a lot of patience when putting them on and taking them off because of the darn laces!! Although its easier to leave the laces loose for stepping in and out of (especially when you're going through security at the airport) I missed my fifth because of this! In my opinion, it looks sloppy and bulky when it is not laced up tightly... but again, it's just my opinion. Wish UGG would have made them with clips for the laces like the regular combat boots, for easy tie on. But if you have the money to overlook the downside of this boots, then I say, go for it cause it's a good looking boots and very stylish! Good luck with your experience with these babies!
