Excellent. Highly recommended. Fits like a glove. As far as Zappos, you can't receive any better service than theirs...beyond excellent.

Great boots, comfortable and warm. Consider one size up for thick socks. They are lightweight, a bit of work to lace up but worth it.

These boots are very warm and comfortable. The only complaint is that they are a little difficult to get on and off. I have to unlace them completely to get them off and I'm used to boots with a zipper. But, maybe I will figure out a trick - and they are very warm, so it's worth it.

I ordered these boots for a weekend ski trip, and they did not disappoint! Everyone complimented them and most couldn't believe they were Uggs! Order one size up because they do run small. I normally wear size 7 1/2 and an 8 fit perfectly. The soft sheepskin lining makes it feel like you're walking on heaven. The rubber sole provides great traction on slippery surfaces. All in all, it's the perfect snow boot! I originally ordered the wrong size, so I called Zappos and they changed my order AND upgraded my shipping, getting my boots to me in time for my trip!

I absolutely love these boots. I wore out a pair of inherited homely Blondo's and looked around a lot before I decided to get these. I'm a size 7-7 1/2 so I bought an 8 which was roomy barefoot but a great fit with a light hiking sock. Then I bought a 7 which fit great barefoot. I decided to keep them both because the winters here can get to -30. Extravagant, yes, but then I've never bought boots so figured I was due. So far they have surpassed all my expectations.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. Super comfy and warm but still stylish! Love Zappos!

Love these boots! I've used them through 2 snows and have been thrilled each time. My feet are warm, dry and I have definitely put the treads to the test and have not slipped a bit! My only advice is to size up for sure. I have lots of Uggs and they are all size 8 but listening to the advice of other reviews I sized up to a 9 and am glad that I did.

Comfortable? Check! Warm? Check! Waterproof, but breathable? Check! Great traction? Check! Super Stylish? Check! I couldn't ask for anything better. I do a lot of walking, and I could walk in these for days! I love these boots!

Almost wasn't able to get them because of sizing and availability. It's a popular boot. Very rugged boot. Keeps your feet warm in below zero weather. The waterproof area at the base of the boot really makes a difference. The tread is really comfortable. Definitely recommend for durability and style. Not used to spending this much for a pair of boots, but these are worth every penny.

Warm, comfy, and dry - I love them. I wear a 7 1/2, needed an 8. Zappos service is great quick and easy for both purchases or returns. I'm only sad that they sold out of the short Adirondack boot in my size so I couldn't get a second pair.

Love, love, love them! They are not the typical Ugg look, which I enjoy. Really rugged and warm. When ordering go down in size. I am a 7 1/2 shoe and ordered a 7. A little pricey but worth it.

Very pricey, but excellent quaility. This boot is heavy duty and perfect for marching through the heavy snow.

I love these boots. My prior experience with UGG shoes lead me to order a full size larger and they have a comfortable fit. I would like them better if they had a side zip in addition to the laces and it would make it easier to get on and off. Otherwise, they are great!

I just wore my boots for the first time and I love them! At first when I tried them on, I thought they were a little snug, but after walking around in them all day, they were perfect. I ordered a size 8 and they were the perfect fit, since I am a true size 8. I wore a very thin sock with them because I just have to have something on my feet. But they are very warm and comfortable and would recommend them to all. Also as far as the issue that some people had with the laces, that was not a problem for me.

Love these boots! I wear size 6 in the Classic Uggs - we all go a size down for those, so for these order your regular size. I ordered them and received them the very next day - impressive! They are costly, but I think they are worth the investment because they are strong, durable, practical, cute and comfy boots that I think will last a few years if you clean them every now and again (like any of our boots). I also happen to be pregnant and was looking for a sturdy boot with good traction to avoid slipping on the ice/snow. I plan to wear these all winter with leggings, jeans and cords!

I love these boots, fit is true to size! Great winter boots. They are cozy and warm. Athletic calves not a problem. I would like longer laces, but can buy those if needed. Thank you Zappos sent my package overnight. I ordered 5pm Wednesday rec'd by 10am Thursday!

I saw these boots in a catalog but ordered through Zappos because of their great service. These UGG boots are great! They are warm, rugged and cool. I receive many favorable comments. I usually wear a 8½ boot but went to the 9 since a review suggested to go up a half size. It worked for me.

I am loving these boots! They run small so order up. I usually wear a 9 and I ordered a 10 for a perfect fit. The genuine shearling runs the whole inside of the boot (including up the leg and the feet). The top cuff can be folded up to fit under pants. I don't mind the lacing, it just takes a minute to lace up for a custom fit for you. The dark brown part of the boot is supple leather, and the lighter brown at the top is suede. They may look heavy but are much lighter than I thought and are easy to walk in. I don't feel like I'm clomping around. Loving these in cold Michigan!!
