Ugg kona is a nice looking boot. It's warm and fairly comfortable. Definitely go up a whole size. I wear an 8 and needed a 9. The 9 is a good fit. Fits more like an 8. The only problem with the black boot is the black dye rubs off on the white fur lining. You can't see it from the outside but when you take the boot off, you see it. I always wear socks, so I don't know what causes this. It's not bad enough that I’d return the boots, but still it shouldn't happen for the price boot it is...expect better quality control from UGG on that.

Tight instep - I was excited when I saw these boots online, however, the one thing that should be noted is that if you have a high instep (arch) that creates a higher than average rise on the top of your foot, these boots won't work. I would compare them to cowboy boots in that respect. I couldn't even slide my foot into them because they have a heavy seam across the top of the foot area, causing restriction. They are very nice looking boots, and well constructed, so for those without the problem I have with the high arch, it wouldn't matter. Again, well constructed, stylish, but in my case, having to be returned because of the arch problem.

Nice trendy looking UGG. This boot looks great on and has a bit of a different edge to it than other UGGs with the bone enclosures on the side. Comfortable to wear - however, I bought a size 7 and I buy a size 6 in boots, sandals, and sneakers. I tried the 6 but it was definitely too small. You need skinny jeans if you want to tuck them in - boot cut jeans will not stay tucked for long as they aren't that tall of a boot.

Pretty Good! I really love these boots. Unlike some reviewers I found them true to size. If you undo the side loops it is much easier to get your foot in and since I've worn them every day on the weekends since I got them, they have stretched just a bit (not as much as the regular Ugg style). My only gripe is that I bought these Uggs because my old standard style ones never had a thick enough sole to keep my feet warm and I thought these would. They are definitely warmer than the regular Uggs but the sole does get really cold and when my feet get cold in these shoes I can tell it’s from the sole because the bottoms of my feet are the coldest. I wear them with extra thick socks and try not to stand on cold cement for very long. Besides the cold issue, they are super comfy and are not as Ugg-ly as most other styles.

Good Casual Boot - The boot definitely makes your foot look smaller than other Ugg boots. You don't have that fat foot look, but in turn the boot isn't quite as comfortable. It is tighter across the foot and takes a bit to break in. The size seemed to be an exact fit for my size 7 foot. Although I normally don't wear socks with Uggs, with these it felt better to do so because the sole is not lined with sheepskin. I was able to wear the shoe for a number of hours but they did become a little uncomfortable over time. Perhaps with more wear they will get better. Overall I am happy with them, but I don't believe they will be my "go to" boots. I'll wear them when I want to be warm but look more put together.

Tight quarters - Loved the look of this boot. I wanted a medium height boot with calf room and this boot has that. I also own a pair of lower cut Uggs of a similar foot style. The Kona was stiffer, harder to break in and a bit uncomfortable. The foot seems to be "formed" not as soft as my other pair. The fit is OK, just not any stretch room.

Kona Ugg - These are beautiful boots. I thought they might be water proof, but unless you treat them yourself with a waterproofing solution, your feet will get damp after walking about in the winter weather. They fit like a dream and are some of the warmest and softest boots I can recall owning.

An Ugg is a Name, Not the Shoe - As this is my first pair of Uggs, I expected more than what I got. I thought there would be a better foot bed for one and a little more room, but I will keep these pair of Uggs and maybe they’ll be my only pair. Quite pricey I feel.

Love the Look but not as comfortable as expected - These shoes are not lined like your typical uggs, so I was disappointed. I didn't even realize they made uggs without the full fur lining. They are still comfortable but not what I expected. I also have high arches and these boots do not support them very well. I do love how they look though.

Comfy boots - These Uggs were very stylish and comfortable. They are a bit narrow and don't offer a lot of room for thick socks. I would recommend these boots.

The boots are a little too much like slippers. Very comfortable, but not enough arch support if you need it. I wouldn't wear these if I was going to walk much, but they are great for keeping warm when driving, shopping, and hanging around outside.

Ugg Kona - They are really nice boots love the style but they feel 1/2 size smaller still thinking about sending them back not sure if they will stretch to fit better or not.

Good boots - I really like this boots except they give me a red mark on my calf...not sure if it's allergies or rubbing. In any case, these boots fit well and look nice. I'm not sure if they are worth the moneyI paid. I like the shorter Cove style better. They seem to be more plush and warm inside. Also, I just purchased the Sundance II style yesterday. I will evaluate those when I have a chance to wear them. Also, my next UGG purchases are the gloves and hat!!! I LOVE UGGS!!!!

So Happy! These were an early Christmas present and I am so happy with them! These are also my first pair of Uggs, and I wouldn't trade them for anything! They fit right out of the box, no break-in period, and they just look great. I was a little disappointed when I wore them out in the cold and my toes were FREEZING after a half hour outside. I decided then that I would get the insoles! This really is a great boot and I will be buying another pair of Uggs in the future!

Plush - I wasn't planning on keeping these when I ordered them, but I wanted to get a closer look and at least try them on. Then I fell in love with the plush sheepskin. This sheepskin is much denser than other Uggs I've seen and it feels wonderful. So I kept the boots and now I love them.

Cute but not the best - I bought these to wear to D.C. for the inauguration. I read comments, and thought I had bought the correct size, but as the day wore on, it was obvious that I should have purchased one size larger. I was unable to get more than one pair of socks on, and even one pair of socks made them too tight. By the end of the day, my toes were being pushed to the end, which made my feet hurt. Because of being able to only wear one pair of socks, since it was extremely cold there, my feet got very cold, as they don't have as much lining as the other Uggs. They are cute boots, and had I purchased a larger size, would have been comfortable, as the toe box is wide enough that it doesn't pinch your toes. As it was, I ended up wearing a heavy snow boot the next day, as they were larger and I could get several pairs of socks on.

Disappointed in quality - Very cute and comfy but I was disappointed in the overall quality of the boot. The old Uggs were much better made with thick fleece through the entire boot. These are over-priced in my opinion. You are paying a lot for the name alone these will go back.

Don't get them wet! It's hard to find boots for winter that don't make you look or feel like Nanook of the North. Not as warm as you would think a shearling boot should be...the sole transmits cold. The manufacturer’s suggestions that one wear these barefoot is a joke. The shearling has not been treated to as to repel water and quality after-market sprays haven't been that effective. Light color is a poor choice, shows dirt very easily, although not salt stains. Not a good winter boot for snow. Feels smaller than size indicates--and I have a very small foot.

Not typical UGG comfort - I own several pairs of UGG boots, and these are the least comfortable. For some reason, the sole of this shoe is VERY hard and is not soft like all the other four pairs of UGG boots I own.
