Comfortable and Warm - What a great boot. Although a little on the pricey side, they're everything I expected. Order 1/2 size up and it will be true to your size.

Beautiful, warm, practical, available in 12. It's a miracle! I had high expectations for this boot, and it exceeded everyone. I am usually limited in my footwear selections by the length of my right foot being 10.5". Trying to find a stylish, yet functional anything in a 11.5-12 is like a quest for the Ark of the Covenant. Thank you to Zappos for stocking such a treasure and Ugg for manufacturing it. They are the best looking and fitting boots I've ever had.

Like Heaven - I never thought I'd buy a pair of Uggs...they're so ugly! But these didn't look so Uggish. Then I tried them on. Wow. Just amazing. I never take them off and as a result, have invested in some foot powder. Truly, I think everyone should have these, they're different inside from traditional Ugg boots and have a gel-like, orthopedic insole with the wool covering all parts except the insole.

The Ugg Kona is just great. Very warm & comfortable. The speedy delivery from Zappos was absolutely great. I have been very pleased at all my Zappos purchases!! Thank you.

From the minute I put these boots on, I did not want to take them off. They fit perfect were very comfortable. I received them in less than 24 hrs. After I ordered them. Zappos is the best.

A different Ugg - I really like this boot. Fits more like a shoe then my other Uggs. They look really nice with your jean over them. If you want to tuck them in, you need to have a skinny fit jean. Unfortunately, I am pregnant right now so I'll have to wait for that look next year!! Love the detail on them!!!

Kept me warm at the Ice Bowl! What a great boot! I was never a big fan of Uggs - tending to prefer heals and pointy toes. But, I needed to get a warm pair of boots for the Ice Bowl (Outdoor hockey game) and Uggs were the top recommendation... Kept me warm at Niagara Falls on New Years Eve and at the game. I would HIGHLY recommend the waterproof spray... after walking through the mud pit they called a parking lot, I thought my Uggs were surely ruined and cringed with every step. Got home and let them dry - WOW! They brushed clean (with suede brush) and looked new. Never had that kind of experience with any other brand of waterproof spray. I bought the insoles for extra comfort and warmth. So many compliments on these boots!

Beautiful boot - keep in mind that the inside has quite a bit of lining which may account for needing a size larger.

Present for my daughter - My daughter wears size 11+ (if they made an 11 1/2 that would probably be it). Normally an 11 is too small and a 12 is too big. This boot said order a 1/2 size larger, so we went with a size 12. End result: she loves them. They fit! To use her words, "they’re perfect". Yeah, they are pricey and you can probably find a comparable look-alike boot for less, but these are quality and the fact that they fit her... priceless.

Took these to Paris - so comfortable! I usually wear a 10, but ordered the 11 as that was the only size available. Glad I did! The 11 fits perfectly! These boots are so comfortable and keep your feet warm, too. Plus, I love the stitching on the bottom - cute!

Ugg Kona review - I love my new Uggs, however there seems to be a small piece of plastic sticking me in the front of my left foot. Perhaps over time it will wear down. Having said that we love Zappos!!! You are an awesome company and we love doing business with you and tell everyone to check on Zappos before they place an order anywhere else.

Very nice casual boot - The foot bed is comfortable and we sat at a football game and me feet were never cold. However, they do not have the full fur lining like traditional Uggs. But overall, a very nice boot for a 30-ish lady. I only wish the Uggs came in 1/2 sizes.

Ugg Kona - Great boot! Got these for my wife for Xmas. The only thing different about these is the fact that the insole is not the usual fleece. Because of the insole, my wife has been wearing them with socks.

Great Boot! Wow, what can I say ... this boot is awesome. Very stylish, comfortable and, warm too! I almost like this better than my classic Uggs.

What a surprise - My boots arrived in less than 24 hours after I placed the order. What perfect timing. We had been besieged by an ice storm the previous night and were without power. What a surprise when my boots arrived. They kept me warm during the entire 4 days without power. I called them my crisis boots. Perfect fit and very comfortable!!

WOW - unbelievable - I ordered them on Thursday and received them on Friday! I could not believe it. They are beautiful, comfortable, and the fit was perfect. I would highly recommend both the Ugg boot and Zappos. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great shoes, FAST delivery! These shoes arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered them. I absolutely LOVE them. Fit is pretty much true-to-size, if not slightly small (i.e. I’m usually an 8.5, but the 9s fit perfectly). I'm quite tempted to order in another color!

Ugg Kona Rocks! My first pair of Uggs, and I wanted something a little more stylish than the standard Uggs. These boots are the most comfy footwear I have ever owned, including slippers! Worth the price.

These are wonderful shoes! These were my first pair of Uggs and I am very happy with them. They are incredibly comfortable from the first time I tried them on and walking in them is wonderful. They are also very warm. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very comfortable pair of boots that look great. They were generally true to size, perhaps slightly bigger but not significantly.

I love my Uggs! I ordered these one half size larger than normal... love them, love them, love them. It is my first pair of Uggs and I couldn't be happier. Love Zappos!

Great boots! This is my first pair of Uggs and they are every bit as comfy as I've been told. Love them! It's hard to find a boot that is stylish and still warm and sturdy, but these fit the bill. I can't wear them without someone asking where I got them. I usually take a 5-1/2 or 6, so I was surprised when the 6 fit quite snugly. I can't wear a regular sock with them, only a very thin one or go barefoot. That's OK - they're still warm!

Another great Ugg boot! Got tired of my old Uggs and they never wore out. These are a cute style and very comfortable. They didn't have the usual plush foot lining, which was surprising, so I ordered an insole. Nice boot, excellent service from Zappos!

Luxurious, Fun, Workhorse of a Stylish Boot - Easy to get on, light weight, soft, stylish and so much fun to wear with jeans! Easy to put on and take off at airport security, too! LOL I love UGGs! They fit perfectly right out of the box!

Loooooove them! I live in the land of ice, snow and bitter cold, and a good boot that's warm and comfy is a necessity, not a luxury. This boot does all that and adds a large dose of cuteness.

My new fav comfy shoes - I normally wear a 7 1/2 and the 8 fits just like a snug 7 1/2... I was worried they'd be too big. I wonder if an 8 would be too small for a person who actually wears an 8... If you have a wide foot and you're an even size I'd say go up a size. Just my opinion. I've only had these a couple of days and I already know that I'm in love! These can be worn so much more than the classic Uggs b/c they're so versatile. :)
