I bought these boots last year in brown for my first winter experience. We had four snow storms and my feet were never cold. I could walk to work in them after 4 ft of snow fall the previous night. They are so comfortable you can wear them all day at work. I like them so much this year I got them in black. Zappos had a great price!

Uggs are great but they are not all created equal.\r\nI like the ones that have the poron insole, like this one because they feel better and are more supportive. The leather on this boot is very cool too. I usually take an 8.5 but in Uggs I take an 8. Of course Zappos is the best even if you like instant gratification when shopping because you get the shoes the next day.

These Konas are very very nice and I am sure I will be even more pleased with them when the winter comes. What a nice price, too! You can't go wrong with Zappos, they ship fast, free and take back or exchange things that aren't just as wonderful as you'd hoped. I hope this helps you to make up your mind about buying these boots.

I bought these in the summer, so I haven\'t worn them in snow and cold yet. But they fit true to size (I wear a size 12) and are cute and comfortable!

I purchased a pair of these Uggs boots from Zappos last fall and simply love them, could put them on out of the box and they fit like a glove. This spring when they went on sale I ordered the black pair so I would have two different colors for this winter to wear. Love them, love them and they are perfect boots for winter and ice!

I chose the Ugg Kona boot after I purchased and wore the Ugg Tall Swell boot. I wanted another boot with the same foot style. These boots fit and wear exactly as the Swell style. They are extremely comfortable and even though I hail from Florida I recently discovered, they keep one's feet warm, even in snow! I was nothing short of amazed! As for the problems some have with no arch support; I don't find that to be a problem. I have had a terrible time in the past finding shoes that I can wear all day while on my feet. I wear Dansko Professional Clogs, Borne Clogs and Merrill clogs because frankly nothing else is comfortable to me except for some unknown reason, the Ugg boots with this style foot base. This style simply fits and feels great all day. During our recent Spring Break vacation in the cold north, I didn't take them off all day, every day. I didn't wear socks but my feet remained toasty warm and as I have said, they were comfortable all day! Simply put, I can't figure why others complain so much about lack of arch support, my high arches have never, ever complained! I don't like the look of the ever popular "chunky" boot by Ugg and can't imagine they would ever be comfortable but this style foot bed boot is fabulous. I will continue to buy more of them as these begin to show signs of wear, perhaps in another color or another style. The numerous styles offer great choices and colors. I recommend them to people everywhere I go. I have discovered that whenever I wear a pair of them I get loads of compliments! They fit me perfectly; I wear a size 8-8.5 in most shoes and chose a size 8 in this style. I thought I should wear a 9 but after comparing the two sizes I quickly realized the 8 was the best fit. I would suggest going a half size down rather than up if you are in between unless you try them on in the store yourself. For the price, these are keepers!

I ordered a pair of these boots several months back, and I love them except that they are not waterproof. They are extremely comfortable though, and I would definitely buy another pair (but waterproof them first).
