Love these boots! comfortable and great looking. In fact, I have gotten many compliments from complete strangers about how they love my boots!

I have several pair of Ugg shoes...boots, shoes, clogs, but these are the best.---They are very cute, true to size, and comfortable. They look better in person than they do in the picture, and they don't make your feet look big like some of the other UGG brand boots.---The shoelaces on these boots will come undone if you do not tie them twice and that can be a pain...just tie them twice and you'll be fine.---I highly recommend these shoes. Unfortunately, UGG doesn't make these boots anymore.

I LOVE these boots! They are so comfortable and warm, like wearing slippers. I got these for a trip to Chicago. I wanted something warm and comfortable for walking along the Magnificent Mile. These were perfect! I put them on at 7:00 am and did not take them off until 10:00 at night. Absolutely no problem. I wear a size 7 and that’s what I ordered. They fit great with a thinner sock. If you want to wear a heavier sock, I would go with a size 8. I have not had any trouble with the laces coming untied. They are a little hard to slip on at first, but for the warmth and comfort they provide, it is worth the little bit of trouble. Buy this shoe before UGG discontinues making it.

Absolutely love these Uggs! They even have an insole support and form to your foot rather than look like a moon boot. I received them literally the day after I ordered them. Fastest package I've ever gotten. Very happy. : )

Not being a boot lover, I had resisted getting a pair of boots. This winter has been cold, and I decided to look into buying a pair of boots for warmth. I have Uggs slippers that I love, and my daughter in law lives in Uggs boots all winter. I wanted something with a little more contour than some of the Uggs boots, so I picked the Cove. I ordered what would be my normal size, and they are a perfect fit. They really hug my feet. I wear them with socks, but you could wear them without. They are warm, and they are stylish. I just love them.

These boots are great, they have saved me more than once from winter snow and slush. They keep my feet toasty warm and dry. They are comfortable and stylish enough to wear with most things.

Love these boots! They are warm, comfortable, and stylish. Very durable too, although I am careful with the laces as a previous reviewer mentioned they snap if pulled too tight. The laces also come undone easily but I solved that by tucking the ends back into the loops where they wrap around the boot. I like these so much I have them in Toast, Black and the Ugg La Jolla boots (discontinued) in Cork. I think these work for all ages (I'm 41) and find the fit is true to size unless you want to wear with a heavy sock, then go up a size.

I wear size 8.5 and didn't know what size to order. I got a size 9 and was pretty roomy. I added an UGG sheepskin insole which made them uncomfortably tight for a few days, but now feels great (wearing hose or very thin stockings). I'm a bit concerned that the leather ties will break, but they feel well made. They are very cute boots. I'm tempted to purchase the tan ones as well.

LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!! They're warm, comfortable and look great. I've practically lived in them since I got them -- they feel like slippers. I've never had boots like these and they are definitely worth the money.

I LOVE these shoes and have received so many compliments on them...but I wouldn’t wear them in really, really heavy snow, as the interiors become wet after three or four hours of playing in the snow.

I love these boots. At first they felt a little snug, but after wearing a few hours, they were fine. I wear a size 7 and that is what I purchased - they are true to size. They are warm and comfortable.

Love these boots. They just get more comfortable with wear. Got them in brown last year and want to get them in black. They slip right on and off.

I love these boots! I had gotten a brown pair while on a trip and loved them so much I ordered the black ones also. They're nice and warm, plus much cuter than more bulky styles. I have high arches (so the top of my foot is very high also), so I ordered a higher size that usual (normally wear 8 or 8 1/2, I got a 9 in these) so I can slip them on. Really love these boots! I ordered the UGG boots one day, received order confirmation the same day, then received email that the order shipped and within 5 days of ordering I was wearing the boots. Extremely easy to order and plenty of communication. I LOVE these boots. I am from Vermont, but live in Georgia now and they are so comfortable and true to size. A must have for those that like style, comfort and quality.

Love these boots! I was looking for some shoes for the winter months that were comfortable and warm, and were not a tennis shoe - I wanted something with more grip on the sole. These shoes are perfect. Since I live in snow county, I waterproofed them upon receipt from Zappos (received in only one day from placing the order!) and am not concerned about going outside with a inch or so of snow on the ground. I typically wear a 6.5 and ordered the size 7 based upon other Zappos comments. The boots are a tiny bit snug so I wear them with thin trouser socks, but they keep my feet quite warm and the footbed is very, very comfortable. I can slip them on and off quite easily without tying/un-tying the laces, and I have not had any problem with the laces coming untied as noted with some other Zappos comments. They are a pricey, but they are well made and I expect I will be able to get quite a bit of use out of them – I’ve worn them every day since I received them! Great shoe, great Zappos experience!

These are my first pair of Uggs. I understand now why they are so popular! They aren’t just trendy and stylish; they are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. I have a history of foot problems and have had two surgeries that left me unable to wear most shoes, but I’ve easily been able to wear these for up to 10 hours without any pain. I have heard that Uggs are meant to be worn without socks, but that isn’t something I will ever do so I ordered one size larger than I normally wear and it’s a perfect fit for wearing with socks. The leather is beautiful, and if you want to keep it that way, I highly recommend the Ugg water and stain repellent. Honestly, I’d give these boots 10 stars if Zappos would let me go that high!

I absolutely love these Ugg boots. I cannot wear the classic because they are just too flat for me. These have a slight heel and are much better. Very comfortable and warm. The tie has not come undone for me, and I did not double knot it. Great boot! I usually wear a size six and got these in a six and they fit perfect!!

I wore my Uggs every night we spent in Minnesota when it was below zero everyday. They kept my feet so warm.

What service, the greatest. Tony, I could kiss, so nice and helpful, just couldn't believe. Ordered at 5'oclock, had them by noon the next day. Love this boots. Thanks again, I will be back.

I have had nothing but excellent satisfaction when ordering through Zappos. Items have always been shipped by the next day. It\'s amazing how fast it is!

I own several Ugg boots and have always ordered 1 size larger than my regular shoe size after reading the recommendations on Zappos. One size larger fits me perfectly and I was comfortable wearing the shoes the first day. This is my absolute favorite Ugg. I have the black leather and I am waiting to see if they get the toast leather in my size as I will definitely buy it. I always get a lot of compliments from this boot. I get compliments from all age groups. In fact, my daughter's friends have asked where I got them and want to order some. People are surprised that they are Ugg boots too since they usually only see the Classic boot. They do not have sheepskin soles though, only leather. I have an interchangeable sheepskin sole that came with my Bellvue boots so I have put those in the Cove and they are much more comfortable and warm. I have worn the boot without the insole (just as they come) and they felt fine, too, but since it is winter time I like the sheepskin right now.

I really like my Ugg Cove boots, but what I really appreciated was the great help I had in getting them. Thanks for a good team of operators.

Love these boots! Great slip on style. The color was a little lighter than pictured, but still look great. They are not water resistant, so be sure to stay out of any wet/muddy areas. Great for warmth. I like that the toe area is not as wide or undefined as some of the other Ugg boots. Have worn them anytime it's cold out and they have held up very well!

Can't believe the quick delivery from Zappos. Quick delivery and Wow! the Ugg Cove boot is everything it is advertised to be. I put the boot on immediately and wore it all day. Wonderful fit, and what style. Thanks Zappos, as Arnold says, I'll be back.
