Zappos is great. They are easy to use and the delivery is prompt. This UGG boot is also great! It is very comfortable and looks as good on as it looks it the pictures!

These are my new favorite everyday boots for the winter! They are a little tight around the ankle going on, but once they are on they are super comfy. They can be worn with socks or sans socks. The tread is slippery on hard ice, but perfect for light snow or rain once weather proofed. You will need to double tie the strings or they will come untied. I recommend these boots to anyone that loves warm and comfy boots.

Love my boots. They keep my feet so warm. Can wear them all day and feet are still comfortable.

The boots are incredibly comfortable, warm, and cozy. I felt that they were very snug at first, almost uncomfortable, but after two wears, they molded into the shape of my foot. Now they're perfect! I've also been getting lots of compliments!

These are comfortable even on the first wearing. They are toasty warm, stylish, and waterproof in rain and snow. They are easy to clean with a suede brush. They are also versatile.

I saw these in the store and was reluctant to purchase them because of the price and if they weren't comfortable they may not have let me return them. So I thought about Zappos and their great return policy. I love the boots. I have worn them in the cold and the snow and they are very comfortable. Plus, they look a little more stylish then the traditional UGG boots. They run slightly snug so if you wear a half size I would suggest going to the next size. I'm glad I purchased them, especially from Zappos.

I was so happy to find these boots on Zappos.com. I couldn't find them anywhere in my size. The delivery was speedy and they were just what I expected. Thanks Zappos! I have already shopped with you again!

I love these boots. I ordered the size that I normally wear and they fit perfectly. These boots are very comfortable and warm. Zappos service was fast too. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday.

There shoes are very comfortable and keep my feet very warm. I like the face that these are as warm and comfortable as classic UGG shoes, but are not as bulky. They look great with jeans. There was a comment on a previous review that mentioned that the ties continuously come undone. I have not had this issue, but do double tie as a precaution. They are definitely my favorite winter shoe!

Great shoe. It keeps your feet warm and dry. Shoelaces need a little breaking in to stay tied. I would order a 1/2 to 1 size larger than usual as shoe can run small and tight.

I have ordered Clark sandals and UGG boots from Zappos several times. They deliver what they promise. Plus, one day shipping. I would not hesitate to use Zappos for my next order of shoes, sandals or boots.

These boots are great. I even have a narrow foot and was afraid they might be sloppy on me. But they are warm and fit great with a pair of socks. Perfect for winter weather. And comfortable, too! Good to walk in.

First of all, Zappos should run the government; they are so organized and fast! They are an A+ company. I love these shoes, too. I am an 8 1/2 and you need to go up to a 9, unless you want major rubbing and not to wear socks. Love them. They have great arch support, and a great tread on the bottom. Not just a pretty shoe but also practical. Will waterproof them. Love Uggs and Zappos!

I love the warmth and comfort of Uggs, but am not a fan of the traditional Ugg style. Traditional Uggs look 'clunky' to me. From what I could see by the pictures, the Ugg Cove are stylish and have what looked to be good traction. I ordered them in Toast Leather. Simply put, these boots are fabulous! Not only do they look great, I wear mine with boot cut jeans, but they are comfortable as can be! I braved the malls with them during this crazy holiday shopping time and my feet felt fine. In addition, the boots provided sturdy traction. As for ordering, I normally wear 8 - 8-1/2, so I ordered the boots in 8 and 9 and felt the 8 provided the better fit. The 9s were too big for me. I often wear the boots with a thin trouser sock. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these boots to anyone looking for a stylish Ugg.

I am very happy with these boots. I did order them one size larger and I wear a boot sock. They are not as cozy inside as regular Uggs so I use a sock. They are very nice looking and keep my feet warm, not sweaty, for hours at a time. I had no trouble with the laces (as I read in other reviews), I just tie them with a double knot. I did weatherproof them, twice, as we have nasty weather in Wisconsin. They are also very comfortable.

I recently purchased the UGG Cove boots in black. I wear a size 6 and they were a perfect fit and very comfortable. I purchased them because I spend a lot of times in ice rinks with my three boys who play hockey. They don't keep my feet as warm as I would like, but are better then other insulated boots I have. Some people have had trouble with the ties staying done I have not noticed a problem with that. I would definitely recommend them.

Great shoes! Loved them! Very comfortable. I would recommend going up 1/2 size if you want to wear socks. I bought the black and I'm thinking about buying the other color! You will love these babies!

These are a great pair of boots! I usually wear a size 5 1/2, and ordered a 6, and they fit perfect. I spend a lot of time in cold hockey arenas and my feet stay nice and warm. I wear these boots sock free. The only pain is tying them, as I wish they were slip on boots. I am now trying a pair of the Bettey shoes in black, and hoping they are just as warm and slip-on ready.

I absolutely love these boots. I got them on Saturday (December 5) and they were meant to be my Christmas present. But I wore them anyway. They are so comfortable. All I can say is I loved them since I tried them on. If you want stylish yet comfortable Uggs, get these. They are awesome.

Warm and comfortable winter boot. The leather tassel ties and shearling fur edges give the boots a fun look. These boots look great with my bootcut jeans. I wear my boots with medium to thick socks and the boots run true to size. With the snowy conditions now headed Seattle's way I know my feet are going to be warm and toasty this winter.

These Cove Uggs are fabulous! Best thing I've bought in a long time. They do run small, so if you're in between sizes, buy up. I normally wear a 9 1/2 narrow, and I needed a 10 in the Coves. They are plenty snug, too, so they must run a bit narrow. Love it! Most boots in size medium are way too wide for me and my heel picks up. Heels don't pick up in these, with just lightweight socks. The tie comes undone easily in front, so I'll double knot it. Also, I'll waterproof them, so they don't stain or get wet! Beautiful classy style; I'll have them for years! My first pair of Ugg boots (I've been resisting ).

These boots are very comfortable and quite gorgeous. I usually wear a size 7W and ordered a size 8 due to the reviews I read. They fit perfectly! I wore them today for the first time because it was very cold outside and my feet remained toasty warm. However, the leather ties around the top of the boot became untied twice in the span of 2 hours. After I double knotted them, they stayed put.

Very cute and comfy shoes. A little smaller than normal. I ordered a 9, because they didn\'t have 8 1/2, but the 9s are perfect.

I ordered these boots 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly. Very warm. The leather ties do slip slightly, but I am getting more adept at knotting them so that they stay in place.
