Zappos gave me a delivery date at time of order and sure enough they arrived just as promised. These were bought as a gift and my friend couldn't be happier. She said they are true to size and so comfortable.

I had admired some shoes worn by my Yoga Instructor. She informed me that they were Ugg Kohala, and that she had purchased them from Zappos. After praise for Zappos, she shared their email address. I ordered my shoes online. They arrived promptly and were exactly right. I may order more soon. Thank you.

Love these! I really didn't expect them to fit or look good because I have narrow feet, skinny legs and these types of shoes usually make my feet look huge. I was pleasantly surprised. They are slim fitting and very cute. I was looking for a shoe to slip on when going to the neighbor's house or going to the grocery store, but I find myself wearing them all the time. I am normally an 8.5, but after reading the reviews went a size up. Glad I did. An 8.5 would fit without socks, but with socks definitely needed a 9.

I love these shoes! I got a tan pair for Christmas two years ago and had to get another pair. When the weather starts getting cool and I leave my sandals behind, I wear these everyday all fall and winter. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are my slippers and day wear shoes. Since wearing these, I no longer have heel problems. OK, now the technical stuff. They are true to size, but because of the fuzzy inside uppers, they will be a little snug with socks. However, they do stretch a little and after a few weeks, they fit fine. They also fit fine worn barefoot. They last a long time and are a great value. The suede holds up well and my tan ones still look great after two years. They are expensive, but well worth it.

Love these shoes! Very good padding in sole which makes them so comfortable. Need to go up a size so you don't walk on edge of the back. I wear an 8 - 8 1/2 and needed a 9. Great company to work with. Had to return to exchange size and they were very accommodating.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are so comfortable! Beware! I am normally a size 7 1/2, I wear a size 7 Ugg boot. I ordered the size 7 shoe and they were way too small. I ordered the size 8 and I am in heaven! Great arch support. I have wide feet and bunions so I need to take that into consideration. The leather on these shoes is very soft and broken in. I love my shoes; I have them in black and light brown.

I wear them whenever I can because they are as comfortable as slippers, but they are better than slippers because they have support.

I just got this shoe and love it! I have serious heel issues and this feels almost orthopedic it is so comfortable and supportive. I have wanted to wear Uggs for years, but couldn't until they developed this sole that is not flat. I will be back for more. I love that they are a bit narrow as I have a slender foot and am between a narrow and a medium width.

I love this shoe. I bought them about a half size bigger than I usually wear because I didn't want them tight when I put on my heavier winter socks. Even more than the shoe, I love Zappos. Free shipping both ways lets me order without fear because I know I won't be stuck with something that doesn't fit or I don't like. This is the best company EVER!

I love these shoes. Very comfy. Warm, but not too warm. They run a little large. I bought 1/2 size smaller than normal for best fit.

Love these! I originally ordered the size 8, but needed to return them for a 9, I believe the fur on the inside makes them feel a little tighter than usual. Customer service was awesome! They sent out my new size immediately before I even returned the first pair! The new ones are perfect and extremely comfortable and warm, I wear them daily. I am very happy with this purchase.

I didn\'t expect to like these shoes as much as I do. They are fairly narrow which works for me and stylish and light for a fleece lined clog or slide. They are also cozy and comfortable.

Love these shoes! I resisted Uggs for a long time because they seemed so trendy, but I decided to try the Kohala. I was not disappointed! Comfy right out of the box. Warm with or without socks, and the footbed molds to your foot. Probably will buy in brown. They look nice, too; I have gotten compliments regularly. When ordering, take into account the shearling lining and go up a half size.

Love these clogs! I wear them at work and for weekend errands. My feet stay dry and warm in the rain and the support is excellent. I haven't worn them sockless, but they fit better with thinner socks on. I can wear them at work after my workouts when my feet at their most temperamental, and they are the perfect balance between comfort and support for tired feet. They are my "go to" comfort shoes! I am a size 10 and they were true to size for me.

One of the most comfortable shoes I\'ve ever worn! Not clunky looking like other clogs. Like wearing slippers. Warm without socks. I liked them so much I bought my daughter a pair and she loves them, too.

These shoes were recommended to me by my doctor's receptionist, who heard me complaining about my feet and having difficulty finding comfortable shoes. I generally cannot wear Ugg boots because they are too flat and don't have enough support since I have flat feet. These shoes turned out to be great: attractive, comfy, warm, true-to-size, and with better support than most other Uggs and other open backed clogs. They are less clunky looking than many other clogs and a great alternative to Uggs slippers, which I do wear in the house but which provide much less support and aren't appropriate to wear outside. One caveat: these shoes fit better and are more comfortable without socks or stockings, especially if you plan to walk any distance wearing them, since the sheepskin grabs your foot and keeps it from sliding forward into the toe box, a typical problem with clogs and many other shoes if you have flat feet. Since they are open-backed, wearing them to walk outside in the winter is impractical. Also, if you have a bunion or metatarsal problem, like I do, I wouldn't suggest these shoes (or any open back slides/clogs) for major distance walking. I find that my feet get tired of grabbing the heel after long distances, but I love them for short hops, neighborhood shopping, and wearing all the time inside. A nice holiday gift, too.

Wonderful shoes! I just received my new Ugg clogs the day after I ordered them! They fit perfectly as with clogs, I usually order a half size up. They are warm and toasty and have great traction, perfect for running around the town. Comfortable and attractive. Zappos is so easy to use, I love it!
