Comfy but not too cute - Very comfortable shoes, but my daughter thinks they're ugly. I'm used to wearing Danskos (which have a similar look) but I wouldn't wear either of them to anything but a very, very casual occasion.

Had an old pair of these shoes in my size (7). Reordered, and the replacements were very tight, and narrower than old ones. Checked the label, and the old ones were made in Vietnam, these were made in China. They must be using a completely different last. The old ones were a dream; the new ones in an 8 still a bit narrow, and hit my foot less comfortably than the originals. Disappointed in Uggs, happy with Zappos for overnight exchange.

I love the idea of this shoe-- the cork bedding is prefect to keep your feet from sweating in too much shearling. But the lip that goes around the back of the foot cuts into my arches. Very very uncomfortable. Hope they improve the design because they're onto a good idea. If it were a shoe with a full heel, not an open back slip-on, I would have kept and loved them. But I can't wear these.

These run very small and very narrow. The footbed is not lined with sheepskin so that was also a deterrent for me. If you're used to the wide UGG shoes then these aren't for you. Also, if you have high arches, the inside of the instep might rub.

Disappointed in quality of shoe - For the price, I expected a higher quality shoe. The suede seems thin; the shearling lining is thin as well. There is no shearling at all on the inner sole of shoe. Even with less bulk, this shoe runs a little small. Compared to other Ugg shoes I've bought in the past at similar prices, this shoe is a big disappointment. I love the color and the lightweight sole.

High Arches and This Shoe Don't Work - I've always had a problem with Ugg's sizing. I am a 9-1/2 medium, and I've had Ugg's fit in size 8, 9 & 10. I bought these in size 10 (do size up) and they're great, comfortable shoes; but I have high arches and they're a bit tight in the arch. Does anyone else know if time and more wearing will loosen it up a bit? I hate to return them, and the sales staff has been magnificent with me, but I don't want blisters down the road!

Comfort - Not as comfortable as I thought they would be for the price they are. I wanted some thing that would feel good on my feet if I wore it around the house all day. I don't work out side the home any more and wanted a slipper that was comfortable with some support.

Nice, but a few problems - This was our first order from Zappos. Customer service and delivery was great. I ordered the shoe in a size smaller as suggested on the website and when it arrived, I found that it fit my ten year old daughter instead of me (she was glad to get it.) My advice - order the size you normally wear, do not size down. Nice looking shoe, comfortable and stylish but the stitching in the back of the shoe started to unravel after the first wear (inside a house) so I don't know that I would necessarily recommend this model.

I have always loved UGG shoes right out of the box, the first time I put them on. But on these shoes where the back edge is sewn into the suede front there is a huge, thick seam that rubs on the edge of your foot. It's not something that would ever soften up and be comfortable. I didn't even attempt to keep the shoes and try to break them in. They're going back tomorrow.

I wanted to like these, I really did, but I will be returning them. First off, I normally wear a woman's 6.5 or 7. I heard these ran small, so I ordered the 8. They fit, but just barely. If I was going to keep them, I would have upgraded to a 8.5, if they have half sizes. Secondly, the look of the toe of the shoe looks rather wide, plus the white stitching on the top of the sole accentuates the 'wideness' and I think they just make me look kinda like I'm wearing clown shoes. Plus the soles feel tough, like it would take awhile for them to break in and be comfortable. Based on comfort, I don't think they are worth the money. Just not my cup of tea.

Not good - The shoe was very narrow for my foot. So if you have a narrow foot they would be nice for you.
