GREAT shoe! You can wear these right out of the box. I wear other Asics, but these are the greatest of all so far. So comfy. Wonderful cust serv! Love Zappos. P.S. I normally wear 81/2, but 8 was perfect.

Really comfortable! These shoes are really comfy and they look great. I'm a slight supinator and they give perfect support. I also have a fairly narrow foot, and sometimes the medium width doesn't fit well, but these are fine.

Great Shoe for Under-Pronaters - I have a very high instep and my foot tends to roll to the outside. This shoe is wonderful! In the past my toes would go numb after a few minutes on the treadmill and these shoes fix that problem. My feet never hurt and it helps my foot from rolling over. I wear this shoe all the time! I also love, love, love the brown color!!!

Thank You Asics - This shoe rocks. The arch support makes my knees happy. They are so light and so comfortable. It's nice to just put on a shoe and KNOW the run will be great.

Fantastic shoe! I love Zappos, amazing service and shipment! The shoe fits great, and for general walking around there is no break in period. For running I felt there was a break in period of only a couple of runs for me, and then they fit great. The toe box is nice and roomy for running. The shoe is VERY comfortable. Although I bought them just for running, I find my self wanting to wear them ALL the time. Very much worth the price, Do not buy them any were else. I shopped prices for weeks. The extra 5 bucks you spend by buying through Zappos is well worth it because of the overnight shipping and amazing service.

I love these shoes! They are sooo comfortable. I usually wear a size 7 in athletic shoes and I had to return them for a 6.5 which fit perfectly. I bought them in the Brown/Rootbeer color and they look really cute with jeans. There a little expensive but worth it!

Sweet Shoes! The Nimbus model is a terrific shoe, especially for the average weight runner needing little to moderate arch support. I've used Nimbus for more than seven years and LOVE THEM! Sometimes the color combination isn't great, but this year's colors rock.

Nimbus 9 - These shoes are excellent! I typically go to a gym and use the elliptical machines and/or treadmills. My feet usually hurt the last 10 to 15 minutes of a 45 minute workout. However, when I wore these shoes, I didn't experience any pain at any point during my workout and was actually able to work out longer than I normally do. I normally wear a size 9, but had to go down to a size 8 1/2, which was a bit snug. Too bad there isn't a size between 8 1/2 & 9. That would have been a perfect fit.

Great shoe - I am training for a walking marathon in Feb. 2008 and I have many problems with my lower extremity joints. These shoes allow me to walk without pain during and after the walks. I did 17 miles yesterday and I feel wonderful this morning.

The perfect running Shoe! I buy ASICS all the time and know that they run slightly small, so I ordered the appropriate size, and they are perfect. Very comfortable and a shoe I would highly recommend to any fellow runner! Thank you Zappos for carrying these quality shoes!

I've tried all types of running shoes and Asics are the best. Especially the Gel-Nimbus. Never needs to be "broken in", so it feels like I've had them for awhile. I'm sold on this brand and will never look at other brands again!

These sneakers rock! These are worth every penny and then some. They look beautiful!!! They have amazing comfort. I love running in them and love commuting in them. They’re perfect for the gym and buzzing around. My feet feel energized, even after lots of pounding, and at the end of the day they are still feeling great. This is my first pair of Asics but won't be my last!

What an amazing shoe! Wow! I'm impressed! I started out running and doing aerobics in Asics brand shoes years ago, and then I moved on to Saucony for a good decade. I've been disappointed in the last few pairs of Saucony runners that I've owned and decided to try out different brands again. After going through countless pairs of New Balance, Nike, Mizuno, and Adidas, I returned to Asics! The Gel-Nimbus 9 seemed to be the shoe of choice for my high arches and oh-my-gosh, if this is what it feels like to walk (run) on clouds, then I don't ever want to stop! The cushioning is supreme! I wanted to run in these babies the minute I put them on. Absolutely no break-in time, no weird rubbing, perfect through the width with just the right amount of room in the toe box. The styling is also great! Sizing is terrific. I normally wear a 7.5 in regular shoes and I often purchase 8's for my runners; however, I purchased these in a 7.5 and they fit perfectly; leaving me with about 1/2" of extra toe space. Highly, highly recommended for those requiring extra cushion for high arches and supination.

Excellent shoes!!! This is my second pair of Asics. I bought my favorite Adidas Trail Response and unfortunately had to return them as they were not as good as previous models. Though much more expensive I decided to try out the Gel Nimbus based first on the cool brown color and second on the rave reviews. When I first tried them on I was concerned about the fit. They seemed long enough but felt a little tight over the arch of my foot. I do have a wide foot but have never needed to buy a running shoe specifically for wide feet. The toe box felt comfortable enough to accommodate my foot. When I talked to a sales person at the local shoe store she told me that the Gel Nimbus has a tight fit in the arch to help support it and to provide stability. She was right. On my run this morning my feet felt very comfortable and stabilized. I loved my GT-2120's but the Nimbus-9 felt great as soon as I took off down the road. I don't really care for the "shimmer" quality of the design but I love the brown/root beer colors.

Great shoe in every way. These are by far the best fitting running shoe that I have owned. They are not too tight in the mid foot area and the toe box is not too large. Very comfortable fit. Nothing chafes. I didn't even need to break them in.

Raves!! Absolutely love my new ASICS! I have found the perfect fit, excellent quality, color and comfort in the Gel-Nimbus 9. I have to wear an orthotic (because of previous surgeries) in place of the regular insert that originally comes with my sport shoes, and with or without it they fit wonderfully! Plenty of toe width and snugs my feet perfectly enough to wear all day. Zappos is everything they claim to be and much more in service, friendliness and quality consumer relations. I am totally pleased with my purchase with Zappos and will purchase from them again without question!!

Fantastic Shoes - Asics and Zappos...you can't beat that winning combination! I'm a distance runner and love the comfort of these shoes. I got the root beer/latte color, and I always get positive comments on them. And, the speed of the shipping was amazingly quick, almost as if once I clicked my order the shoes fell from the sky and landed on my front porch.

Run so big!!! This shoe is running at least a whole size larger than normal. I would definitely order down!!!!

Great fit - I love this shoe. The fit was great and it is great for running.

The best shoe ever! These Asics are my first pair and will now be my first choice. They are more comfortable each time that I wear them. The width, toe box and heel fit is even better than New Balance provides. Great support!

Awesome Shoes - These shoes are great! There was no break in time needed - I just put them on and they were comfortable from the start. I purchased the brown color - they do not show dirt and they go with all the browns that are in. I have had so many compliments on them. I will definitely buy another pair!

Better than barefoot! I love my Gel Nimbus shoes! I can't wait to put them on in the afternoon. They cushion every part of my foot. They are a little better than the previous Gel-Nimbus in that they are not complete mesh near the toe bed. Helps to keep the foot dry on wet mornings.

The toe box is really wide.

LOVE these shoes! I run about 40 miles per week and this is my second pair of Gel Nimbus. The first pair held up great and lasted longer than other shoes I have had. They are cute too and I have received lots comments on them.

Perfect. I am an under-pronator with medium-high arches. If I don't have a shoe that supports my arches, my feet ache for days after a run. I forget I have arch problems with these shoes. And the cushion - awesome! My second run in these shoes was a triathlon with a 4-mile run. I couldn't believe how good I felt; I actually had spring in my step! The shoe has a wide toe box without looking boxy - perfect fit.
