Great shoe! These are extremely comfortable sandals that offer very good arch support. I’m not a big “sandal” fan but these have made me change my mind. I like that they can be worn for a casual look as well as a “dressed up” beach look.

Still strong! Had the same pair 3-4 yrs. ago and loved them, until my new puppy ate them. Just got a new pair 2-3 weeks ago and although the style is a bit different, they fit great.

Nice flip flops - The only negative I have is they are oversized. I normally wear a 12 but ordered an 11 still a little large.

The best - I highly recommend these flip-flops. I love them for their support, durability, and comfortability. They are unmatched by any other and believe me, I have tried others. This product has me committed to Teva. And, btw, the service of Zappos has me sold on them too.

My favorite flops - These are the most comfortable flops I've ever owned. I've owned numerous Reef, Rainbow, OP, Addidas, Nike and various off-brand sandals, and these are the best. They're a sneaker on the bottom and a sport sandal on top. Super comfortable and don't leave my back hurting during long shopping expeditions with the wife. I needed one size down from my sneaker and they're a perfect fit.

The best yet - I could never wear flip flops as they seem too hard, too flat and unforgiving. The Teva Elixer 5 changed all that. They offer a cushioned ride, have a great heel shock absorber, and are actually easy to walk around in. I have lower back issues, but these flips have treated me so well that I am a believer. I ordered a size smaller than usual, and it's a fit. Arch support is not bad.

Elixer 5 - Fantastic, exactly what I was hoping for… these are manly flip-flops or “mandals” if you would. Light, comfortable & a bit beefy w/ good traction, I’m able to wear these anywhere & all day with no problem.

Perfection for the price - Outstanding shoe for the price. Will last forever. Comfortable, looks great, great support, fits well.

I walked all over Europe in these sandals - I walked all over Europe in these sandals - they are the BEST! Total comfort all the time, while others were putting band-aids on their blisters at the Spanish Steps, I was fine! Mine are 2 years old and I'm going on another trip and I want another pair!

Great flip, buts runs BIG - These are the best flips I have for long distance walking. They even work on trails as they have a very substantial sole and are contoured well. Just beware that they run a full size too large: I exchanged my normal size 11 for size 10 which fit perfectly.

Simply perfect - My title says it all. I have a hard time wearing "flip flops" as my stride gets my heel out of whack. Not this pair. They are comfortable and fit well!

A great sandal - one you can actually walk in. Excellent feel, support and overall comfort and you can walk in it too!

Fantastic Sandal - My second pair of these. Great, long lasting flip-flop. Good traction, as comfortable as a shoe.

A really well made flip flop - At least for my feet, I find that I have to order an 8 instead of my usual 9. I have plantar fasciitis & this Elixir 5 has enough arch support to keep my feet happy. This is definitely not your $10 dollar flipper. It has an anatomical footbed & nice treads on the bottom. This guy will definitely last longer than 1 year. It also breaks in quickly & is comfortable enough to shop all day at a mall in.

Very Comfy! TEVA'S ELIXER 5 is a very comfortable flip-flop, right out of the box! I didn't have to break them in or anything. The straps that go over the instep are a little wide for my taste but otherwise they're ok. I bought these Teva's because I have an older pair of Teva flip-flops that were great to wear and super comfortable even walking all day (wore them to a trip to Manhattan and walked from Mid-City to East Village and back). That pair are over 4-years old and still holding up. But they're all leather. I hope these Elixer 5s are the same way.

A great over all flip flop - No complaints with the Teva Elixer 5 flip flop. It is true to size, comfortable and has a nice look to it. What more could one ask for.

Good arch support, bad ridge - The arch support on these sandals is fantastic, as good as its earlier versions. However, the little ridge at the back of the foot seems to make the sizing a bit off for people who wear half sizes. They would necessarily have to go for the next size up. I think Teva should really consider making half sizes, considering how good the arch support is when you align your foot right.

Fantastic shoe - I have bunions and my foot sometimes is wider than the shoe bed with thong-type shoes. These are wide enough. The footbed is nice and thick and cushiony. The arch support is great. I have been wearing them around the house with toe socks in cold weather. I love these shoes. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, but the 7 fits just right.

Fantastic product - Very good product. Ordered for problem with heels; very comfortable.

Great sandal - The Teva Elixer 5 is a great fitting sandal with good support. They also run straight. Some lesser sandals run sideways on your foot.

Sandals with Support - I've owned a number of sandals, but the biggest problem with them is that they do not provide support for the entire body. If you are walking around for over four hours, you generally begin to feel various aches and pains. The Elixer 5 is the first sandal that I've worn for over eight hours and feel great. My feet are supported by a cushioned sole and the overall design of the sandal supports my weight and provides great comfort. (I'm a big guy. I'm 6' 5" and I weigh about 275 pounds.) I didn't believe that a sandal could be this comfortable and provide great support. Teva got it right with this one.

Perfect - Love the shoes, comfortable to wear and great support.

Cool comfort - I bought these for my son. He loves them. Most comfortable sandals he's ever worn.

Comfort and Function - Hard to find a flip with comfort and function, then this may be the one. Purchased the Elixer as travel flip for summer vacation. They've been wonderful and so comfortable actually wore them as an all day walker twice (4-5 miles) without any real discomfort by day's end. Construction has held up well, but they have not been wet either. Would certainly purchase them again!
