I've been wanting this vest for years but didn't want to pay TNF prices but after unsuccessfully locating an alternative I bit the bullet. I wished I bought it sooner! It's warm, light and does pack down quite a bit. The only issue is one of the side elastics to cinch in the bottom broke immediate after I got it. As for sizing I went with a small and it fits nicely, fitted in the bust, loose in the waist but I usually have that issue with most tops. I'm 5'4" 125lb 34C

I was unsure of the sizing due to the reviews. I went with my regular size in all TNF products, XS. the fit according to the tag is standard fit. I am 5'4" 135lbs, 32c, 27 natural waist. I can fit a light hoodie underneath. Very comfortable. 700 fill, responsible down certified.

I ordered a large based on the reviews which mostly said it runs big. The large is huge on me so have to return and order a medium, hoping that will not also be too big because I really like the fabric and style.

I live in San Francisco where the temperature can vary as much as twenty degrees or more during the day. My Niptse vest keeps me comfortable when it's just a bit chilly and when the fog rolls in, the wind picks up and the temperature plummets.

I needed a vest for golf - a tighter fit for a better swing. I am happy with my choice although my husband questions the color white :)

I have a couple of vests that were given to me, and was hesitant to drop this amount of money on it. I live in Texas, and the weather is as stable as a roller coaster. This was a great purchase for me, because the black matches all outfits, it's versatile, and I can be prepared for the random cold weather periods we get each week. I wear this to work with a long sleeve and freely move my arms! It is very light and super functional. Worth every dollar!

I prefer not to wear a jacket when working out and this vest has been the solution. It keeps me warm meanwhile permits movement. I was worried it might be too puffy but it's not. I recommend this for casual and active wear.

Adorable vest but ran small, order up a size.

Perfect! This vest fits perfectly, is plenty warm, and even though it's sort of that "bubble" look - it doesn't poof out too much. The neck is especially warm & snug. Great quality (like I've come to expect from all North Face products). Very glad with this purchase.

I'm 5"6, 127 lbs and 36A. Size M is perfect for me bc I don't like tight fit. Warm and versatile. I purchased white so it stands out in the dark when I walk my dog at night. However, white may not be recommended to those who wear makeup.

It fits wonderfully. I am 5'5" and 140 pounds . I ordered A size medium and had to exchange it for a size small. It fit perfectly. It's comfortable. I like that it's not overly puffy. It's stylish.

I love this vest and will be careful to not be to close to a fire with this one as the outside of my past vest melted when I got close to a propane inside fireplace,

This is a great vest and it is super warm.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it! I bought the she vest a year ago and I wear it daily. I recommend this best to anyone who wants the warmth without the extra bulk, nothing else compares to it's quality and fit.

Love the vest. Nice and light weight so very comfie. I'm 5'5" so length is fine, not long, not cropped. Does run a little small. I usually wear a small in tops but got medium which is perfect.
